SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the manual carefully before use! Save the instructions for future reference.
WARNING!
• Disconnect the fan from the mains before installation, maintenance and/or repair.
• Installation, maintenance and/or repairs should be carried out by an authorised electri-
cian and in accordance with these instructions.
• The fan should be connected to 230V, 50Hz.
• The fan must be protected by a fuse according to valid regulations.
• Check before installation that the fan is undamaged.
• The fan must only be used as it is intended to be used and in accordance with these
instructions. Do not make any modifications to the fan.
• The appliance is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form
of functional disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowl-
edge on how to use it, unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the
appliance from someone who is responsible for their safety.
• Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not use the fan in explosive environments, such as in the vicinity of flammable
liquids, gases or dust, or in environments containing toxic or harmful substances.
• Do not block the openings of the fan.
• Follow all the directives and safety instructions for best results and service-life.
MODEL DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTION
This fan is designed for continuous operation in areas where constant ventilation is need-
ed due to high humidity. The fan has two speeds; low and high, which is controlled by a
humidistat or manually via a separate wall switch or with the same switch as the lighting.
The fan switches to high speed when humidity exceeds 70% and stays in that position for
15 minutes after the humidity has fallen below 70%.
When the fan has been turned on manually, e.g. with a switch, the fan will switch to high
speed and continue for 15 minutes.
DESCRIPTION / USE
The fan is intended for installation on the wall, in spaces that are in need of constant venti-
lation, e.g.; basements, laundry rooms, bathrooms or other rooms with high humidity.
MOUNTING
Mounting in duct with min Ø100 on wall. Attach with screws.
Dismantle the fan cover to reach the screw holes.
WIRING
The fan is intended for permanent installation and the installation must be performed by
a qualified electrician. The fan must be protected by a fuse. Connection to terminal block,
which is underneath the fan cover, according to instructions below.
