2.4 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Drehmomentvorsatz X3 ist nur zur Verwendung mit
den Mafell-Geräten A18 M bl und ASB18 M bl
bestimmt.
Für die Verwendung an diesen Maschinen muss der
mitgelieferte Zusatzhandgriff auf die vollständige
Länge montiert und verwendet werden. Maschine, X3
und Zusatzhandgriff sind mit einem speziellen Profil
am Spannhals ausgestattet und so aufeinander
abgestimmt.
Achtung
Aus Sicherheitsgründen darf der
Drehmomentvorsatz X3 nicht mit
anderen Maschinen verwendet
werden.
Für einen Schaden, der aus einer anderen Nutzung
hervorgeht, haftet der Hersteller nicht.
3 Sicherheitshinweise
Gefahr
Beachten Sie stets die folgenden

-Bewahren Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
Anweisungen auf und geben Sie das Gerät nur
zusammen mit diesen Dokumenten weiter.
-Lesen Sie vor der Benutzung des Geräts die
beiliegenden Sicherheitshinweise und die
Gebrauchsanleitung aufmerksam und vollständig
durch.
-Beachten Sie auch die Betriebsanleitung der
Antriebsmaschine.
-Benutzen Sie den Zusatzhandgriff in der
vollständig montierten Länge von 630 mm. So ist
er auf das hohe Drehmoment abgestimmt.
-Zusatzgriff und X3 müssen korrekt montiert sein.

-Der Verlust der Kontrolle über die Maschine kann
zu Verletzungen führen.
-Es können sehr hohe Rückdrehmomente
auftreten!
-X3 und Maschine immer mit beiden Händen an
den vorgesehenen Handgriffen festhalten.
-Einen sicheren Stand einnehmen und konzentriert
arbeiten.
-Nicht auf Leitern oder erhöhten Stellen verwenden.
-Ein beschädigter oder rissiger Zusatzhandgriff ist
zu ersetzen. Gerät mit defektem Zusatzhandgriff
nicht betreiben. Mehrere X3 dürfen nicht
hintereinander angebracht werden.
4 Zusammenbau des Handgriffes
Die Teile wie gezeigt zusammenschrauben und von
Hand kräftig festziehen (Abb. 1 und 2).
5 Getriebevorsatz an Maschine
befestigen
Schieben Sie den X3 vollständig auf die
Maschine bis die Profile der Bauteile
ineinandergreifen.
An der Stellschraube (2) stellen Sie die
Spannkraft ein:
Die Spannkraft ist richtig eingestellt, wenn sich
Spannhebel (3) nur mit Kraft, bis zum Anschlag
nach unten bewegen lässt und der X3 fest am
Gerät angebracht ist (Abb. 3).
Drücken Sie den Spannhebel (3) mit Kraft, bis
zum Anschlag nach unten und befestigen den
X3 somit an der Maschine (Abb. 4).
Schieben Sie den Zusatzhandgriff vollständig
auf (4) bis die Profile der Bauteile ineinander
greifen.
Ziehen Sie den Zusatzhandgriff durch drehen
kräftig fest. Prüfen Sie, dass Handgriff und X3
sicher angebracht sind (Abb. 5 und 6).
6 Wartung
MAFELL-Maschinen sind wartungsarm konstruiert.
Die eingesetzten Kugellager sind auf Lebenszeit
geschmiert. Nach längerer Betriebszeit empfehlen
wir, die Maschine einer autorisierten MAFELL
Kundendienstwerkstatt zur Durchsicht zu übergeben.

