2015 Tahoe Mounting Instructions
1. Attach brackets to rail closest to middle seats with 3/8” hardware provided as shown. Leave loose
for later adjustment. (Fig. 1)

Attach brackets to rail with 4 sets of
3/8” hardware provided as shown.
Leave loose for later adjustment.

Remove nuts on back seat studs and
install 2 brackets over back rear seat
studs. (Fig. 1)
Shown with seats removed.

2. Remove nuts on back seat studs and install 2 brackets over back rear seat studs. Re-install seat
nuts and tighten (Fig. 1)
3. Attach the rail by rear hatch to vehicle floor at (2) locations on each side of vehicle. (Fig. 2a)
Use metric bolts and washers to attach rail to factory hold-down brackets under mat. Notch mat
for access. Install (2) sheet metal screws and washers in area shown in Fig.2b (Fig. 2b)
Install rail on top of vehicle mat.
4. Adjust the middle seat rail so that the 2 rails measure 28” apart from center to center of each rail.
5. Tighten all bolts and screws.
6. Place SecureStor vault on top of rails and install 3/8” bolts and washers through slots in rails and
into pem nuts on sides of vault. Tighten securely
CAUTION:
Always check before drilling or screwing to be certain not to hit anything (fuel tank, lines,
wiring, etc) beneath the carpet, the transmission hump or the vehicle.
IMPORTANT:
The above photos are shown with vehicle carpeting removed for illustrative purposes only.
All brackets and hardware must be installed on top of vehile carpeting.
Attach 2nd rail to vehicle floor on each
side of vehicle into tie-down bracket
under vehicle mat. (Fig. 2a)
Attach 2nd rail to vehicle floor on each
side of vehicle using M8 x 20m bolts
and washers into tie-down bracket
under vehicle mat. (Fig. 2b)
Notch mat for access to factory
bracket
Attach (1) sheet metal screw and
washer on each side of vehicle.
