PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE
APPLIANCE AND SAVE IT FOR ANY FURTHER NEED.
Incorrect o eration or usage is likely to cause damage to the
a liance and injure the user. Make sure that you follow all safety
instructions. Only use this a liance for the ur ose for which

been designed; we decline all res onsibility in the event of damage
due to incorrect use or bad handing.
1. This a liance is intended for household use. Never use it
outdoor.
2. Before use checks that the voltage of your wall outlet
corres onds to the rated voltage manner.
3. Plug in into earth socket.

years and above if they are continuously su ervised.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Warnin : Hot surface!
SURFACES ARE LIABLE TO GET HOT DURING USE
- This ty e of fryer may only be used with oil or liquid fat, and is not
suitable for use with solid fat. Solid fat may contain water, which
can cause hot fat to be s rayed out when heated.
-Never switch on the dee fryer without oil or fat, as this could
damage the machine. Also, do not lace any other liquids such as
water or other substances in the an.

Information :
- With dee -freeze roducts; Divide the quantity of French fries by 2 to avoid cooling the oil too quickly.
Shake dee -freeze roducts above the sink to remove excess ice.
- When using fries made from fresh otatoes: dry the fries after washing so that no water will go into the
oil.
- Dee -fry the fries in 2 stages. First stage ( re-frying): 5 to 10 minutes at 160 degrees
o
C.
Second state(final frying) 2 to 4 minutes at 190 degrees
o
C. Drain well.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION:
- If you should accidentally switch on your deep fat fryer when there is no oil or fat in it the overheatin
protection is automatically turned on. The appliance is no lon er ready to be used. Unplu the deep
fryer.
- Only after the appliance has been left to cool down completely should the “RESTART” button on the
rear of the control element be operated in order to use the deep fat fryer a ain. For this you should use
a plastic or wooden object that is the least 4cm lon .

BEFORE USE
Before first use, remove the acking materials
Then, wash the accessories and the inner an in warm water. Dry well before use.
Make sure that the electrical arts remain dry.
The dee fryer is equi ed with an adjustable thermostat and indicator lam s. The “o en” frying system
ensures excellent rofessional results and easy cleaning.
USE
1. Remove the lid from the dee fryer and take out the accessories.
2. Fill the dee fryer with the desired amount of oil or fat.
3. Make sure that it is filled not less than minimum level and not higher than the maximum level as
indicated on the inside of the a liance. For best results, we recommend that you do not mix different
kinds of oil together.
4. Choose the tem erature, which is suitable for what you are frying. Consult the tem erature table.
5. Use the handle to lace the basket in the dee fryer.
6. Place the food to be dee -fired into the basket. For best results, ut dry food into the basket. Lower
the basket into the oil slowly to revent excessive bubbling.
7. The indicator light will go out when the tem erature you have selected has been reached. Always wait
until the selected tem erature has been reached.
8. To kee the oil at the selected tem erature, the thermostat re eatedly goes on and off, and the
indicator light as well.
9. Raise the basket again when the frying time has ela sed.
10. Remove the lug from the outlet.
11. Rinse the handle and the basket after use, and dry thoroughly.
12. Once the dee fryer has com letely cooled off, you can re lace the basket in the a liance and store
it. Store the dee fryer, with the lid close, in a dark, dry lace. In this way, you can leave the oil and the
basket in the dee fryer when storing.
TO REPLACE THE OIL
Make sure that the dee fryer and the oil have totally cooled off before re lacing the oil (and remove the
lug from the socket).
Re lace the oil regularly (if the oil becomes dark, or takes on a different odour) once after every 10 times
usage.
Re lace the oil all at once; do not mix old and new oil.
Do not throw in the normal rubbish bin, but follow the guidelines of the munici al waste collector in your
area.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Note: Wait the dee fryer to be cooled down.
1. Clean the outside of the dee fryer with a dam cloth and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
2. Never use abrasive objects or liquids to clean it.
3. The basket and the handle can be cleaned in warm, soa y water. Dry well before using again.
4.
When re lacing the oil you can also clean the inside of the dee fryer. Em ty the dee fryer and
first clean the inside with a a er towel and then with a cloth di ed in soa y water. Then wi e
with a dam cloth and allow to dry thoroughly.
5.
Dishwasher is forbidden.
