Safety rules:
For safe use of the machine, please follow the instructions below:
•The machine must be lifted from below.
•It is not recommended to transport animals inside the product.
•Pay attention to the height of the product when cleaning the interior.
•Handling must be done with caution, risk of crushing hands and blow to the head during
operations on moving assemblies.
•It is not recommended to be in contact with electric cables during use.
•In case of breakdowns, please contact the supplier.
•Check the general condition of the various straps before use.
•For better comfort when handling the animal, it is advisable to use the backstop bar.
•Please take into account the risks in the instructions for the welfare of your animals.
Machine maintenance:
•For long use of the machine, it is advisable to clean it after each use
•In order for the moving assemblies to remain flexible in use, we invite you to lubricate the
various lubrication points when it is felt.
•Regularly check that the end caps of the load bars, and of the indicator, are in correct
condition.
•For a better duration in time, it is recommended to regularly clean the engines.
•For scales with the bracing system, to ensure proper blocking, we recommend cleaning and
degreasing the blocking system every 2 months.

Commissioning:
Assembly of baskets:
Step 1: Release the baskets and basket arms.
Step 2: Assemble the right basket on the crush frame.
Step 3 : Insert the basket arms into the middle of the control arm.

Descriptions:
1- Backstop bar with blocking system and various ratchets crank.
2- Back door with double leaf.
3- Shutters’control handle to block the animal's head.
4- Control for opening and closing the rear door.
5- Control for opening and closing the front safety basket.
6- Crank to adjust the shutters.
7- 4 side doors for better access to the animal.

Uses:
-Close the safety basket, open the shutters.
-Bring the animal in through the back of the product.
-Block its head with the shutter (adjust the width with the crank).
-Position the backstop bar against the animal (block the bar in the sheet metal for
good support).
-The animal is now immobilized.
Exit of the animal :
-Open the safety basket.
-Then open the front door.
