2. Use and limitations on use
• Use
The GX02 full-face mask protects face and respiratory tract. Depending on the filter used it
protects the user in an environment contaminated with solid and liquid aerosols, gases, vapours and
combinations of these dangerous substances.
It can also be used in combination with CleanAIR®Powered Air Purifying Respirator units or Continuous
Flow Compressed Air systems. Keep the manual for future reference.
• Limitations on use
Carefully observe the following instructions.
DANGER
1. Never use the mask in the following environments and under the following conditions:
• If oxygen concentration in the environment is lower than 17 %.
• In oxygen ambiances and oxygen-enriched environments.
• In explosive ambiences.
• In environments where the user lacks knowledge about the kind of dangerous substance and its
concentration.
• In environments that represent an immediate threat to the life and health.
• Unknown type and concentration of the gases or vapours in the environment.
• In environments with various mixes of gases and vapours.
2. Do not use this product before carefully reading this manual. If you have any questions, please
contact the manufacturer or your distributor.
WARNING
1. Do not modify or distort the mask and refrain from exerting excessive force on the mask.
2. Do not disassemble or modify the face parts.
3. Use only original spare and consumable parts.
4. Do not use if:
• You have a beard, hair or sideburns reaching into the sealing line of the mask. The requested
protection function of the mask cannot be achieved under such circumstances.
• You are in a poor physical condition.
5. Individuals with respiratory or circulatory system disease should consult a physician and go
through a medical examination before use.
6. Give your attention to checking the product before use.
7. Perform an air-tightness test whenever putting on the respirator.
8. Do not insert towels or any other objects that could cause air-tightness disruption in the space
between the face and the mask sealing line.
9. If any of the following problems occur when using the mask, move to a secure location and take
appropriate measures:
• Resistance to breathing increased significantly or you have problems with breathing.
• If you experience stench or irritation or an unpleasant taste while breathing.
• If you feel unwell or if you experience nausea.
10. Use only authorized CleanAIR®filters suitable for the particular application. Particle filters do
not protect the user against gases and vapours. Gas filters do not protect the user against
any particles. Use combined filters in case of contamination by both kinds of dangerous sub-
stances.
11. Do not use filters with expired shelf lives (see section „11. Shelf life“).
12. Do not use filters that are damaged, malformed, corroded or otherwise.
NOTICE
1. In case of allergic reactions (i.e. rash, redness, itching, etc.) while using this product stop using
it and consult a dermatologist.
2. This product is intended to be used in environments with temperature range from -5 °C to +50 °C.

4. Connecting and disconnecting filters
• Connecting (see Figures Annex 2.1)
Push the threaded section of the filter against the inlet opening in the face section and firmly
tighten it in the clockwise direction.
NOTICE
Be careful not to damage the thread or the seals; perform the tightening with your hand only.
• Disconnecting (see Figures Annex 2.2)
To remove turn the filter in the counter-clockwise direction.
5. Putting on and taking off (see Figures Annex 3.1 - 3.3)
Putting on
1. Loosen the strap by pushing the buckle axis towards the mask and pulling the strap. (Fig. 3.1)
2. Hold the right and the left straps by both hands. Insert your chin into the lower face piece
and drag the straps over your head. (Fig. 3.2)
3.Align the mask with your face and gradually and carefully tighten all straps from 1 to 6
(Fig. 3.3).
NOTICE
1. Make sure the mask is not misaligned on your face.
2. Any hair caught inside the mask could cause air-tightness disruption.
4. Pull the head straps downwards and backwards, to eliminate any free space in the front section.
5. Push the eye window towards your head and gradually firmly tighten all the straps from 1 to 6.
6. Perform an air-tightness test. (see „8. Air-tightness test“)
Taking off (see Figures Annex 4.1 - 4.3)
1. Loosen the head straps by lightly pulling the buckle away from your head.
2. Hold the mask at the chin section by both hands, pull it away from your head and remove it.

6. Air-tightness test
1. Place your palm on the filter opening.
2. Slightly breath in and watch whether the mask slightly
presses towards your face and whether any air leaks
between the mask and your face.
NOTICE
If you find any air leakage, adjust the mask position on yourface
and tighten the head straps to eliminate any leakage
Do not use the respirator unless perfect air-tightness has been
achieved.
7. Maintenance
This protection mask should be periodically checked and maintained by trained specialists. All service
records must be archived. Always use only original spare parts. The manufacturer recommends the fo-
llowing maintenance intervals. These intervals can be shorter then stated below due to high frequency
of use. Observe national laws and regulations!

Whenever the mask is cleaned and sanitized or whenever spare parts exchange has been performed,
the functionality and air-tightness tests must take place but only after these procedures.
Check for cracks, leaks or distortions in the mask. Valve membranes must freely move and the valve
seats must be clean and undamaged.
Inner mask valve and its sealing (see Figures Annex 5.3)
1. Remove the outlet valve membrane.
2. Press a new inlet valve membrane into the inner mask opening.
Outlet valve (see Figures Annex 6.1 - 6.4)
1.Slightly press on the valve body with your fingers from the side and remove the cover.
NOTICE
Outlet valves are located on both sides of the mask.
2. Press a new inlet valve membrane into the inner mask opening.
3. Hold the membrane stem and turn it to verify its stability under load.
4. Close the valve body.
Inner mask (see Figures Annex 7.1 - 7.2)
1. Pull the inner mask to remove it.
2. Insert a new inner mask into the face-piece section according to the drawing, seal the first
one A(a), B(b) and finally C(c), in this order.
Front cover
1. Use a hexagonal wrench to remove the two screws on the front side and then remove the
front cover.
2. Use the screws to fasten a new front cover.
Headband (see Figures Annex 8.1 - 8.4)
1. Pull the two pawls of the headband from the upper section of the buckle.
2. To release the buckle turn it on its pin by 90° clockwise and counter-clockwise.
3. Slide off the buckle to remove the head piece.
4. Replace the pin.
5. Install a new headband.

