Interface Descri tion
The interface transmitter is designed to translate paging commands from a host computer
to signals understood by LRS Pagers
Key ad Installation
1. Unpac the system. Be sure the following items are found:
• Interface unit
• Computer serial interface cable
• 10-Vac wall adpter
• Antenna with right angle elbow
• Pager
2. Plug the 10-Volt power adapter into a wall outlet
3. Plug the power supply into the interface transmitter
4. Connect the antenna.
5. Connect the serial cable from the connector on the interface
transmitter to the serial port on the host computer
6. The unit is ready for operation
7. Refer to the operating instructions delivered with the inter-
face transmitter