2.4 Use according to intended purpose
Torque attachment X3 is only intended to be used
with the Mafell devices A18 M bl and ASB18 M bl.
When it is to be used with these machines, the
additional handle included in the supply must be
installed and used in its full length. Machine, X3 and
additional handle are equipped with a special profile
on the clamping neck and are thus matched to each
other.
Caution
For safety reasons, the torque
attachment X3 may not be used
with other machines.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage
arising from another use.
3 Safety instructions
Danger
Always observe the following safety
instructions and the safety
regulations applicable in the
respective country of use!
-Please keep all safety instructions and instructions
and only pass on the device together with these
documents.
-Before using the device, please attentively read
the enclosed safety instructions and the directions
for use in their entirety.
-Also pay attention to the operating instructions for
the drive motor.
-Use the additional handle in its complete installed
length of 630 mm. In this manner, it is matched to
the high torque.
-Additional handle and X3 must be correctly
installed.
-Losing control of the machine may lead to injuries.
-Very high back torques may occur!
-Always hold the X3 and the machine with both
hands at the handles intended for that purpose.
-Take up a secure stand and work with
concentration.
-Do not use on ladders or in raised positions.
-A damaged or fissured additional handle must be
replaced. Do not operate the device with defective

additional handle. It is not permitted to install
several X3 in series.
4 Assembling the handle
Screw together the parts as shown and firmly fasten
by hand (Fig. 1 and 2).
5 Fastening the gear attachment on
the machine
Push the X3 completely onto the machine until
the profiles of the components fully interlock.
Adjust the clamping force at the adjusting screw
(2):
The clamping force is correctly set if the
clamping arm (3) can only be moved down to
the limit stop by exerting force and the X3 is
firmly attached to the device (Fig. 3).
Slide the clamping arm (3) downwards up to the
limit stop with force, thus fastening the X3 on
the machine (Fig. 4).
Slide the additional handle completely on (4)
until the profiles of the components interlock.
Firmly fasten the additional handle by turning.
Check whether the handle and the X3 are firmly
attached (Fig. 5 and 6).
6 Maintenance
MAFELL machines are designed to be low in
maintenance. The ball bearings used are greased for
life. After the machine has been in operation for some
time, we recommend to take it to an authorised
MAFELL customer service shop for inspection.

2.4 Utilisation conforme
Le démultiplicateur de couple X3 n'est destiné qu'à
une utilisation avec les appareils Mafell A18 M bl et
ASB18 M bl.
Pour l'utilisation sur ces machines, il faut monter et
utiliser la poignée supplémentaire sur l'intégralité de
la longueur. La machine, le X3 et la poignée
supplémentaire sont pourvus d'un profil spécial au
niveau du collier de serrage et sont par conséquent
adaptés les uns aux autres.
Attention !
Pour des raisons de sécurité, le
démultiplicateur de couple X3 ne
doit pas être utilisé avec d'autres
machines.
Le fabricant n'engage aucune responsabilité en cas
de dommages résultant d'une utilisation autre que
celle indiquée.
3 Consignes de sécurité
Danger
Toujours respecter les consignes
de sécurité ainsi que les
règlements de sécurité en vigueur

-Conserver toutes les consignes de sécurité et
instructions et ne prêter l'appareil que s'il est
accompagné de tous ces documents.
-Avant l'utilisation de l'appareil, lire attentivement et
intégralement les consignes de sécurité ci-jointes
ainsi que le mode d'emploi.
-Respecter également la notice d'emploi de la
machine d'entraînement.
-Utiliser la poignée supplémentaire sur sa longueur
entièrement montée de 630 mm, car elle est ainsi
adaptée au couple élevé.
-La poignée supplémentaire et le X3 doivent être
correctement montés.