8. Cleaning and disinfection
WARNING
Perform cleaning only when the filter is not installed.
• Wash the mask with lukewarm water and
mild detergent. (in case of heavy dirt) use
a sponge or a soft brush for the cleaning.
• Thoroughly wash the mask under running
water.
• Perform disinfection using disinfecting
agents diluted in water (max. 30 °C)
• Observe the instructions stated in the disin-
fec-ting agent instructions for use.
• Thoroughly wash the mask under running
water.
For service centres
Before cleaning and disinfecting:
• Remove the inlet valve, the inlet valve mem-
brane and the outlet valve
• Remove the inner mask (including the inner
mask valve and the inner mask valve mem-
brane)
• Removed parts must be disinfected separa-
tely.
• Dry the mask and its components (tempera-
ture max. 50 °C)
• Assemble the mask in the reverse order. Af-
ter assembly an air-tightness test should be
performed.
NOTICE
Do not use dishwashers or dryers.
Do not use acetone or other cleaning solvents.
9. Air tightness
WARNING
Air-tightness should be tested in an authorised
service centre.
Air-tightness test must be performed by a testing
method specified in ČSN EN 136.
DANGER
Leaking masks must not be used.
10. Storage
Keep the mask at a suitable clean, dry and shady
place in a temperature range from -10 °C to +50 °C
NOTICE
Do not pile or stack the masks.
Respirators must be disposed of in acordance
with local regulations for the disposal of waste
of this kind.
11. Shelf life
No specific shelf life has been determined for
the masks and their parts.
For filter shelf life see the filter user manual.
12. Disposal
Respirators must be disposed of in accordance
with local regulations for the disposal of waste
of this kind.

2. Použití a omezení použití
• Použití
Celoobličejová maska GX02 zajišťuje ochranu obličeje a dýchacích cest. Dle typu použitého filtru po-
skytuje ochranu uživatele v prostředí kontaminovaném pevnými i kapalnými aerosoly, plyny, parami a
kombinacemi těchto škodlivin.
Může být také použit v kombinaci s filtračně-ventilačními jednotkami a systémy tlakového vzduchu
CleanAIR®. Manuál uchovejte pro pozdější potřebu.
• Omezení použití
Přesně dodržujte následující pokyny.
NEBEZPEČÍ
1. Nikdy nepoužívejte v těchto prostředích a za těchto podmínek:
• Koncentrace kyslíku v prostředí je < 17 %
• V kyslíkových atmosférách nebo prostředích obohacených kyslíkem
• Ve výbušných atmosférách
• V prostředích, kde není znám druh škodliviny nebo její koncentrace.
• V prostředí, které bezprostředně ohrožuje život nebo zdraví uživatele.
• Typ nebo koncentrace plynů a par v prostředí není známá.
• V prostředí s různou směsí plynů a par (krom případu použití s kombinovaným filtrem)
• Neposkytuje ochranu proti některým plynům např. oxidu uhelnatému (CO), oxidu uhličitému
(CO2).
2. Tento produkt by neměl být používán bez předchozího pozorného prostudování tohoto
manuálu. V případě dotazů se obraťte na výrobce nebo svého distributora.
VAROVÁNÍ
1. Masku nijak neupravujte, nedeformujte ani na ni nevyvíjejte nepřiměřenou sílu.
2. Nerozebírejte ani neupravujte obličejové části.
3. Používejte pouze originální náhradní a spotřební díly.
4. Nepoužívejte pokud:
• Máte vousy, vlasy, nebo kotlety, které zasahují do těsnící linie masky. V tomto případě nemůže být
zajištěna požadovaná ochranná funkce masky.
• Jste ve zhoršené fyzické kondici.
5. Jedinci s onemocněním respiračního nebo oběhového systému, by se měli poradit s lékařem a
absolvovat lékařskou prohlídku před použitím.
6. Věnujte pozornost kontrole produktu před jeho použitím.
7. Proveďte zkoušku těsnosti pokaždé, kdy je respirátor nasazen.
8. Nevkládejte ručník, ani jiné objekty, které mohou způsobit netěsnost do prostoru mezi tvář a
těsnící linii masky.
9. Pokud nastane během používání některý z následujících problémů, přesuňte se na bezpečné
místo a přijměte vhodná opatření:
• Pokud se rapidně zvýší odpor při nádechu a máte problémy s dýcháním.
• Pokud cítíte pach, dráždivost při dýchání nebo nepříjemnou chuť.
• Pokud jsou kterékoli z dílů poškozené.
• Pokud se necítíte dobře, nebo máte pocit na zvracení.
10. Používejte pouze schválené filtry CleanAIR® vhodné pro konkrétní aplikaci. Filtry proti částicím
nechrání uživatele proti plynům a parám. Protiplynové filtry nechrání uživatele proti žádným
částicím. V případě kontaminace oběma druhy znečištění použijte kombinované filtry.
11. Nepoužívejte filtry, které mají prošlou dobu skladovatelnosti. (viz. bod „11 Skladovatelnost“)
12. Nepoužívejte filtry s poškozením, deformací, rzí, nebo jinými defekty.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
1. V případě alergických reakcí (tj. vyrážka, zarudnutí, svědění atd.) během používání tohoto produk-
tu, jej přestaňte používat a poraďte se s dermatologem.
2. Tento produkt je určen pro použití v prostředích s teplotním rozsahem -5 °C to +50 °C.

