Introduction
Bodyclock Luxe is a wake-up light and music player with extra bedtime
features to help you fall asleep.
Wake-up light
Bodyclock Luxe wakes you with a sunrise that naturally helps to regulate
your sleep and wake patterns. You’ll wake up in a better mood, find it
easier to get up and feel more energetic.
Ideally, you should use the wake-up light all year round to help keep
your sleep and wake cycle on track.
In clinical trials, ‘dawn simulators’ such as Bodyclock Luxe have been
shown to improve mood, energy, productivity and the quality of sleep
and awakening1. They can also help sufferers of SAD (Seasonal Affective
Disorder) and winter blues cope with dark winter mornings2.
Bedside lighting
Bodyclock Luxe provides adjustable bedside lighting and a relaxing
sunset to help you unwind at bedtime. Use together with the low-blue
light feature to minimise the alerting effect of blue light and prepare for
sleep3.
Music player
Bodyclock Luxe has DAB radio and can also play the radio and music
wirelessly from a smartphone or computer via Bluetooth, from a USB
flash drive or from a music player via an audio cable.
