Sicherheit
Diese Einbauanweisung soll dem Techniker die Montage erleichtern.
Die Einbauanweisung (kurz EBA genannt) ist nicht für den Endkunden bestimmt.
Achtung

Hinweis
Diese EBA ist für den Aufrüstsatz Network Mediaplayer, (kurz ARS genannt) mit der Artikelnumer
70700 080 verwendbar.
Der ARS ist nicht für alle Varianten der TV-Geräte geeignet.
Nach dem Einbau des Aufrüstsatzes ist immer die aktuelle TV Software einzuspielen. Sie finden diese

Die Zahlen „(X)“ in Klammern stehen für die Positionsnummer des unter dem Gliederungspunkt „1“

2. TV-Gerät öffnen
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker!
Entfernen Sie die Anschlussleitungen vom TV-Gerät.
Entfernen Sie, wenn vorhanden das kurze Verbindungskabel zwischen den Tuneranschlüssen.
Lösen und entfernen Sie, entsprechend des TV-Gerätemodells, die auf der entsprechenden Skizze mit
Pfeilen markierten Schrauben.
Nehmen Sie, nach dem Entfernen der Schrauben, die Rückwand vorsichtig nach hinten ab.
Ziehen Sie, wenn vorhanden, die entsprechenden Rückwandkabel von den Steckern am Chassis ab.
(Zum Einsetzen der Rückwand verfahren Sie entsprechend umgekehrt.)
Zu lösende Schrauben bei folgenden TV-Geräten:
Connect 32/ 37/ 42
14 Schrauben (Connect 32, 12 Schrauben) der Größe T20, Seite 35, Abb. 13.
Die auf Abb. 13 mit „A“ bezeichnete Abdeckung ist im Zuge der Produktmodifizierung hinzu gekommen.
Die Abdeckung wird durch Magnetkraft gehalten. Ausnahme TV Connect 32, Abdeckung wird von Rastnasen gehalten.
Wurde Ihr Gerät vor Verwendung der Abdeckung produziert, so ist diese nicht vorhanden.

3. Einbau des Network-Mediaplayer NMP-2000
TV-Gerät „Connect ... „
Mos-Bauteile
Vermeiden Sie Schäden durch elektrostatische Aufladung.
Beachten Sie die Regeln im Umgang mit MOS-Bauteilen.
Im weiteren Verlauf der Einbauanweisung wird die Einheit
„Network-Mediaplayer NMP-1000 / NMP-2000, nur als „Modul alt bzw. Modul neu“
bezeichnet.
Im TV-Gerät ist ein Modul (NMP-1000/ Modul alt) eingebaut.
Dieses wird durch ein neues Modul (NMP-2000/ Modul neu) ausgetauscht.
Vorgehensweise
Beachten Sie auch die Abbildungen auf den Seiten 28 - 33.
Lösen Sie die mechanischen und elektrischen Verbindungen.
Altes Modul entfernen
Besonderheit Connect 32
Externe Antenne vom alten Modul abchrauben und auf das NMP 2000 aufschrauben,
siehe Seite 28 und 29.
Besonderheit Connect 37 / 42
Vorsicht beim Öffnen und entfernen des Kabelbinders, siehe Abb. 6, 8 und 10, Kreis.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel nicht beschädigt werden.
Neues Modul einbauen
Fixieren Sie das Antennenkabel mit dem Fastex-Driller an der 11-poligen Leitung, siehe
Abb. 7, 9, und 11, Kreis.
Besonderheit Connect 42
Das Klebeband lösen Sie und positionieren dieses neu, wie auf Abb. 11, Seite 33 dar-
gestellt. Damit wird ein Lichtaustritt und ein Klirren des Ferrits verhindert.
Im TV-Connect 42 befestigen Sie die Antenne zusätzlich mit der Kabelschelle, siehe
Abb. 11, Seite 33.
Die Kabelschelle mit Schraube benötigen Sie nur für den Connect 42.
Prüfen Sie nach dem Einbau die Steckverbindungen noch einmal nach.

Nach dem Einbau des Aufrüstsatzes ist immer die aktuelle Software einzuspielen.