4. Připojení a odstranění Filtrů
• Připojení (obrazová příloha 2.1)
Zatlačte závitové části filtru proti nadechovacímu otvoru obličejové části a pevně ji utáhněte ve
směru hodinových ručiček.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
Buďte opatrní, abyste nepoškodili závit nebo těsnění, při utahovaní postačí síla rukou.
• Odstranění (obrazová příloha 2.2)
Pro odstranění otáčejte filtrem proti směru hodinových ručiček.
5. Nasazení a sejmutí (obrazová příloha 3.1 - 3.3)
Nasazení
1. Povolte pásku stlačením osy přezky směrem k masce a zatažením za pásku. (obr. 3.1)
2. Držte pravé a levé pásky oběma rukama. Pak vložte bradu do nižší obličejové části a přetáhněte
pásky přes hlavu. (obr. 3.2)
3. Narovnejte si masku na tváři a postupně s citem dotáhněte všechny pásky od 1. do 6. (obr. 3.3)
UPOZORNĚNÍ
1. Ujistěte se že, maska není na obličeji vychýlená.
2. Jakékoli vlasy zachycené uvnitř masky, mohou způsobit netěsnost.
4. Zatáhněte hlavové popruhy směrem dolů dozadu, tak aby vpředu v čelní části nezůstal žádný
volný prostor.
5. Stlačte zorník směrem k hlavě a postupně pevně dotáhněte všechny pásky od 1. do 6.
6. Proveďte kontrolu těsnosti. (viz. „8. Kontrola těsnosti”.)
Sejmutí (obrazová příloha 4.1 - 4.3)
1. Povolte hlavové pásky lehkým zatažením za přezku směrem od hlavy.
2. Uchopte masku za bradovou část oběma rukama, odtáhněte ji od hlavy a sundejte.

6. Kontrola těsnosti
1. Přiložte dlaň na otvor filtru.
2. Lehce se nadechněte a sledujte, zda se maska leh-
ce přitáhne k obličeji a žádný vzduch mezi maskou a
obličejem nikde neuniká.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
Zjistíte-li únik vzduchu, upravte polohu masky na tváři
a dotáhněte hlavové pásky, aby se vyloučily netěsnosti.
Respirátor nepoužívejte, pokud není možné dosáhnout dokonalé
těsnosti.
7. Údržba
Tato maska by měla být pravidelně kontrolována a udržována vyškolenými specialisty. Záznamy o
servisu musí být archivovány. Vždy používejte pouze originální náhradní díly. Výrobce doporučuje ná-
sledující intervaly údržby. V případě potřeby s ohledem na frekvenci používání, můžou být intervaly i
kratší než je uvedeno. Dodržujte národní zákony a předpisy!

Výměna ventilů a jejich sedel servisním centrem X
Test funkčnosti a těsnosti servisním centrem X
Kdykoliv je maska čištěna a dezinfikována, nebo v případě výměny náhradních dílů, musí být test
funkčnosti a těsnosti proveden až po těchto úkonech.
Zkontrolujte, že se na masce nevyskytují žádné trhliny, netěsnosti nebo deformace. Membrány ventilů
se musí volně pohybovat a sedla ventilů musí být čistá a nepoškozená.
Vnitřní ventil masky a jeho těsnění (obrazová příloha 5.3)
1. Odstraňte membránu vydechovacího ventilu.
2. Zatlačte novou membránu nadechovacího ventilu do otvoru vnitřní masky.
Vydechovací ventil (obrazová příloha 6.1 - 6.4)
1. Zboku lehce zatlačte prsty na kryt ventilu a odklopte víko.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
Vydechovací ventil je umístěn na obou stranách masky.
2. Zatlačte na střed ventilu (výstupek), tak aby membrána ventilu správně dosedla na místo.
3. Chyťte stopku membrány a otáčejte s ní, pro zjištění pevnosti.
4. Uzavřete kryt ventilu.
Vnitřní maska (obrazová příloha 7.1 – 7.2)
1. Zatáhněte za vnitřní masku, pro její odstranění.
2. Vložte novou vnitřní masku do obličejového dílu dle nákresu, první dotěsnit A(a), B(b) a nakonec
C(c) v tomto pořadí.
Přední kryt
1. Odstraňte dva šrouby na přední straně pomocí šestihranného klíče, a poté vyjměte přední
kryt.
2. Upevněte nový přední kryt na místo pomocí šroubků.
Hlavový kříž (obrazová příloha 8.1 - 8.4)
1. Vytáhněte dvě zarážky hlavového kříže z horní části přezky.
2. Pro uvolnění přezky jí otáčejte na čepu o 90° ve směru a proti směru hodinových ručiček.
3. Stáhněte přezku pro odstranění z hlavového dílu.
4. Vyměňte čep.
5. Nasaďte nový hlavový kříž.

8. Čištění a dezinfekce
VAROVÁNÍ
Čištění provádějte při nenasazeném filtru.
• Masku myjte vlažnou vodou a jemným čis-
ticím prostředkem. Pokud je to nutné (např.
při silném znečištění) myjte houbou nebo
jemným kartáčem.
• Důkladně opláchněte masku pod tekoucí vo-
dou.
• Dezinfikujte dezinfekčními prostředky ředě-
nými vodou (max. 30 °C)
• Dodržujte postup z návodu k použití desinfek-
ce.
• Důkladně opláchněte masku pod tekoucí vo-
dou.
Pro servisní centra
Před čistěním a dezinfekcí:
• Odstraňte nadechovací ventil, membránu
nadechovacího ventilu a vydechovací ventil
• Odepněte vnitřní masku (včetně ventilu vnitř-
ní masky a membrány ventilu vnitřní masky)
• Odstraněné díly masky musí být dezinfiko-
vány zvlášť.
• Usušte masku a její komponenty (teplota
max. 50 °C)
• Sestavte masku v opačném pořadí. Zkouš-
ku těsnosti je třeba provést po opětovném
sestavení.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
Nepoužívejte myčku nebo sušičku.
Nepoužívejte aceton nebo jiná rozpouštědla pro
čištění.
9. Těsnost
UPOZORNĚNÍ
Těsnost by měla být odzkoušena autorizovaným
servisním střediskem.
Zkouška těsnosti musí být provedena podle zku-
šební metody uvedené v ČSN EN 136.
NEBEZPEČÍ
Netěsnící masky nesmí být používány.
10. Skladování
Masku skladujte na vhodném místě, které je čis-
té, suché, stinné a má teplotní rozmezí -10 °C až
+50 °C.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
Masky nestavte do komínků, ani je nevršte.
Masky likvidujte v souladu s místními předpisy
pro likvidaci odpadů tohoto typu.
11. Skladovatelnost
Nejsou nastaveny žádné specifické skladovací
doby pro masky a jejich součásti.
Skladovatelnost filtrů naleznete v příslušných
manuálech daných filtrů.
12. Likvidace
Respirátory likvidujte v souladu s místními předpi-
sy pro likvidaci odpadů tohoto typu.

