- DO NOT OPERATE t is product near water sources or flammable
liquids.
- T is type of fryer may only be used wit oil or liquid fat, and is
not suitable for use wit solid fat. Solid fat may contain water,
w ic can cause ot fat to be sprayed out w en eated.
-Never switc on t e deep fryer wit out oil or fat, as t is could
damage t e mac ine. Also, do not place any ot er liquids suc as
water or ot er substances in t e pan.
- Be sure not to damage t e eating element.

Before first use, remove t e packing materials
T en, was t e accessories and t e inner pan in warm water. Dry well before use.
Make sure t at t e electrical parts remain dry.

USE
Note: The safety switch is activated when the element of control is inserted into the mechanism guide
You can use both tank of double deep fryer or only one tank (there is two thermostat, one per tank).
1. Remove t e lids from t e double deep fryer and take out t e accessories.
2. Fill t e double deep fryer wit t e desired amount of oil on eac tank.
Make sure t at it is filled not less t an minimum level and not ig er t an t e maximum level as
indicated on t e inside of t e appliance. For best results, we recommend t at you do not mix different
kinds of oil toget er.
3. Plug in t e appliance, t e red indicator lig t will illuminate. Turn t e two t ermostat buttons to select
t e temperature. T e green indicator lig t will illuminate. Always wait until t e selected temperature
as been reac ed, t e green lig t will go off.
4. Use t e andle to place t e baskets in t e deep fryer.
Note: Ensure that the handle is correctly fixed (Squeeze the metallic extremities at the end of the handle
of the basket and insert them into the metal buckles inside the basket)
Place t e food to be deep-fired into t e baskets. For best results, put dry food into t e baskets. Lower
t e baskets into t e oil slowly to prevent excessive bubbling.
NEVER FILL BASKETS WHEN THESE ARE IMMERSED IN THE OIL.
Note: the basket must be fill with food in 2/3 max
Wipe the wet food before frying
Food meadow fried requires a temperature of cooking higher than the raw food

For food containing some starch (potatoes) the cooking temperature shall not exceed 170°C
5. To keep t e oil at t e selected temperature, t e green indicator lig t repeatedly goes on and off during
frying.
6. To switc off t e appliance, turn t e t ermostat buttons on OFF position and unplug t e appliance.
Warning, when you lift lids, there can have a sudden evacuation of very hot steam. Be
careful not to burn you and lift carefully, by handles, the lids of the deep fryer.
Use rat er some special oil for frying
Do not mix various sort of fats
TO REPLACE THE OIL
Make sure t at t e deep fryer and t e oil ave totally cooled off before replacing t e oil (and remove t e
plug from t e socket).
Replace t e oil regularly (if t e oil becomes dark, or takes on a different odour) once after every 10 times
usage.
Replace t e oil all at once; do not mix old and new oil.
SAFETY SYSTEM / RESET
•Switc off t e appliance and unplug it
•Wait until deep fryer completely cool
•Turn on RESET button (on t e back of t e element of control) so t at t e deep fryer is again
operational. To do t is, use a plastic or wooden object of 4 cm long at least.
•T e deep fryer is again operational

DISCONNECT THE APPLIANCE OF THE POWER SOCKET AND LET IT COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE PROCEEDING
TO HIS CLEANING
Attention: the heating element can remain hot long after you disconnected the appliance
Warning: never immerse the heating element/control panel on the water or other liquids
1. Clean t e outside of t e deep fryer wit a damp clot and dry wit a soft, clean clot .
2. Never use abrasive objects or liquids to clean it.
3. T e basket and t e andle can be cleaned in warm, soapy water. Dry well before using again.
4.
W en replacing t e oil you can also clean t e inside of t e deep fryer. Empty t e deep fryer and first
clean t e inside wit a paper towel and t en wit a clot dipped in soapy water. T en wipe wit a
damp clot and allow to dry t oroug ly.
