WIRELESS KEYPAD
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
TheWirelessKeypad(2GIG‐PAD3‐433)isawall‐mountedunit
designedforuseasasecondarykeypadforthe2GIGalarmsystem.It
communicateswiththeGo!ControlPanelusingthe433MHz
frequencyandprovidesuserswiththefollowingfeatures:
•ArmthesysteminStayorAwaymode
•Disarmthesystem
•ActivateFireandPanicemergencyfunctions

Mounting the Wireless Keypad
Tomountthewirelesskeypad:
1Pressthehingedtabsontopofthekeypadtoseparatethe
mountingplatefromtheunit(seeAbelow).

theplatewiththeunitandtiltingtheunitupuntilitsnapsinto
place.

Installing and Replacing Batteries
Toinstallandreplacethebatteries:
1Pressthehingedtabsontopofthekeypadtoseparatethe
mountingplatefromtheunit.SeeFigure2WirelessKeypad—
HingedTabs.
2Placeasmallflatheadscrewdriverintheslotbetweenthemetal
clipandthebattery.Thentwistthescrewdriverslightlywhile
holdingtheblackplasticedgesholdingthebattery.SeeFigure
4WirelessKeypad—BatteryCompartment.
3Insertthereplacementbatteries(seeSpecificationsonpage2)
withtheplus(+)sidefacingup.
4Ensurethattheprogrammingsettingsarecorrect.
5TesttheunitforgoodRFcommunications.SeeTestingthe
WirelessKeypadonpage2.
WARNING: Failuretofollowthesewarningsandinstructionscan
leadtoheatgeneration,rupture,leakage,explosion,fire,or
otherinjury,ordamage.Donotinsertthebatteryintothe
compartmentinthewrongdirection.Alwaysreplacethe
batterywiththesameorequivalenttype(seeSpecifications
onpage4).Neverrechargeordisassemblethebattery.Never
placethebatteryinfireorwater.Alwayskeepbatteriesaway
fromsmallchildren.Ifbatteriesareswallowed,promptlysee
adoctor.
Testing the Wireless Keypad
Beforemountingthekeypadtothedesiredlocation,performatestto
verifythatitcanestablishgoodradiofrequency(RF)communications
withthecontrolpanel.
1Onthekeypad,pressandholdanynumerickeyforatleasttwo(2)
seconds.
