Overview
D100 3D Printer is an innovative esign by Magna Concept. The
automatically calibration for the print platform is provi ing an easy to
use an accurate environment for 3D printing.

First time power on of D100
!! Please follow the procedures shown below when you are first
time to power on the D100 3D Printer. Otherwise the printer
may damage.
Proce ures:
1. Check the power switch. Make sure it is in OFF position.
2. Remove shipping protection foams at top si e an front si e.
3. Remove two car boar that insi e the printer.

4. Install the print platform.

6. Switch on printer. When the Logo appear, press an hol the
[Print] an [Change Filament] button. It will bring the printer into
Park mo e.

8. Switch off the printer an wait for 20 secon s. Then switch on the
printer again. After a while the printer will show “Printer Rea y” if
everything is correct.
9. Follow the section “Platform Calibration” to calibrate the print
platform.
10. Follow the section “Loa ing/Changing Filament” to insert the
filament.

Platform Calibration
For a proper printing, the D100 printer must calibrate its print platform.
The calibration shoul perform on the following situation.
– When first time power on your printer.
– After change of Extru er.
– After cleaning of print hea nozzle.
– After replace a new print platform.
– After repaire you D100 printer.
– Move the D100 printer to a new location.

Proce ures:
1. Switch off the printer an wait for 20 secon s.
2. Press an hol the [Change filament] button, then switch on the
printer. Release the button when “Calibration” show on isplay.
