Daily Cleaning
1.Remove air cap
2. Wipe out the top of liquid nozzle with duster
Soaked in solvent
Duster
No Dipping whole spray gun in solvent.
O-rings and packings will be broken.
Toothbrush
Cotton swab etc.
3. Clean the air cap in solvent
Use soft tool like as toothbrush

Periodic Disassemble and Cleaning
•For disassembling make sure to use
“Lumina”spanner.
•Remove Piston set prior to Liquid nozzle,
and it prevents the damage of liquid nozzle.
Do not use pliers or other tools at disassembling.
It will hurt liquid nozzle and cause malfunction.
Apply Grease after cleaning each parts
1. Grease Shaft
2.Grease
Y-Ring
Piston Set 3. Grease Around the wall of piston chamber
4. Grease
Inner O-Ring.
Remove this Y-Ring at cleaning.
This Y-Ring is easy to be damaged.
Be care for the direction of Y-Ring.
Flare part should be forward.

Attention at cleaning
Adhered paint will cause liquid leak or spray intermittent.
Clean this pat intensively.

Clean hole inside after removing Plug.

Parts Exchange
Liquid Nozzle, Needle, and Packings are Consumables.
If liquid leak from the top of the nozzle were occurred,
Replace these parts with new one.
Liquid nozzle and needle (or Piston Set) should be
replaced all together.
Exchange Packings
1. Remove the set screw with flathead screwdriver.
And you will find a needle packing fixed in the hole.
2. Don’t tighten the set screw too much.
It will press the needle packing inside too much.
Pressed needle packing will stop the piston move.

1 piece of P-9 O-Ring.
