panel, and keep them retained for future reference. This manual is part of the device and
should be stored with it. If sold to a third party, these user instructions should be supplied
with the product. Liability will not be accepted, and the warrant will not apply, in cases of
improper use or failure to follow the safety instructions. Should you encounter any problems,

Our infrared heat panels are eco-friendly, safe, highly efficient and CO2 free.
No extra maintenance costs (up to 70% more cost effective than conventional heating like
central heating).

2.1 Important Safety Instructions

WARNING!
Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service, or maintenance can cause
injury or property damage. Refer to the owner’s information manual provided with this
heat panel. For assistance or additional information consult a qualified installer, a
service agency or your dealer.
WARNING!
When using electrical heat panels, basic precautions should always be taken to reduce
the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
•Please read all instructions carefully before using this appliance and retain these
instructions for future reference.
•Do not use the appliance until it is securely fixed as described in this manual.
•This product is for household use only and should only be used as intended.
•For indoor use only. This appliance is not suitable for use outside the house.
•Check the appliance carefully before use. Do not use the appliance if there are visible signs
of damage to the appliance or power cord, after a malfunction or after it has been dropped.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be repaired by the manufacturer, the authorized
service centre, or a qualified electrician in order to prevent a hazard.
•Never submerge the appliance in water or other liquids.
•Only plug the appliance into an AC power source. Do not use a non-standard power supply.
•Make sure that the voltage rating label of the appliance corresponds to your main voltage
before connecting the appliance to the mains power supply. If not see your retailer and do
not connect the appliance.
•The appliance should be plugged into an earthed socket.
•Before plugging in the appliance, make sure that it is switched off.
•Make sure that the socket is easily accessible so that the power plug of the panel can quickly
be disconnected from the socket in case of emergency.
•Protect the corners of the appliance from impact.
•Do not touch or use the appliance if you have wet hands.
•If there is water on the surface of the appliance, unplug it immediately.

•Always keep the heat panel at least 60cm away from water taps.
•Unplug the appliance immediately if it falls into water.
•Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces and hot conditions. Do not route the power
lead in front of the appliance. Do not allow the power cable to hang over sharp edges.
•Do not run the mains cable under carpets, rugs, etc.
•Never carry the appliance by the cord.
•When switching off the appliance, hold the plug and pull it. Don’t remove the plug by
pulling the power cord.
•Do not wrap the cord around the appliance after use.
•Flatten the cord when the appliance is not in use.
•Only original spare parts can be used for repairs.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are
supervised or have been instructed to use the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•Always remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is not in operation, if there
are any defects, if you want to move it, and before cleaning or maintaining the appliance.
•Never use accessories that are not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer. It could
cause danger to the user or damage to the appliance.
•Avoid using an extension cable as this may overheat and cause a risk of fire.

reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Children of less
than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
•Caution: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
•Caution: The heat panel may become very hot during first use; DO NOT touch the panel.

•Warning: Do not use this appliance in small rooms (<7m3)if they are occupied by people
who cannot leave the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