Ergänzender Hinweis nur für die Software des Mediaplayers:
Die einfachste Update-Möglichkeit hierzu ist das Software-Update über Internet.
Vor dem Update über Internet konfigurieren Sie das Modul.
Hinweise zur Vorgehensweise finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung.
Schließen Sie das TV-Gerät an einen Router mit Internetzugang an.
Anschließend öffnen Sie das MediaNetwork über das Assist-Menü.
Im Einstellungsmenü des MediaNetwork (Drücken der Taste MENU) gehen Sie auf den
Eintrag Software-Update.
Anschließend prüft der Mediaplayer automatisch ob eine neue Software auf dem On-
line-Server von Loewe zur Verfügung steht, lädt diese ggf. und installiert sie im Gerät.
Führen Sie immer einen Software Update durch.
Das bedruckte Haftetikett bringen Sie, wie auf Abb. 12, Seite 34 dargestellt, an.
Das zweite unbedruckte Haftetikett kann zur zusätzlichen Fixierung des Antennenka-
bels auf der Moduleinheit verwendet werden.
Abschließend setzen Sie die Rückwand wieder ein.
Verbinden Sie das TV-Gerät mit den externen Anschlußleitungen, und stecken das kur-
ze Verbindungskabel (am Tuner) wieder ein.
Setzen Sie die Kabelanschlußabdeckung ein und führen Sie eine Funktions- und Sicher-
heitsprüfung nach VDE 0701 durch.
Die Bedienungsanleitung (233-33898 001) geben Sie an den Endkunden weiter.

2. Apertura dell’apparecchio TV
Sfilare il connettore di rete!
Staccare le linee di collegamento dall’apparecchio TV.
Se presente, staccare il cavo di collegamento corto tra gli attacchi del sintonizzatore.
A seconda del modello di apparecchio TV, svitare e rimuovere le viti segnalate in figura con delle
frecce.
Dopo aver rimosso le viti, estrarre il pannello posteriore con cautela spostandolo all‘indietro.
Estrarre, se previsti, i rispettivi cavi del pannello posteriore dai connettori sullo chassis.
(Per riapplicare il pannello posteriore, procedere in senso inverso).
Viti da svitare nei seguenti apparecchi TV:
Connect 32/ 37/ 42
14 viti di dimensioni T20, pag. 35, fig. 13.
Nell’ambito della modifica prodotto, è stata aggiunta la copertura contrassegnata con “A” nella fig. 13.
La copertura viene trattenuta tramite forza magnetica. Eccezione: nel TV Connect 32 la copertura viene trattenuta tramite
denti d’arresto. La copertura non è fornita se il vostro apparecchio è stato prodotto prima che venisse utilizzata.

3. Montaggio del Network-Mediaplayer NMP-2000
Apparecchio TV “Connect ... „
Componenti MOS
Evitare danni da cariche elettrostatiche.
Attenersi alle norme d’uso dei componenti MOS.
Nel prosieguo delle istruzioni, l’unità
„Network-Mediaplayer NMP-1000 / NMP-2000“ verrà definita solo „mo-
dulo vecchio“ o „modulo nuovo“.
Nel vostro apparecchio TV è installato un modulo (NMP-1000/ modulo
vecchio).
Questo modulo verrà sostituito da uno nuovo (NMP-2000/ modulo nuovo).
Procedura
Attenersi anche alle figure alle pagine 28 – 33.
Allentare i collegamenti meccanici ed elettrici.
Essendo tecnici, vi sarà possibile riconoscere i collegamenti meccanici (per es. viti) e i
collegamenti elettrici (per es. connettori) da rimuovere.
Rimuovere il modulo vecchio
Peculiarità di Connect 32
Svitare l’antenna esterna del modulo vecchio e avvitarla sul NMP 2000, vedere pagine
28 e 29.
Peculiarità Connect 37 / 42
Fare attenzione mentre si apre e si rimuove la fascetta serracavi, vedere fig. 6, 8 e 10,
cerchio.
Evitare di danneggiare i cavi.
Montare il modulo nuovo
Fissare il cavo dell’antenna con il fermo in plastica Fastex al cavo a 11 poli, vedere fig.
7, 9 e 11, cerchio.
Peculiarità di Connect 42
Allentare e riposizionare il nastro adesivo, come illustrato in fig. 11, pag. 33. In questo
modo si impedisce che fuoriesca luce e che la ferrite tintinni.
Nel Connect 42 fissare l’antenna anche con la fascetta per cavi, vedere fig. 11, pagina
33.
La fascetta per cavi con vite è necessaria solo per il Connect 42.
Dopo l’installazione, controllare nuovamente i collegamenti a innesto.

Dopo il montaggio del kit di espansione si deve sempre installare il software attuale.