2. Gebruik en beperking van het gebruik
• Gebruik
Het complete gezichtsmasker GX02 biedt bescherming van het gezicht en de luchtwegen. Vol-
gens het type van de gebruikte filter biedt het bescherming van de gebruiker in een omgeving,
die gecontamineerd is met vaste of vloeibare aerosol, gassen, stoom en combinaties hiervan.
Het kan ook gebruikt worden in combinatie met filter- en ventilatie-eenheden en persluchtsyste-
men van CleanAIR®. Deze handleiding dient u te bewaren voor later gebruik.
• Beperking van het gebruik
U dient zich precies aan de volgende instructies te houden.
GEVAAR
1. Niet te gebruiken in deze omgevingen en onder deze omstandigheden:
• Concentratie van zuurstof < 17 %.
• In een atmosfeer met verhoogd zuurstofgehalte of verrijkt met zuurstof.
• In een explosieve atmosfeer.
• In een omgeving, waarvan het soort vervuiling of de concentratie ervan niet is vastgesteld.
• In een omgeving, waar direct gevaar dreigt voor het leven of de gezondheid van de gebruiker.
• Wanneer het type of de concentratie van gassen en dampen in de omgeving niet bekend zijn.
• In een omgeving met een mengsel van gassen en dampen (behalve bij gebruik van een gecom-
bineerde filter).
• Biedt geen bescherming tegen bepaalde soorten gas, bijvoorbeeld koolstofmonoxide (CO), kool-
stofdioxide (CO2).
2. Dit product zou niet gebruikt moeten worden zonder voorafgaande grondige bestudering van
deze handleiding. In geval van vragen richt u zich tot de producent of uw leverancier.
WAARSCHUWING
1. U mag het masker niet aanpassen, deformeren of er op enige wijze buitensporige kracht op
uitoefenen.
2. Haal het gezichtsgedeelte niet uit elkaar en wijzig het niet.
3. Gebruik alleen originele reserveonderdelen.
4. Niet te gebruiken indien:
• u een baard, haren of bakkebaarden heeft, die de dichtheidslijn van het masker beïnvloeden. In dat
geval is er geen garantie voor de vereiste beschermende functie van het masker.
• uw fysieke conditie verslechterd is.
5. Individuen met medische problemen met de luchtwegen of hart- en vaatkwalen dienen eerst te
consulteren met een arts en voor gebruik medisch gekeurd te worden.
6. Besteed aandacht aan de controle van het product, voordat u het gebruikt.
7. Controleer de afdichting steeds, wanneer u de respirator opzet.
8. Stop geen handdoek of andere voorwerpen, die de afdichting kunnen verstoren, tussen het
gezicht en de afdichtingslijn van het masker.
9. Indien tijdens het gebruik een van de volgende problemen ontstaat, gaat u naar een veilige plek
en neemt geschikte maatregelen:
• wanneer u problemen heeft met de ademhaling of het ademen zwaarder wordt.
• bij onprettige geur of smaak of bij irritatie tijdens het ademen.
• wanneer een van de onderdelen beschadigd is.
• wanneer u zich niet goed voelt of misselijk bent.
10. Gebruik alleen gekeurde filters van CleanAIR®, die geschikt zijn voor de betreffende
toepassing. Filters tegen deeltjes beschermen de gebruiker niet tegen gassen en dampen.
Filters voor gassen beschermen de gebruiker niet tegen deeltjes. In geval van contaminatie
met beide soorten van vervuiling gebruikt u gecombineerde filters.
11. Gebruik geen filters met een verlopen datum voor houdbaarheid. (zie punt „11. Houdbaarheid”.)
12. Gebruik geen filters met beschadiging, deformatie, roest of andere defecten.
ATTENTIE
1. In geval van een allergische reactie (bijv. uitslag, rood worden, jeuk enz.) tijdens het gebruik van
dit product, stopt u met het gebruik en consulteert u een dermatoloog.
2. Dit product is bestemd voor gebruik in een omgeving met een temperatuur van -5 °C tot +50 °C.

4. Aansluiting en verwijdering van filters
• Aansluiting (afbeelding 2.1)
Druk het fittingstuk van de filter tegen de ademopening van het gezichtgedeelte en draai het
stevig aan in de richting van de wijzers van de klok.
ATTENTIE
Wees voorzichtig, opdat u de schroefdraad of de afdichting niet beschadigt.
Aandraaien met de hand is voldoende.
• Verwijdering (afbeelding 2.2)
Voor verwijdering draait u de filter tegen de richting van de wijzers van de klok.
5. Op- en afdoen (afbeelding 3.1 - 3.3)
Opzetten
1. Maak de riem los door te drukken op de as van de gesp tegen het masker en door te trekken
aan de riem. (Afb. 3.1)
2. Houd de rechter en linker riem vast met beide handen. Steek dan uw kin in het onderstuk en
trek de riemen over uw hoofd. (Afb. 3.2)
3. Zet het masker recht op uw gezicht en geleidelijk en voorzichtig trekt u alle riemen aan van
afb. 1 tot en met 6. (Afb. 3.3)
ATTENTIE
1. Controleer of het masker recht op het gezicht zit.
2. Haren in het masker kunnen de afdichting verstoren.
4. Trek de hoofdbanden aan in de richting omlaag en naar achter, opdat er vooraan in het voorstuk
geen vrije ruimte overblijft.
5. Druk het zichtvlak richting het hoofd en trek geleidelijk alle riemen aan van 1 tot en met 6.
6. Controleer de afdichting. (Zie 8. Controle van de afdichting.)
Afnemen (afbeelding 4.1 - 4.3)
1. Maak de hoofdriemen los door zacht te trekken aan de gesp in de richting vanaf het hoofd.
2. Pak het masker met beide handen vast aan het kinstuk. Trek het van het hoofd en neem het af.

