Caution: This product is to be used as a reference only and the readings are not to be relied upon for accuracy.
Lutz Auto is not responsible for any miscalibration or issues resulting from incorrect readings. The inclinometer
function should only be used as a novelty item and should not be used for deciding whether to attempt any off-
road maneuvers. The readings from the inclinometer may or may not be accurate and should not be relied upon.
Do not operate the unit while driving. Operating this Multigauge screen while driving could lead to accidents and
serious injuries. As with all other vehicle gauges or instruments, this unit should be used and viewed only when
safe to do so. The automobile driver’s attention should always be focused on safe driving.
Loading Screen
This screen shows on startup while the device connects to the OBDII dongle. If
the unit fails to connect or the dongle is plugged in, the screen will timeout after
about 30 seconds and continue without OBDII connection. Everything will
function except for the OBD2 linked gauges. Connecting to the OBDII dongle
takes about 15 to 20 seconds. If the Bluetooth is turned off using the settings
menu, this screen will only show for 2 seconds on startup.
ADVANCED: This splash loading can be replaced with a custom image by
placing the image on an SD card and inserting the SD card into the slot on the
unit. The image must be 240x320 pixels size, must be Bitmap24 format, and must have file name “SPLASH”. This is
“SPLASH” not “SPLASH.bmp”.
Main Gauge Screen
This screen shows 4 gauges at one time. Short-pressing each gauge will cycle to
the next gauge. Long-pressing the top left or right corners will cycle to the various
windows described below.
OBDII Linked Gauges:
1. Engine Speed - RPM
2. Coolant Temp - CLT
3. Intake Air Temp - IAT
4. MAF sensor reading - MAF
5. Engine Load - LOD
6. Vehicle Speed - SPD
7. Timing Advance - ADV
8. Throttle Position - TPS
9. Short Term Fuel Trim - FTS
10.Long Term Fuel Trim - FTL
Optional Extra Gauge Inputs (Gauge Kits Sold Separately):
1. Transmission Temp - TRANS
2. Oil Pressure - OIL
3. Exhaust Gas Temp - EGT
4. Boost - BST
5. 1 extra for possible expansion

Inclinometer
This unit is equipped with a built-in accelerometer which can be used as an
inclinometer. The zero button is used to zero the gauge on level ground. The
unit will remember the zero setting next time it starts.
Like the other main windows, long-pressing the top right or left corners will
cycle to the next or previous window.
The inclinometer uses an acceleration sensor to detect orientation. This will
make the reading high while turning at speed or accelerating and braking.

Options Menu
The options menu will guide you to some other features and settings. The
bottom right hand corner will show the software revision number.
Short pressing one of the boxes will take you to that particular window.
Like the other main windows, long-pressing the top right or left corners will
cycle to the next or previous window.
Settings Menu
The setting menu is accessed from the Options menu above. Here you can
turn Bluetooth On or Off, clear the Bluetooth sync, change the gauge units,
and access the Calibrations and Extra Gauges Menu.
If Bluetooth is turned off, the unit will boot more quickly, but will not display
any data associated with OBDII. Hardwired extra gauges will still work.
Press the exit button in the corner to exit this window.

Calibrations and Extra Gauges Menu
Speed adjust is used to calibrate vehicle speed read by the OBDII. This
adjustment will only affect the gauge reading and will not affect the ECU’s
reading.
Fuel adjust can be used to compensate for inaccuracies in the realtime MPG
reading.
The toggle buttons at the bottom are used to turn on and off extra gauges and
their associated features. Turning these gauges off will make it so that there
is no evidence of their existence when scrolling through your multigauge.
Only turn these on if you have the extra gauge kits wired up.
Press the exit button in the top right corner to exit this menu.
EGT & Boost
This window will be unlocked only if the EGT external gauge is turned on in
the Calibrations and Extra Gauges Menu. This window will show after the
inclinometer and before the Options Menu. Long-pressing the top left or right
corners of the screen will cycle between windows.
