is charge procedure can be performed with the system o; anyway, if at some point you
are unable to ll the preset quantity (especially in small systems), you need to switch it on
for a few minutes.
N.B.: e refrigerant uid ends during the charge procedure. If by any chance the refrigerant
uid contained in the cylinder ends before nishing the charging procedure, the written
word “empty cylinder” will appear on the display.
Press enterkey and replace the cylinder. e system stores the refrigerant gas quantity already
lled, so complete the charge.
ATTENTION: the written word “empty cylinder” can also be shown if the refrigerant uid
does not enter inside the system. Switch on the compressor to guide the lling.
N.B.: Once the gas charge procedure has been completed, if you desire to “check the system”,

CHECK OF SPECIAL SYSTEMS
Idea Tronic has been developed in order to
operate in traditional equipment and condi-
tions.
The diagnosis displayed on the screen,
ADEQUATE GAS, TOO MUCH GAS etc. has
been calculated on an average operating
process for each refrigerant fluid.
If the installation of the circuit has been
effected in abnormal conditions (poor
ventilation, different length of hoses, etc.),
the working pressures may be different,
altering the correct reading of the hand-held
equipment.
In these special situations it is possible to
connect a gauge for a double reading , as
shown to the side.
