Safety Instructions:
For safe use of the machine, be sure to follow the instructions below:
•The machine must be lifted from below.
•It is not recommended to transport animals inside the product.
•Pay attention to the height of the product when cleaning the interior.
•Handling must be done with caution, risk of crushing hands and blow to the head during operations
on moving assemblies.
•It is not recommended to be in contact with electric cables during use.
•We recommande to respect the maximum hydraulic pressure for longer use over time.
•For any hydraulically operated product, the system is used intermittently: 5 minutes of walking for 10
minutes of rest.
•In the event of a breakdown, please contact the supplier.
•Check the general condition of the various straps before use.
•For better comfort when handling the animal, we recommand to use the backstop bar.
•Be sure to take into account the risks in the instructions for the well-being of your animals.
Machine maintenance:
•For long use of the machine, we recommand to clean it after each use.
•In order for the moving assemblies to remain flexible in use, we invite you to lubricate the various
lubrication points when it is felt.
•Regularly check the tire pressure.
•Regarding the long or short term storage of rolling machines, remove the parking brake in case of
humidity (rain, snow, cold, cleaning, etc.).

Hydraulic pump:
Use the handle to operate the pump. It's up to you to go back and forth to activate it.
Turn the scroll wheel to lower the axle.
To lift the front of the alley, use the manual crutch.

Working position:
1- Lift the crutch, remove the hitch from its housing.
2- Lower the crutch.
3- Remove the hitch to work. If the hitch does not bother you, remove the crutch to avoid
damage.
4- Remove the rear license plate holder.
Accommodation is provided on the
side.
5- Lift the axis to release the axles.
6- Take the axis out of the axle (one on
each side).
7- Lower the axle until the alley
completely touches the ground.

Road position:
1- Activate the axle control. Raise the
axle until the axle enters the housing.
2- Insert the axle on each side, do not
forget the pin!
3- Position the plate support.
4- Rise the crutch.
5- Guide the hitch to your hook to move
it.
6- Lower the crutch.
