About the product
MAGNAlens
was designed by an engineer and lifelong user of eye/ear protection who became
increasingly dissatisfied with the pain and discomfort caused when wearing earmuffs over traditional
eyewear, thus causing the dreaded “pinching" discomfort. Up until now this discomfort has been an
accepted byproduct of using earmuffs over safety eyewear.
The solution to this problem lies in the use of , extremely
strong magnets, which securely connect the patented
MAGNAlens
eyewear to the outside of the
earmuffs. This unique patented connection prevents
the eyewear from being compressed under the
earmuff cushions. This connection system also
eliminates the “brea ” in the ear cushion seals which
compromise the noise reduction effectiveness of the
hearing protection.
MAGNAlens
utilizes optical
polycarbonate, one-piece, wrap around lenses. These
2.9mm (.115") thic lens were designed by one of the
best optical engineers in America with major
objectives being optical quality and impact
resistance.
Tooling, injection molding, optical coating and CNC lens finishing are all accomplished here in the USA. The
extra thic lens is designed to exceed ANSI ballistic impact specifications as well as ANSI optical
specifications. Each it includes one set of earmuffs and three lenses (clear, yellow, and blue). Eliminate the
"pinch" today and try the most comfortable eye/ear protection you will ever wear. Patent numbers:

WARRANTY INFORMATION
YOUR NEW
MAGNALENS
EYE / EAR PROTECTION SYSTEM IS GUARANTEED AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM
THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THIS WARRANTY COVERS THE EARMUFF ASSEMBLY AND EYEWEAR ASSEMBLY. YOUR LENSES ARE MANUFACTURED, IN THE USA, FROM THE
FINEST, HARDCOATED, OPTICAL POLYCARBONATE AVAILABLE. EVEN THOUGH YOUR LENSES ARE DESIGNED TO BE AS SCRATCH RESISTANT AS POSSIBLE, YOU WILL
EVENTUALLY INCURE INCIDENTAL SCRATCHES OR DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL SAFETY LENS USAGE. YOUR
MAGNALENS
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL
SCRATCHING OR DAMAGE TO LENSES DUE TO NORMAL USE OR IMPROPER CLEANING.
PROPER CARE OF YOUR LENSES
1. Wash an ry your han s thoroughly. Before cleaning your eyeglasses, make sure your hands are free from dirt, grime, lotion and anything else that could be trans-
ferred to your lenses. Use lotion-free soap or dishwashing liquid and a clean, lint-free towel to clean your hands.
2. Rinse your glasses un er a gentle stream of lukewarm tap water. This will remove dust and other debris, which can help avoid scratching your lenses when you
are cleaning them. Avoid hot water, which can damage some lens coatings.
3. Apply a small rop of lotion-free, citrus free ishwashing liqui to each lens. Most dishwashing liquids are very concentrated, so use only a tiny amount. Or
apply a drop or two to your fingertip instead. Use only brands that do not include lotions or hand moisturizers (Dawn original formula, for example .
4. Gently rub both si es of the lenses an all parts of the frame for a few secon s. Make sure you clean every part, including the nose pads and the ends of the
temples that rest behind your ears. And be sure to clean the area where the edge of the lenses meet the frame, where dust, debris and skin oils can accumulate.
5. Rinse both si es of the lenses an the frame thoroughly. Failing to remove all traces of soap will cause the lenses to be smeared when you dry them.
6. Gently shake the glasses to eliminate most of the water from the lenses. Inspect the lenses carefully to make sure they are clean.
7. Carefully ry the lenses an frame with a clean, lint-free towel. Use a dish towel that has not been laundered with a fabric softener or dryer sheet (these sub-
stances can smear the lenses . A cotton towel that you use to clean fine glassware is a good choice. Make sure the towel is perfectly clean. Dirt or debris trapped in the
fibers of a towel can scratch your lenses; and cooking oil, skin oil or lotion in the towel will smear them.
8. Inspect the lenses again. If any streaks or smudges remain, remove them with a clean microfiber cloth — these lint-free cloths are available at most optical shops or
photography stores.
When using individually packaged, pre-moistened disposable lens cleaning wipes, first inspect the lenses for dust or debris. Blow any particles off before wiping the lenses,
to avoid scratching.

NEODYMIUM MAGNET WARNING
Neodymium magnets are not for children.
Neodymium magnets are not toys. Children should not be allowed to
handle neodymium magnets. Small magnets can pose a choking hazard. If multiple magnets are swallowed, they can
attach to one another through intestine walls. This can cause a severe health risk, re uiring immediate, emergency
surgery if correctly diagnosed.
Neodymium magnets can affect pacemakers.
The strong magnetic fields near a neodymium magnet can affect
pacemakers, ICDs and other implanted medical devices. Many of these devices are made with a feature that deacti-
vates it with a magnetic field. Therefore, care must be taken to avoid inadvertently deactivating such devices.
Magnets can affect magnetic media.
The strong magnetic fields near neodymium magnets can damage magnetic
media such as floppy disks, credit cards, magnetic I.D. cards, cassette tapes, video tapes or other such devices. They
can also damage televisions, VCRs, computer monitors and CRT displays. Avoid placing neodymium magnets near elec-
tronic appliances.
-EARMUFF CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS-

FROM THE FULL 30 b NOISE REDUCTION CONFIGURATION TO A LOWER PROFILE 27 b CONFIGURATION.
THE EAR CUSHION PLATE CAN BE REMOVED BY HAND BY PLACING FINGERS INSIDE EAR OPENING AND USING THUMB TO PUSH
AGAINST THE HINGE POINT ON OUSTIDE OF CUP.