6. Controle van de dichtheid
1. Leg de palm van uw hand op de filteropening.
2. Haal zacht adem en let op, of het masker een beetje
tegen het gezicht wordt gedrukt en er geen lucht
ontsnapt tussen het masker en het gezicht.
WAARSCHUWING
Wanneer u luchtontsnapping ontdekt, past u de positie van
het masker aan en trekt de hoofdriemen vast, opdat ontsna-
pping wordt voorkomen.
U mag de respirator niet gebruiken, als de afdichting niet volle-
dig is.
7. Onderhoud
Dit PBM dient regelmatig te worden gecontroleerd en onderhouden door geschoolde specialisten. Aan-
tekeningen over service moeten bewaard worden. Gebruik altijd alleen originele reserveonderdelen.
De producent adviseert voor onderhoud de volgende intervallen. Afhankelijk van de frequentie van
het gebruik kunnen deze intervallen korter zijn dan vermeld. U dient zich te houden aan de nationale
wetten en voorschriften!

Ledere keer, wanneer het masker schoongemaakt en gedesinfecteerd wordt of wanneer er onderde-
len worden vervangen, moet de test van de functionaliteit en de afdichting altijd na deze handelingen
worden uitgevoerd.
Controleer het masker op barsten, slechte afdichting of deformaties. De membraanventielen moeten vrij
beweegbaar en de zittingen van de ventielen schoon en onbeschadigd zijn.
Binnenventiel van het masker en de afdichting ervan (afbeelding 5.3)
1. Verwijder het membraan uit het uitademventiel.
2. Druk een nieuw membraan van het inademventiel in de opening van het binnenmasker.
Uitademventiel (afbeelding 6.1 - 6.4)
1. Vanaf de zijkant drukt u licht op de afdekking van het ventiel en draait de klep weg.
ATTENTIE
Een uitademventiel bevindt zich aan beide kanten van het masker.
2. Druk op het midden van het ventiel (uitstulping), zodat het ventielmembraan correct op zijn
plaats komt.
3. Pak de pen van het ventiel vast en draai ermee om de strakheid te controleren.
4. Sluit de afdichting van het ventiel.
Binnenmasker (afbeelding 7.1 - 7.2)
1. Trek aan het binnenmasker voor verwijdering ervan.
2. Plaats volgens de afbeelding een nieuw binnenmasker in het gezichtstuk. U dicht af in de vol-
gorde A(a), B(b) en uiteindelijk C(c).
Voorkap
1. Verwijder de twee schroeven aan de voorkant met behulp van een inbussleutel en verwijder
vervolgens de voorkap.
2. Zet de nieuwe voorkap vast op zijn plaats met behulp van de schroeven.
Hoofdkruis (afbeelding 8.1 - 8.4)
1. Trek de twee vergrendelingen van het hoofdkruis uit het bovenstuk van de gesp.
2. Voor vrijmaking van de gesp draait u hem op de pen met 90° tegen de richting van de wijzers
van de klok.
3. Trek aan de gesp voor verwijdering uit het hoofddeel.
4. Vervang de pin.
5. Plaats een nieuw hoofdkruis.

8. Schoonmaken en desinfecteren
WAARSCHUWING
U maakt schoon, als het filter verwijderd is.
• Het masker maakt u schoon met lauw wa-
ter en een zacht schoonmaakmiddel. Indien
nodig (bijv. bij sterke vervuiling) maakt u
schoon met een spons of een zachte bor-
stel.
• Spoel het masker grondig af onder stromend
water.
• U desinfecteert met een desinfectiemiddel
vermengd in water (max. 30 °C)
• Volg de aanwijzingen uit de handleiding van
het middel.
• Spoel het masker grondig af onder stromend
water.
Voor servicecentra
Voorafgaand aan het schoonmaken en desinfec-
teren:
• Verwijder het inademventiel, het membraan
van het inademventiel en het uitademventiel.
• Maak het binnenmasker vrij (inclusief het
ventiel en de ventielmembranen van het bi-
nnenmasker).
• De verwijderde maskeronderdelen moeten
apart gedesinfecteerd worden.
• Maak het masker en de componenten ervan
droog (temperatuur max. 50 °C)
• Zet het masker in omgekeerde volgorde in
elkaar. Nadat het masker opnieuw in elkaar
is gezet, moet de afdichting worden getest.
ATTENTIE
Maak geen gebruik van een was- of droogauto-
maat.
Gebruik voor het schoonmaken geen aceton of
ander oplosmiddel.
9. Afdichting
ATTENTIE
De afdichting dient getest te worden door een ge-
autoriseerd servicecentrum.
De test van de afdichting moet uitgevoerd wor-
den volgens de testmethode vermeld in ČSN EN
136.
GEVAAR
Een masker, dat niet afdicht, mag niet gebruikt
worden.
10. Opslag
Het masker mag opgeslagen worden op een
geschikte plek, die schoon, droog en donker is en
een temperatuur van -10 °C tot +50 °C heeft
ATTENTIE
Stapel de maskers niet op elkaar.
Maskers liquideert u in overeenstemming met de
plaatselijke voorschriften voor liquidatie van afval
van dit soort.
11. Opslagmogelijkheid
Er is geen specifieke tijdsduur vastgesteld voor
de opslag van de maskers noch de onderdelen.
Over de houdbaarheid van de filters vindt u in-
formatie in de handleidingen van de betreffende
filters.
12. Liquidatie
Liquideer de respirators in overeenstemming met
de plaatselijke voorschriften voor liquidatie van
afval van dit type.