-La perte de contrôle de la machine peut être à
l'origine de blessures.
-De très hauts couples de réaction risquent de se
produire !
-Toujours retenir le X3 et la machine des deux
mains, au niveau des poignées prévues à cet effet.
-Prendre une position stable et travailler de façon
concentrée.
-Ne pas l'utiliser sur des échelles ou des endroits
surélevés.
-Remplacer toute poignée supplémentaire
endommagée ou fissurée. Ne pas exploiter
l'appareil avec une poignée supplémentaire
défaillante. Il est interdit de monter plusieurs X3 les
uns à la suite des autres.
4 Assemblage de la poignée
Assembler les pièces par vissage, comme
représenté, et les serrer fortement à la main (ill. 1 et
2).
5 Fixation du réducteur sur la machine
Pousser complètement le X3 sur la machine,
jusqu'à ce que les profils des composants
s'engrènent.
Régler la force de serrage au niveau de la vis
de réglage (2) :
La force de serrage est correctement réglée
lorsque le levier de serrage (3) ne peut être
déplacé qu'avec force jusqu'en butée vers le
bas et que le X3 est fermement monté sur
l'appareil (ill. 3).
Presser le levier de serrage (3) avec force
jusqu'en butée vers le bas et fixer ainsi le X3 sur
la machine (ill. 4).
Pousser complètement la poignée
supplémentaire (4), jusqu'à ce que les profils
des composants s'engrènent.
Serrer fermement la poignée supplémentaire à
fond par rotation. S'assurer que la poignée et
que le X3 sont montés de façon fiable (ill. 5 et
6).
6 Maintenance
Les machines MAFELL sont conçues pour
fonctionner avec très peu d'entretien. Les roulements
à billes utilisés sont graissés à vie. Après une durée
d'utilisation prolongée, nous recommandons de
confier la machine pour révision à un atelier de
service après-vente MAFELL agréé.

Per poterlo impieagre su queste macchine occorre
assolutamente assemblare il manico addizionale di
dotazione in tutta la sua lunghezza e utilizzarlo.
Macchina, X3 e manico addizionale sono dotati di un
profilo speciale sul collare di serraggio e adattati l'uno
all'altro.
Attenzione
Per motivi di sicurezza non è
consentito utilizzare l'attacco di
coppia X3 con altre macchine che
quelle indicate.
Il fabbricante non risponde per danni risultanti da un
altro impiego.
3 Avvertenze di sicurezza
Pericolo
Osservate sempre le seguenti
avvertenze di sicurezza e le
disposizioni di sicurezza vigenti nel
paese di utilizzazione!
-Conservare tutte le avvertenze di sicurezza e le
istruzioni e dare via l'apaprecchio solo insieme a
questa documentazione.
-Prima di utilizzare l'apparecchio leggere
accuratamente e completamente le avvertenze di
sicurezza e le istruzioni per l'uso in allegato.
-Osservare anche le istruzioni per l'uso della
macchina motrice.
-Utilizzare il manico addizionale solo nella sua
completa lunghezza assemblata di 630 mm. Il
manico è adattato solo così alla coppia di
serraggio elevata.
-Manico addizionale e X3 devono essere
correttamente montati.
-La perdita del controllo sulla macchina può
causare lesioni.

-Possono crearsi coppie di serraggio di ritorno
molto alte!
-Tenere fisso l'attacco X3 e la macchina sempre
con entrambe le mani dalle impugnature previste.
-Mettersi in posizione stabile e sicura e lavorare
concentrati.
-Non utilizzare l'apparecchio su scale o posizioni
alte.
-Un manico addizionale danneggiato o rotto deve
essere sostituito. Non fare funzionare
l'apparecchio con manico addizionale difettoso.
Non mettere uno dopo l'altro più di 1 attacco X3.
4 Assemblaggio del manico
Avvitare insieme gli elementi così come modtrato e
serrare a mano (Fig. 1 e 2).
5 Fissaggio dell'attacco alla macchina
Infilare l'attacco X3 completamente sulla
macchina, finché i profili dei componenti
ingranano.
Con la vite di regolazione (2) viene impostata la
forza di serraggio:
La forza di serraggio è correttamente impostata,
quando la leva di serraggio (3) si lascia
muovere verso il basso, fino a battuta, solo con
forza e l'attacco X3 è collocato fisso
all'apparecchio (Fig. 3).
Premere in basso la leva di serraggio (3) con
forza fino alla battuta e con ciò fissare l'attacco
X3 alla macchina (Fig. 4).
Infilare il manico addizionale completamente (4)
finché i profili dei componenti ingranano.
Serrare forte il manico addizionale ruotandolo.
Verificare se manico e attacco X3 sono collocati
in modo sicuro (Fig. 5 e 6).
6 Manutenzione
Le macchine MAFELL sono costruite in maniera da
richiedere una manutenzione ridotta. I cuscinetti a
sfera utilizzati sono lubrificati a vita. Dopo un lungo
tempo d'esercizio raccomandiamo di consegnare e
fare ispezionare l'apparecchio da un'officina di
assistenza clienti MAFELL.

