Decide whether you will need to assemble your shower door to open from the left or right.

Install the top and bottom tracks with side post
and magnet jamb using 1” screws as shown
in drawing below. Slide wall jamb over side post
and magnet jamb .

STEP 2
Step 2.1 Move the entire door frame into place.
Step 2.2 Place a level on the outside of the frame
to very they are plumb, then mark the locations
to drill.

Now that you have marked your holes, remove
the door assembly (temporarily). Follow the instructions
below that match your shower enclosure material.
Step 3.1 Using a 1/8” drill bit, drill a hole about 1-1/2”
deep at each of the previously marked locations.
Continue to step 4.
WARNING: Do not use wall anchors with
acrylic berglass shower enclosures.
Step 3.1 Using a 1/4” masonry drill bit, drill a hole about 2-3/4”
deep at each of the previously marked locations.
Step 3.2 Insert wall anchors into each of the drilled holes.
Continue to step 4.

Move the assembled door frame into place.
STEP 4.1 Using screws , attach the wall jambs to
the shower wall through the drilled holes.
Screwing into stud is required for support when
installing on acrylic berglass shower enclosures.

Step 4.2 Using a 1/8” drill bit, drill 3 evenly spaced holes through
the jambs into the frame on the inside of door. Use screws
to secure. Repeat on the other side. Cover screws with
caps provided.

Step 5.1 Apply self adhesive bumper onto the
top and bottom tracks.
Step 5.2 Slide the panel into the side post.

between glass and jamb.

Step 8.1 Attach the top and bottom rollers at
the top and bottom of the glass door. The H2OFF label
should be facing outward. The glass may need to be
turned upside down depending on a right or left hand
installation.
9.2 Move the door to the closed position and install
the setting block into the pre-drilled hole on the
bottom track with 1/2” screw .

Step 8.2 Install the magnet strip on the glass door side
by the handle and the other vinyl seal on the opposite side.

STEP 9
Hang the door with assembled rollers on to the
frame track . Press down the bottom roller
and slide the bottom two rollers into the bottom track .
Some adjustment may be required if bottom rollers do not
slide into bottom track. To adjust, turn screw clockwise or
counterclockwise to move roller up or down.
NOTE: Bottom roller can be adjusted by pressing down on top button.

Caulk left, bottom, and right inside of door
frame
to seal. Keep the entire area dry for a
minimum of 24 hours. Your installation is
now complete.

yons Industries, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this Lyons shower door will be free of manufacturing defects, which aect its
p
erformance as a bathing or showering xture, under the following conditions and subject to the limitations contained in the ”Remedies”and
”
Warranty Limitations” sections. The Limited Warranty applies for 5 years from the date of purchase if the xture is used in a residential
o
wner-occupied building for non-commercial purposes; or for 2 years from the date of purchase if it is used in any other building, including any
b
uilding used for rental, commercial, or business purposes. This Limited Warranty is void if the xture is not installed in accordance with the
i
nstallation instructions supplied by Lyons, or local building codes and ordinances. This Limited Warranty is also void if the xture is moved from
t
he location of its initial installation, or is subjected to accident, abuse, or misuse. The Limited Warranty excludes normal wear and tear. This

imited Warranty shall be void unless any failure or non-conformance is discovered before the expiration of this warranty, and is reported to

EMEDIES — The original purchaser’s remedy under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement,or refund of the purchase price of

he xture, at Lyons sole option, of any part of the xture which has failed or does not conform to the manufacturer’s specications. In no event

hall Lyons be liable for lost prots, loss of use, incidental, special or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of use
o
f the building or its contents, arising out of any defect in the xture; nor shall Lyons be liable for any amount in excess of the original purchase
p
rice of the xture. Lyons reserves the right to require the return, at purchaser’s expense, of the damaged xture for repair or exchange before
p
roviding services under this Limited Warranty. If Lyons elects to replace the xture, its obligation is limited to supplying a replacement unit or
c
omponent part of comparable size and style, and does not include the cost of removal, installation, or transportation, which must be borne by the
p
urchaser. Replacement parts provided under this Limited Warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period applicable to
t
he xture, as if such parts were original components of that xture.