2. Käyttö ja sen rajoitukset
• Käyttö
Kokonaamari GX02 suojaa kasvoja ja hengitysteitä. Käytettävästä suodattimesta riippuen se suojaa
käyttäjää kiinteiden ja nestemäisten aerosolien, kaasujen, höyryjen ja näiden yhdistelmien kontami-
noimissa tiloissa.
Sitä voidaan käyttää myös yhdessä puhallinsuojainten ja CleanAIR®-paineilmajärjestelmien kanssa. Säi-
lytä käyttöohje myöhempää tarvetta varten.
• Käytön rajoitukset
Noudata tarkasti seuraavia ohjeita.
VAARA
1. Älä koskaan käytä tuotetta seuraavissa tiloissa ja olosuhteissa:
• Hapen määrä tilassa on < 17 %
• Happiatmosfääri tai tilat, joihin on rikastunut happea
• Räjähdysherkät tilat
• Tilat, joissa olevia haitallisia aineita tai niiden määrää ei tunneta
• Tilat, joissa käyttäjän terveyttä tai henkeä uhkaa välitön vaara
• Tilassa olevien kaasujen ja höyryjen tyyppiä tai määrää ei tunneta
• Tilat, joissa on kaasujen ja höyryjen erilaisia seoksia (ellei käytetä yhdistelmäsuodatinta)
• Ei suojaa joiltakin kaasuilta, esim. hiilimonoksidi (CO), hiilidioksidi (CO2).
2. Tätä tuotetta ei saa käyttää, ennen kuin käyttäjä on tutustunut huolellisesti tähän käyttöohje-
eseen. Mahdollisten kysymysten tapauksessa ota yhteyttä valmistajaan tai myyjään.
VAROITUS
1. Älä tee naamariin mitään muutoksia, varo ettei se deformoidu, äläkä käytä siihen liikaa voimaa.
2. Älä pura kasvoille tulevaa osaa äläkä tee siihen muutoksia.
3. Käytä vain alkuperäisiä vara- ja kulutusosia.
4. Älä käytä tuotetta, jos:
• Partasi, hiuksesi tai pulisonkisi ulottuvat sen tiivistyslinjalle. Tässä tapauksessa sen antamaa
suojausta ei voida taata.
• Tunnet fyysisen kuntosi heikoksi.
5. Hengityselinten tai verenkiertojärjestelmän sairauksista kärsivien henkilöiden on neuvoteltava
lääkärin kanssa ja käytävä lääkärintarkastuksessa ennen tuotteen käyttöä.
6. Tarkasta tuote huolellisesti ennen sen käyttöä.
7. Suorita tiiviyskoe aina hengityssuojainta käytettäessä.
8. Älä laita pyyhettä tai muuta esinettä, joka voi aiheuttaa epätiiviyttä, kasvojen ja naamarin tii-
vistyslinjan väliin.
9. Jos käytön aikana ilmenee jokin seuraavista ongelmista, siirry turvalliseen paikkaan ja suorita
tarvittavat toimenpiteet:
• Hengitysvastus kasvaa nopeasti ja sinulla on hengitysvaikeuksia.
• Tunnet hajua, ärsytystä hengittäessäsi tai epämiellyttävää makua.
• Jos mikä tahansa tuotteen osista on vioittunut.
• Jos et tunne oloasi hyväksi tai sinulla on oksettava tunne.
10. Käytä vain kyseiseen sovellukseen tarkoitettuja hyväksyttyjä CleanAIR®-suodattimia. Hiuk-
kassuodattimet eivät suojaa käyttäjää kaasuilta ja höyryiltä. Kaasusuodattimet eivät suo-
jaa käyttäjää minkäänlaisilta hiukkasilta. Käytä molemmilla tavoilla kontaminoituneessa
tilassa yhdistelmäsuodattimia.
11. Älä käytä suodattimia, joiden varastointiaika on kulunut umpeen. (Ks. kohta „11. Varastointiaika“)
12. Älä käytä suodattimia, joissa on merkkejä vioittumisesta, deformaatioista, ruosteesta tai muista
vaurioista.
HUOMAUTUS
1. Jos tuotteen käytön aikana ilmenee allergisia reaktioita (so. ihottuma, ihon punertuminen, kutina
jne.), lopeta tuotteen käyttö ja keskustele asiasta dermatologin kanssa.
2. Tämä tuote on tarkoitettu käyttöön ympäristössä, jossa lämpötila on -5 °C - +50 °C rajoissa.

4. Suodattimien liittäminen ja poistaminen

Paina suodattimen kierreosaa kasvo-osan sisäänhengitysaukkoa vasten ja kiristä suodatin tiukalle ki-
ertämällä sitä myötäpäivään.
HUOMAUTUS
Varo, ettei kierre tai tiiviste vahingoitu, käsin kiristys riittää.

Suodattimen poistamiseksi kierrä sitä vastapäivään.
5. Kasvoille asetus ja poistaminen (kuvaliite 3.1 - 3.3)

1. Löysää nauhaa painamalla soljen akselia naamarin suuntaan ja vetämällä nauhasta. kuva 3.1
2. Pidä käsillä oikeasta ja vasemmasta nauhasta. Aseta sitten leukasi kasvo-osan alaosaan ja
vedä nauhat pään yli. kuva 3.2
3. Aseta naamari kasvoille suoraan ja kiristä yksitellen ja varovasti kaikki nauhat 1 - 6. kuva 3.3
HUOMAUTUS
1. Varmista, ettei naamari ole kasvoilla vinossa.
2. Naamarin reunojen väliin jäävät hiukset voivat aiheuttaa epätiiviyttä.
4. Vedä päähihnoja alas- ja taaksepäin niin, ettei naamarin etuosaan jää yhtään vapaata tilaa.
5. Paina visiiriä pään suuntaan ja kiristä yksitellen kireälle kaikki nauhat 1 - 6.
6. Tarkasta naamarin tiiviys. (Ks. „8. Tiiviyden tarkastus“.)
Naamarin poistaminen (kuvaliite 4.1 - 4.3)
1. Löysää päänauhat vetämällä solkia kevyesti päästä pois päin.
2. Ota naamarin leukaosasta kiinni molemmin käsin, vedä sitä päästä pois päin ja poista naamari
päästä.