Nota supplementare, solo per il software del Mediaplayer:
Il modo più semplice per eseguire l’aggiornamento è via Internet.
Configurare il modulo prima dell‘aggiornamento via Internet.
Le istruzioni sulla procedura sono riportate nel manuale d‘uso.
A questo scopo, collegare l’apparecchio TV ad un router con accesso a Internet.
In seguito, aprire il MediaNetwork tramite il menu Assist.
Dal menu impostazioni del MediaNetwork (premere il tasto MENU) andare alla voce
Aggiornamento Software.
In seguito il Mediaplayer verifica automaticamente se sul server online di Loewe è dis-
ponibile un nuovo software, lo carica e lo installa sull’apparecchio.
Eseguire sempre un aggiornamento software.
Applicare l’etichetta adesiva stampata come illustrato nella fig. 12, pagina 34.
La seconda etichetta adesiva non stampata può essere utilizzata per fissare ulterior-
mente il cavo dell’antenna sull’unità modulare.
Infine rimontare il pannello posteriore.
Collegare l’apparecchio TV con i cavi di collegamento esterni e ricollegare il cavo di
collegamento corto (sul sintonizzatore).
Inserire la copertura della connessione cavo ed eseguire una verifica del funzionamen-
to e della sicurezza ai sensi della normativa VDE 0701.
Il manuale d’uso (233-33898 000) deve essere consegnato al cliente finale.

2. Opening the TV set
Pull out the mains plug!
Remove the connecting leads from the TV set.
Remove the short connecting cable between the tuner connections if available.
Loosen and remove the screws marked by arrows in the appropriate sketch according to the TV set
model.
Take off the rear panel carefully after removing the screws.
Pull the appropriate rear panel cables out of the connectors on the chassis as applicable.
(Proceed in the reverse order to replace the rear panel.)

The cover labelled “A” in fig. 13 has been added in the course of product modifications.
The cover is held by magnetic force. Exception TV Connect 32, cover is held by snap-in lugs. If your set was produced before
the cover was used, this is not available.

“Connect ...” TV set „
MOS components
Avoid damage by electrostatic charging.
Observe the rules for handling MOS components.
In the installation instructions which follow, the
“Network-Mediaplayer NMP-1000 / NMP-2000” will only be referred to as “old modu-
le or new module”.
A module (NMP-1000/ old module) is installed in the TV set.
This is replaced by a new module (NMP-2000/ new module).
Procedure
See the figures on pages 28 to 33.
Disconnect the mechanical and electrical connections.
As a technician you will immediately recognise the mechanical connections (e.g.
screws) and electrical connections (e.g. plugs) to be disconnected.
Remove old module
Special feature of Connect 32
Unscrew the external antenna from the old module and screw onto the NMP 2000.
See page 28 and 29.
Special feature Connect 37 / 42
Take care when opening and removing the cable tie, see fig. 6, 8 and 10, circle.
Make sure that the cables are not damaged.
Install new module
Fix the antenna cable with the Fastex twister to the 11-wire cable, see fig. 7, 9, and
11, circle.
Special feature of Connect 42
Remove the adhesive tape and reposition it as shown in fig. 11, page 33. This prevents
emergence of light and clinking of the ferrite.
In the Connect 42 TV, you fix the antenna additionally with the cable clip, see fig. 11,
page 33.
You need the cable clip with screw for the Connect 42.
Check the connections again after installation.

The current software must always be copied in after installing the upgrade kit.

Extra note for the Mediaplayer software only:
The simplest update possibility is the software update via the Internet.
Configure the module before the Internet update.
You will find instructions on how to do this in the operating instructions.
To do this, connect the TV set to a router with Internet access.
Then open the MediaNetwork with the Assist menu.
Go to the Software Update item in the Setting menu of the MediaNetwork (press the
MENU key).
Then the Mediaplayer automatically checks whether new software is available on
Loewe’s online server and loads and installs it in the set if necessary.
Always run a software update.
Attach the printed adhesive label as shown in fig. 12 on page 34.
The second unprinted adhesive label can be used for additional fixing of the antenna
cable on the module unit.
Then replace the rear panel.
Connect the TV set with the external connecting cables and plug the short connecting
cable (on the tuner) back in.
Fit the cable connection cover and perform a function and safety test in accordance
with VDE 0701.
Hand over the operating instructions (233-33898 001) to the end customer.

Veiligheid
Deze montagehandleiding is bedoeld om de monteurs het monteren te
vergemakkelijken.
De montagehandleiding (afgekort tot MH) is niet bestemd voor de eindgebruiker.
Let op
De waarschuwingsdriehoek duidt op waarschuwingen met
betrekking tot de bescherming van personen, toestellen en het milieu.
Waarschuwingen springen in ten opzichte van de lopende tekst en
hebben een vet opschrift. Neem deze aanwijzingen altijd in acht.
Opmerking
Deze MH is bruikbaar voor de uitbreidingsset (afgekort tot UBS) Network Mediaplayer met het arti-
kelnr. 70700 080.
De UBS is niet geschikt voor alle varianten van de tv-toestellen.
Na het installeren van de uitbreidingsset moet altijd de meest recente versie van de TV-software wor-

