INTRODUCTION
EXS1… and EXS3… are electronic current transformers suitable to be installed immediately
downstream of the miniature circuit breakers thanks to their compact size. Available for single-phase
or three-phase loads, the diameter and pitch of the passage holes have been designed to be in line
with the ones of the MCBs. They connect to the EXS4000 current measurement module via pre-wired
2 meter RJ45 cable, thus making the connection fast and fail-safe. EXS3... can be programmed to
manage even single-phase loads.

INSTALLATION
 The EXS… must be installed respecting the direction of the active power indicated by the arrow on
the front cover.
 Install the electronic CT possibly immediately downstream of the MCB which interrupts the line to
be monitored.
 If necessary, it is possible to fix the electronic CT with ties using the special slots provided on the
housing.
 A green LED indicates the correct power supply of the current transformer, regardless of the
direction of the power.
INSTALACE