CE-teken ter documentatie van de overeenstemming met de principiële
veiligheids- en gezondheidseisen volgens bijlage I van de machinerichtlijn

2.3.1 Leveromvang
Draaimomentopzetstuk X3 compleet met:

2.4 Reglementaire toepassing
Het draaimomentopzetstuk X3 is enkel bestemd voor
gebruik met de Mafell-apparaten A18 M bl en ASB18
M bl.
Voor het gebruik met die machines moet de
meegeleverde extra handgreep op de volledige
lengte gemonteerd en gebruikt worden. De machine,
X3 en extra handgreep zijn met een speciaal profiel
op de spanhals uitgerust en zo op elkaar afgestemd.
Let op
Om veiligheidsredenen mag het
draaimomentopzetstuk X3 niet met
andere machines gebruikt worden.
De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die
resulteert uit een ander gebruik.
3 Veiligheidsinstructies
Gevaar
Houd alstublieft steeds rekening
met de volgende
veiligheidsbepalingen en met de in
het desbetreffende gebruikersland
geldige veiligheidsinstructies!
-Bewaar alle veiligheidsinstructies en aanwijzingen
en geef het apparaat enkel met die documenten
door.
-Lees voor het gebruik van het apparaat de
bijgevoegde veiligheidsinstructies aandachtig en
volledig door.
-Neem ook de gebruiksaanwijzing van de
aandrijfmachine in acht.
-Gebruik de extra handgreep in de volledig
gemonteerde lengte van 630 mm. Zo is ze
afgestemd op het hoogste moment.
-De extra handgreep en de X3 moeten correct
gemonteerd zijn.
-Het verlies van de controle over de machine kan
tot letsels leiden.
-Er kunnen heel hoge terugdraaimomenten
optreden!
-Houd de X3 en de machine altijd met beide
handen aan de voorziene handgrepen vast.

-Neem een stabiele positie in en werk
geconcentreerd.
-Gebruik het apparaat niet op ladders of verhoogde
plaatsen.
-Een beschadigde of gebarsten extra handgreep
moet vervangen worden. Gebruik het apparaat niet
met een defecte extra handgreep. Er mogen niet
meerdere X3 achter elkaar aangebracht worden.
4 Montage van de handgreep
Schroef de delen zoals weergegeven aan elkaar en
draai ze met de hand stevig vast (afb. 1 en 2).
5 Opzetstuk aandrijving op de
machine bevestigen
Schuif de X3 volledig op de machine tot de
profielen van de onderdelen in elkaar grijpen.
Aan de instelschroef (2) stelt u de spankracht in:
de spankracht is juist ingesteld als de
spanhendel (3) alleen met gebruik van kracht tot
de aanslag naar beneden bewogen kan worden
en de X3 stevig op het apparaat is aangebracht
(afb. 3).
Druk de spanhendel (3) met kracht tot de
aanslag naar beneden en bevestig de X3 zo op
de machine (afb. 4).
Schuif de extra handgreep volledig erop (4) tot
de profielen van de onderdelen in elkaar grijpen.
Zet de extra handgreep door draaien krachtig
vast. Controleer dat de handgreep en de X3
stevig aangebracht zijn (afb. 5 en 6).
6 Onderhoud
MAFELL-machines werden onderhoudsvriendelijk
geconstrueerd. De toegepaste kogellagers werden op
levenstijd gesmeerd. Na een langere bedrijfstijd
adviseren wij om de machine te laten nazien door
een geautoriseerde MAFELL-
klantendienstwerkplaats.