2. Tv-toestel openen
Trek de netstekker uit het stopcontact!
Verwijder de aansluitkabels van het tv-toestel.
Verwijder de eventueel aanwezige korte verbindingskabel tussen de tuneraansluitingen.
Draai de in de overeenkomstige tekening met pijlen aangegeven schroeven los en verwijder ze,
overeenkomstig het betreffende model van het tv-toestel.
Neem de achterwand na het verwijderen van de schroeven van het tv-toestel af door hem
voorzichtig naar achteren te trekken.
Trek de stekkers van de eventueel aanwezige achterwandkabels uit het chassis.
(Voor het aanbrengen van de achterwand voert u dezelfde handelingen in omgekeerde volgorde uit.)
Los te draaien schroeven bij de hieronder genoemde tv-toestellen:

14 schroeven maat T20, pagina 35, afb. 13.
De in afb. 13 met „A“ aangeduide afdekking werd in het kader van productwijzigingen toegevoegd.
De afdekking wordt door magneetkracht op haar plaats gehouden. Uitzondering TV Connect 32, afdekking wordt door
bevestigingsnokjes vastgehouden. Indien uw toestel vóór de toevoeging van de afdekking werd geproduceerd, is ze dus niet
aanwezig.

TV-toestel „Connect ... „
Mos-componenten
Voorkom schade door elektrostatische oplading.
Houd u aan de regels voor het werken met MOS-componenten.
In de verdere tekst van de montagehandleiding wordt de eenheid „Network Media-
player NMP-1000 / NMP-2000“ slechts aangeduid met „module oud of module ni-
euw“.
In het tv-toestel werd een module (NMP-1000/ module oud) ingebouwd.
Die wordt vervangen door een nieuwe module (NMP-2000/ module nieuw).
Werkwijze
Kijk naar de afbeeldingen op de pagina‘s 28 - 33.
U als technicus kent de los te maken mechanische verbindingen (bijv. schroeven) en
elektrische verbindingen (bijv. stekker).
Oude module verwijderen
Bijzonderheid Connect 32
Externe antenne van de oude module afschroeven en op de NMP 2000 schroeven, zie
pagina 28 en 29.
Bijzonderheid Connect 37 / 42
Wees voorzichtig bij het openen en verwijderen van de kabelbinder, zie afb. 6, 8 en
10, cirkel.
Zorg ervoor dat de kabels niet beschadigd worden.
Nieuwe module inbouwen
Bevestig de antennekabel met de ty-rap aan de 11-polige leiding, zie afb. 7, 9, en 11,
cirkel.
Bijzonderheid Connect 42
De plakband maakt u los en positioneert u opnieuw zoals getoond in afb. 11, pagina
33. Dat voorkomt de uittreding van licht en het rammelen van het ferriet.
In de TV-Connect 42 bevestigt u de antenne bijkomend met de kabelklem, zie afb. 11,
pagina 33.
De kabelklem met schroef hebt u niet nodig voor de Connect 42.
Controleer de insteekverbindingen na de montage nog een keer.

Na het installeren van de uitbreidingsset moet altijd de meest recente versie van de
software worden gedownload.

Aanvullende opmerking uitsluitend voor de software van de Mediaplayer:
De eenvoudigste update-mogelijkheid is de software-update via het internet.
Voor de update via het internet configureert u de module.
Informatie over de procedure vindt u in de handleiding.
Sluit het tv-toestel daarvoor aan op een router met internettoegang.
Vervolgens opent u het MediaNetwork via het Assist-menu.
In het instellingsmenu van het MediaNetwork (druk op de toets MENU) gaat u naar
het item Software-Update.
Vervolgens controleert de Mediaplayer automatisch of er nieuwe software op de
Online-Server van Loewe beschikbaar is. Als dat het geval is, laadt hij die software en
installeert hij hem op het toestel.
Voer altijd een software-update uit.
Het bedrukte kleefetiket brengt u aan zoals getoond in afb. 12, pagina 34.
Het tweede onbedrukte kleefetiket kan worden gebruikt als bijkomende bevestiging
van de antennekabel op de module-eenheid.
Breng de afdekking ten slotte opnieuw aan.
Verbind het tv-toestel met de externe aansluitkabels, en steek de korte verbindingska-
bel (met de tuner) opnieuw in.
Breng de kabelaansluitafdekking opnieuw aan en voer een werkings- en veiligheids-
test uit volgens VDE 0701.
Overhandig de gebruiksaanwijzing (233-33898 001) aan de eindgebruiker.