6. Tiiviyden tarkastus
1. Aseta kämmen suodattimen aukolle.
2. Vedä kevyesti henkeä ja seuraa, painuuko naamari kevy-
esti kasvoja vasten niin, ettei yhtään ilmaa vuoda naama-
rin ja kasvojen välistä.
VAROITUS
Jos havaitset ilmavuodon, korjaa naamarin asentoa kasvoilla
ja kiristä päänauhoja vuotojen estämiseksi.
Älä käytä hengityssuojainta, ellei ole mahdollista saavuttaa täy-
dellistä tiiviyttä.
7. Huolto
Tämä henkilökohtainen suojaväline täytyy säännöllisesti antaa koulutetun asiantuntijan tarkastettavak-
si ja huollettavaksi. Huoltomerkinnät täytyy arkistoida. Käytä aina vain alkuperäisiä varaosia. Valmistaja
suosittelee alempana esitettyjä huoltovälejä. Käyttötiheydestä riippuen voivat huoltovälit tarvittaessa
olla esitettyjä lyhyempiäkin. Noudata maakohtaisia lakeja ja määräyksiä!

Puhdistettaessa ja desinfioitaessa naamari tai vaihdettaessa siihen varaosia on toiminta- ja tiiviyskoe
suoritettava vasta näiden toimenpiteiden jälkeen.
Tarkasta, ettei naamarissa ole mitään halkeamia, vuotoja tai deformaatioita.
Venttiilien kalvojen täytyy liikkua vapaasti ja venttiilien istukoiden täytyy olla puhtaat ja ehjät.
Naamarin sisäventtiili ja sen tiiviste (kuvaliite 5.3)
1. Irrota uloshengitysventtiilin kalvo.
2. Paina sisäänhengitysventtiilin uusi kalvo sisänaamarin aukkoon.
Uloshengitysventtiili (kuvaliite 6.1 - 6.4)
1. Paina kevyesti sormilla venttiilin kantta sivulta ja käännä kansi sivuun.
HUOMAUTUS
Uloshengitysventtiili on naamarin molemmilla puolilla.
2. Paina venttiilin keskustaa (uloketta) niin, että venttiilin kalvo menee oikein paikalleen.
3. Ota kiinni kalvon kantaosasta ja kierrä sitä varmistaaksesi, että kalvo pysyy paikallaan.
4. Sulje venttiilin kansi.
Sisänaamari (kuvaliite 7.1 - 7.2)
1. Irrota sisänaamari vetämällä siitä.
2. Aseta uusi sisänaamari kasvo-osaan kuvan mukaisesti, tiivistä järjestyksessä A(a), B(b) ja
lopuksi C(c).
Etusuoja
1. Irrota kuusikulma-avaimen avulla kaksi etupuolella olevaa ruuvia ja poista sitten etusuoja.
2. Kiinnitä uusi etusuoja ruuveilla paikalleen.
Pääpanta (kuvaliite 8.1 - 8.4)
1. Vedä irti kaksi pääpannan rajoitinta soljen yläosasta.
2. Soljen liikkeen vapauttamiseksi kierrä sitä tapissa 90° myötä- ja vastapäivään.
3. Vedä solkea sen irrottamiseksi pääosasta.
4. Vaihda tappi.
5. Asenna uusi pääpanta.

8. Puhdistus ja desinfiointi
VAROITUS
Suorita puhdistus silloin, kun suodatinta ei ole
asennettu.
• Pese naamari haalealla vedellä ja laimealla
pesuaineella. Tarvittaessa (esim. voimakka-
an likaantumisen yhteydessä) käytä pesusi-
entä tai pehmeää harjaa.
• Huuhtele naamari huolellisesti juoksevalla
vedellä.
• Desinfioi naamari vedellä (max. 30 °C) laime-
nnetulla desinfiointiaineella.
• Noudata desinfiointiaineen käyttöohjetta.
• Huuhtele naamari huolellisesti juoksevalla
vedellä.
Huoltokeskuksia varten
Ennen puhdistusta ja desinfiointia:
• Irrota sisäänhengitysventtiili, sen kalvo ja
uloshengitysventtiili.
• Irrota sisänaamari (ml. sisänaamarin venttiili
ja tämän venttiilin kalvo).
• Naamarin irrotetut osat on desinfioitava
erikseen.
• Kuivaa naamari ja sen komponentit (lämpöti-
la max. 50 °C).
• Kokoa naamari päinvastaisessa järjestyk-
sessä. Tiiviyskoe täytyy suorittaa vasta
uuden kokoamisen jälkeen.
HUOMAUTUS
Älä käytä pesu- tai kuivauskonetta.
Älä käytä puhdistukseen asetonia tai muita liuo-
ttimia.
9. Tiiviys
HUOMAUTUS
Tiiviyskoe pitäisi suorittaa valtuutetussa huolto-
keskuksessa.
Tiiviyskoe täytyy suorittaa standardissa ČSN EN
136 esitetyn koemenetelmän mukaisesti.
VAARA
Epätiivistä naamaria ei saa käyttää.
10. Säilytys
Säilytä naamaria puhtaassa, kuivassa ja valolta
suojatussa paikassa, jonka lämpötila on -10 °C -
+50 °C rajoissa.
HUOMAUTUS
Älä kerää naamareita pinoihin tai muutenkaan
päällekkäin.
Hävitä naamarit tämän tyypin jätteiden hävittä-
mistä koskevien paikallisten määräysten mukai-
sesti.
11. Varastointiaika
Naamareille ja niiden osille ei ole määritelty mitään
erityistä varastointiaikaa.
Suodattimien varastointiaika on esitetty kyseis-
ten suodattimien käyttöohjeissa.
12. Hävittäminen
Hävitä hengityssuojaimet tämän tyypin jätteiden
hävittämistä koskevien paikallisten määräysten
mukaisesti.

