IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the voltage indicated on
the appliance corresponds with the voltage in your home. If this is not the case, do not use
the appliance.
3. The supplied power base cannot be used for other than its intended use.
4. Do not operate the appliance without any contents in it to avoid damaging the heat element.
5. Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or
taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
6. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch a hot surface.
7. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
8. Ensure that the appliance is used on a firm and flat surface out of reach of children, this will
prevent the appliance from overturning and prevent damage or injury.
9. Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of injury to persons
or damage to the frother.
10. To protect against a fire, electric shock or personal injury, do not immerse cord, electric
plugs, jar or base in water or other liquids.
11. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
12. Do not touch the hot surface of the jug. Use the handle or buttons.
13. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot water.
14. Avoid contacting moving parts.
15. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by manufacturer may cause fire, electric
shock or injury.
16. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorised service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

17. The appliance is only used for frothing and heating milk. Do not use the appliance for other
than its intended use.
18. This appliance has been incorporated with a grounded (earthed) plug. Please ensure the
wall outlet in your house is suitably earthed. Contact an electrician for advice.
19. The appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
20. Children shall be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
21. Always operate the appliance with cover in place.
22. Never place this appliance on or near a hot gas or an electric burner or where it could touch
a heated appliance.
23. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
– Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
– Farm houses;
– By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
– Bed and breakfast type environments.
24. This appliance is for household and indoor use only. Don’t use it outdoors!
25. Save these instructions.

•The appliance is provided with a ‘mixing paddle’ and a ‘frothing paddle’.
•The ‘mixing paddle’ is used for mixing milk during heating process and helps to prevent sticking
to the heated surfaces and allows for even heat distribution.
•The ‘frothing paddle’ is used for frothing milk (with or without heating).
•Select desired accessory according to your task.
•The amount of milk to be heated or frothed shall match the maximum capacity per the functions
shown in Figure. 1. Never exceed the maximum line otherwise this will result in spillage as
the milk expands during the heating / frothing process.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
1. Before using your milk frother, clean all the parts according to the section “CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE”.
2. Important: Never wash any parts in the dishwasher, and do not immerse the jug in water. This
may permanently damage the product and will void the warranty.
3. Ensure all packaging material is removed from the appliance and accessories.
Maximum capacity for heating milk (300ml)
Maximum capacity for frothing milk (150ml)
Minimum capacity for heating or frothing milk (75ml)

OPERATION OF YOUR MILK FROTHER
1. Place the appliance on a flat surface.
2. Select appropriate paddle depending on your desired function.
I. Frothing and heating milk (use frothing paddle);
II. Frothing milk, without heating (use frothing paddle);
III.Heating milk, without frothing (use mixing paddle).
Open the jug lid, insert the relevant paddle and clip onto the shaft on the bottom of jug.
3. Fill the jug with the desired amount of milk, and replace the lid.
NOTE: The maximum milk quantity permitted is 150ml for frothing and 300 ml for warming
only (see Fig.1), this is to avoid milk overflowing after frothing. The minimum milk quantity
permitted is 75ml.
NOTE: Whole milk is recommended, refrigerator chilled (5-10℃).
4. Connect the plug to a power outlet.
5. Press the relevant button (Heat or Froth) once.
I. Frothing and heating milk (use Heat button);
II. Frothing milk, without heating (use Froth button);
III.Heating milk, without frothing (use Heat button).
Depending on the button pressed, the relevant indicator will light up (blue colour for
Froth button and red colour for Heat button) and the appliance will start to operate. If
heating, once the milk temperature has reached its set value (approximately 67°C), the
appliance will cease operation, this will take approximately 3 minutes.
If frothing without heating, the appliance will operate for a preset time (approximately 2
minutes) and will then cease operation.
NOTE: You can stop operating at any time by pressing the heat or froth button once.
6. When the appliance has stopped operating, open the lid, pour out the milk to enjoy.
Caution: A minimum of 3 minutes rest time must be maintained between two continuous
cycles. Otherwise, the appliance will enter self-protection state (to avoid overheating)
automatically after 5 continuous cycles as indicated by the indicator lights flashing. The
heat and froth buttons will be inoperable while in self-protection state. After about 5
minutes, the appliance will return to standby state and you can continue operating the
appliance.
7. Always turn off the milk frother and disconnect the power supply when not in use
NOTE: Please clean the jug according to the section “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”
after two continuous cycles.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool down before
cleaning.
CAUTION: Never immerse the jug or power cord in water or allow moisture to contact
these parts.
1. Wash lid with water and mild detergent. The lid is NOT dishwasher safe. Rinse thoroughly
and dry.
2. Remove the mixing paddle or frothing paddle, and wash them completely in warm water.
3. Wash the inner of jug with a combination of a mild detergent and water and then wipe clean
with a soft damp cloth.
4. Wipe the exterior of the jug with a soft damp cloth and a mild cleaner, never use a poisonous
or corrosive cleaner.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the outside of the
appliance to prevent loss of glossiness.
