Wiring Instructions and Diagrams
1. Ensure that the product is within the
range of the ZigBee gateway network.
2. The device detects temperature and
humidity in the environment in real
time, and works in conjunction with
other devices to implement smart home
application.
3. Keep the device away from water,
damp or hot environment.
The device can only be installed indoors.
The correct installation should meet the
following conditions:
• This device does not support standalone
application and it must work together
with the ZigBee gateway (9919043
optional accessories) under the same WIFI
network configuration.
• Indoor use only.
• Keep the device out of reach of children.
• Keep the device away from water, damp
or hot environment.
• Do NOT exceed the recommended
electrical ratings.
• Install the device away from strong signal
sources such as microwave ovens, which
may lead to signal interruption resulting in
abnormal operation of the device.
• Obstruction by concrete wall or metallic
materials may reduce the range of the
device and should be avoided.
• Do NOT attempt to disassemble, repair or
modify the device.

FAQ
Q1: What should I do if I can’t configure the
device?
a. Please check whether the device is pow-
ered on.
b. Make sure your mobile and the device are
in the same 2.4GHz WIFI network.
c. Please check if the WIFI signal is strong
enough.
d. Make sure the password entered in the
App is correct.
e. Make sure the wiring is correct.
Q2: Which products can I control with the
device?
You can control all types of lights, and electri-
cal products in accordance with the device
specifications.
Q3: What happens if the WIFI goes off?
You can still control your unit with Bluetooth
or with the ON/OFF switch that is connected
to the unit.
Q4: What should I do if I change the WIFI
network or change the password?
You can connect the module to the WIFI net-
work according to the App User Manual.
Q5: How do I reset the device?
Press and hold the reset button or power
on/off device 5 times until the indicator light
is flashing rapidly or a beep on the module is
sounding continuously.

Scan the QR code to download the
MALMBERGS App. You can also search
the keyword “MALMBERGS”at App Store
or Google Play to download the App.
Register your account with your mobile
number or e-mail address, wait a few
minutes for verification code (by text mes-
sage or e-mail) and enter it where required
to set a password, and “Create Family”. If
you already have an account, please log in
directly with your mobile number or e-mail
address and password to open the App.

When pairing is done, the device will be
shown in the App.

Reset
button
Make sure the ZigBee gateway is added
and installed to the WIFI network. Ensure
that the product is within the range of the
ZigBee gateway network.
4Click “+” (Add sub-device) to select the
suitable product category and follow the
on-screen instruction for pairing.
