ELECTROCHEMICAL CELLS CALIBRATION

I. GAS CALIBRATI N F ELECTR CHEMICAL CELLS
1. Turn the analyser ON and connect it usin proper connection interface to the PC computer.
2. Start the service pro ram MaMoS on the connected PC computer and communicate with the analyser.
3. Press F6 and enter password: 010939
4. Make sure that:
-the analyser is in the measurements phase (user's manual chapter 7.3.8. Work modes)
-time of the measurement cycle is lon enou h to prevent switchin the analyser durin calibration to
ventilation mode.
-analyser is suckin fresh air
5. Open Service->CPU from the top menu.

6. Lines described as Tox0 and Tox1 concerns installed electrochemical sensors.
7. Installed sensor types are visible in the main pro ram window.
8. Observe the si nal in Tox0 line. When it's stable and the fluctuations don't exceed ±200uV press
“Hold readouts”.
9. Press “Remove zero”, then “Make zeroing”, and at the end “ n-line readouts”.

12. Enter precise concentration of calibration as. Press “Calibrate” and then “ n-line read-
ings”.
13. Observe, still providin the the same calibration as, readouts of the calculated by the analyser concen-
tration of measured as . If the readouts differs (>±5%) from the inserted earlier reference calibration
value repeat steps from 11. to 13.
14. Repeat steps from 8. to 13. for the next Tox1 sensor.