2. Utilisation et restrictions concernant l‘utilisation
• Utilisation
Masque complet GX02 assure la protection du visage et des voies respiratoires. Selon le type de filtre
utilisé il offre à l‘utilisateur une protection dans un environnement contaminé par les aérosols solides
et liquides, les gaz, les vapeurs et par les combinaisons de ces polluants.
Il peut également être utilisé en combinaison avec des unités de filtration et ventilation ainsi que des
systèmes à air comprimé CleanAIR®. Conservez le manuel pour une utilisation future.
• Restrictions d‘utilisation
Respectez strictement les directives suivantes
DANGER
1. Ne jamais utiliser dans les environnements et conditions suivants:
• La concentration en oxygène dans l‘environnement est < 17 %.
• Dans les atmosphères d‘oxygène ou des milieux enrichis en oxygène.
• Dans les atmosphères explosives.
• Dans les environnements contenant des substances polluantes dont le type ou la concentration
sont inconnus.
• Dans un environnement qui met directement en danger la vie ou la santé de l‘utilisateur.
• Le type ou la concentration de gaz et vapeurs dans l‘environnement ne sont pas connus.
• Dans un environnement avec différents mélanges de gaz et vapeurs (excepté Il ne fournit pas
de protection contre certains gaz tels que le monoxyde de carbone (CO), le dioxyde de carbone
(CO2).
2. Ce produit ne doit pas être utilisé sans que le présent manuel soit attentivement étudié. Pour
toute question, veuillez contacter le fabricant ou votre distributeur.
AVERTISSEMENT
1. Le masque ne doit pas être modifié, déformé et il ne doit pas subir les effets d‘une force ex-

• Vous avez une barbe, des cheveux ou des pattes qui s‘étendent sous le joint facial du masque.
Dans ce cas, le masque ne peut assurer la protection exigée.
• Vous êtes en condition physique altérée.
5. Avant l‘utilisation, les personnes atteintes de maladies du système respiratoire ou circulatoire
devraient consulter un médecin et subir un examen médical.
6. Avant l‘utilisation, veuillez attentivement vérifier le produit.
7. Effectuez un test d‘étanchéité à chaque port du respirateur.
8. Ne pas introduire une serviette ou d‘autres objets qui peuvent causer des fuites dans l‘espace
entre la joue et le joint facial.
9. Si lors de l‘utilisation se produit l‘un des problèmes suivants, déplacez-vous vers un endroit sûr
et adoptez les mesures appropriées:
• Si la résistance pendant l‘inspiration augmente rapidement et vous avez des difficultés à respirer.
• Si vous sentez une odeur, une irritation respiratoire ou un goût désagréable.
• Si l‘une des composantes est endommagée.
• Si vous vous sentez mal à l‘aise ou vous avez des nausées.
10. Utilisez uniquement les filtres CleanAIR® homologués, appropriés pour une application spéci-
fique. Les filtres à particules ne protègent pas le porteur contre les gaz et vapeurs. Les filtres
à gaz ne protègent pas l‘utilisateur contre toute particule. En cas de contamination par les deux
types de pollutions, utilisez des filtres combinés.
11. Ne pas utiliser les filtres au-delà de leur durée de stockage. (Voir la section « 11. Durée de
stockage »)
12. Ne pas utiliser des filtres endommagés, déformés, rouillés ou présentant d‘autres défauts.
MISE EN GARDE
1. En cas de réactions allergiques (par exemple une éruption cutanée, des rougeurs, des démangeai-
sons, etc.) lors de l‘utilisation de ce produit, cesser son utilisation et consulter un dermatologue.

4. Raccordement et démontage des filtres
• Raccordement (annexe illustré 2.1)
Poussez les parties filetées du filtre contre l‘ouverture d‘inspiration de la partie faciale du
masque et serrez les dans le sens des aiguilles d‘une montre.
MISE EN GARDE
Veuillez à ne pas endommager le filetage ou le joint lors du serrage un serrage manuel est suffisant.
• Démontage (Annexe illustrée 2.2)
Pour le démontage, tournez le filtre contre le sens des aiguilles d‘une montre.
5. Enfilage et retrait (annexe illustrée 3.1 à 3.3)
Enfilage
1. Desserrez le harnais en appuyant sur l‘axe de bride en direction vers le masque et en tirant le
harnais. (Figure 3.1)
2. Tenez les bandes droites et gauches avec les deux mains. Ensuite, mettez votre menton dans
la partie faciale inférieure et enfilez-vous les bandes sur la tête. (Figure 3.2)
3. Redresser le masque sur votre visage et resserrez progressivement tous les bandes, à partir
de la 1ère jusqu‘à la 6ème. (Figure 3.3)
MISE EN GARDE
1. Assurez-vous que le masque sur votre le visage n‘est pas biaisé
2. Les cheveux coincés à l‘intérieur du masque peuvent causer une mauvaise étanchéité.
4. Tirez les bandes vers le bas en arrière de manière à ce que la partie frontale avant ne présente
aucun espace vide.
5. Poussez l‘oculaire en direction vers la tête et serrez progressivement toutes les bandes de la
1ère jusqu‘à la 6ème.
6. Effectuez un test d‘étanchéité. (Voir « 8 Contrôle de l‘étanchéité.»)
Retrait (annexe illustrée 4.1 à 4.3)
1. Desserrer les bandes en tirant légèrement la bride en direction depuis la tête.
2. Tenez le masque avec les deux mains par la partie du menton. Tirez-le depuis la tête et enle-
vez-le.
