Important Safety Information
1. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles
and heavy-duty work gloves during use.
2. Refer to tire repair regulations
before repairing tire.
3. Do not allow Lubricant (Industrial
White Petroleum) to contact skin.
4. Do not attempt to repair sidewall
damage with this kit.
5. Be aware of sharp tips.
6. Inspect before every use; do not use
if parts are loose or damaged.
7. This product is not a toy. Do not allow
children to play with or near this item.
8. Do not modify Tire Repair Kit to perform
tasks for which it was not designed.
9. Use only with accessories included
with the Tire Repair Kit.
10. Deflate tire before use. Keep tire’s valve
stem uncovered during use to allow
any remaining air to flow out of tire.
11. Keep work area clean and well lit.
12. Keep bystanders out of
the area during use.
13. Do not use when tired or when
under the influence of drugs,
medication or alcohol.
14. Maintain product labels and
nameplates. These carry
important safety information.

Operation Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the
beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein
before set up or use of this product.
1. Locate obstruction or damage to tire.
2. Check applicable tire repair
regulations before repairing tire.
3. If tire is repairable, ensure obstruction
or damage to tire is easily accessible.
4. Remove Valve Cap.
5. Remove Valve Core.
6. Remove obstruction from tire with Pliers.
7. Insert Probe Tool into hole.
8. Move Probe Tool up and down
with a twisting motion.
9. Remove Probe Tool.
NOTICE: Do not allow
Lubricant to contact skin.
10. Insert tip of Plug Tool into Lubricant.
11. Install a Repair Cord into Plug Tool
until even on both sides.
12. Insert tip of Plug Tool into tire.

13. Slowly insert Repair Cord
2/3 of the way in.
14. Press sliding portion of
Plug Tool against tire.
15. Pull handle up until Plug Tool
is removed from tire.
CAUTION! Wear heavy-duty work
gloves and cut away from body.
16. Cut Repair Cord with Foldable Razor
leaving 5mm of Repair Cord excess.
17. Install Valve Core.
18. Inflate tire to proper psi.
19. Install Valve Cap.
NOTICE: Additional steps or different
procedures may be needed to permanently
repair tires for use on public roads.

Maintenance
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM TOOL FAILURE:
Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration
occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Lubrication
1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the
general condition of the tool. Check for:
• loose hardware
• misalignment or binding
of moving parts
• cracked or broken parts
• any other condition that may
affect its safe operation.
2. AFTER USE, wipe the tool
off with a clean cloth.
3. When storing, coat all parts with a
light oil to prevent rust, then store
them in the Carrying Case.
