• Always operate, inspect and maintain this tool in
accordancewithAmericanNationalStandardsInstitute
SafetyCodeofPortableAirTools(ANSIB186.1)andany
otherapplicablesafetycodesandregulations.
• Forsafety,topperformanceandmaximumdurabilityof
parts, operate this tool at 90 psig; 6.2 bar max air
pressurewith3/8"diameterairsupplyhose.
• Alwayswearimpact-resistanteyeandfaceprotection
whenoperatingorperformingmaintenanceonthistool
(usersandbystanders).
• Highsound levelscan causepermanenthearing loss.
Alwaysusehearingprotectionasrecommendedbyyour
employer an OSHA regulations while using this tool
(usersandbystanders).
• Operators and maintenance personnel must be
physicallyabletohandlethebulk,weightandpowerof
thistool.
• Keeptooloutofreachofchildren.
• Airpoweredtoolscanvibrateinuse.Vibration,repetitive
motions or uncomfortable positions over extended
periodsoftimemaybeharmfultoyourhandsandarms.
Discontinueuseoftoolifdiscomfort,tinglingfeelingor
painoccurs.Seekmedicaladvicebeforeresuminguse.
• Airunderpressurecancausesevereinjury.Neverdirect
airatyourselforothers.Alwaysturnofftheairsupply,
drainhoseofairpressureanddetachtoolfromairsupply
beforeinstalling,removing or adjusting anyaccessory
onthistool,orbeforeperforminganymaintenanceon
this tool. Failure to do so could result in injury. Whip
hoses can cause serious injury. Always check for
damaged,frayedorloosehosesandfittings,andreplace
immediately.Donotusequickdetachcouplingsattool.

• Do not operate a damaged or worn tool. Do not use
quick-detach couplings at tool. See instructions for
correctset-up.
• Placetoolontheworkbeforestartingthetool.Donot
pointorindulgeinanyhorseplaywiththistool.
• Slipping, tripping and/or falling while operating air
tools can be a major cause of serious injury or
death. Be aware of excess hose left on the walking
orworksurface.
• Keep body working stance balanced and firm. Do
notoverreachwhenoperatingthetool.
• Anticipate and be alert for sudden changes in motion
duringstartupandoperationofanypowertool.
• NotedirectionofrotationBEFOREoperatingthistool
• Do not carry tool by the hose. Protect the hose from
sharpobjectsandheat.
• Tool shaft may continue to rotate briefly after throttle
is released. Avoid direct contact with accessories
duringandafteruse.Gloveswillreducetheriskofcuts
orburns
• Keep away from rotating end of tool. Do not wear
jewelry or loose clothing. Secure long hair. Scalping
can occur if hair is not kept away from tool and
accessories. Choking can occur if neckwear is not
keptawayfromtoolandaccessories.
• Useonlyimpactsocketsandaccessoriesonthistool.
Do not use hand sockets and accessories.
• Thistoolisnotinsulatedagainstelectricshock.
• Thistoolmustnotbeusedinexplosiveatmospheres.
• Donotlubricatetoolswithflammableorvolatileliquids
suchaskerosene,dieselorjetfuel.
• Donotforcetoolbeyonditsratedcapacity.

• Servicing and repairs should only be made by an
authorizedservicecenter.
• Do not use (or modify) the tool for any other purpose
thanthatforwhichitwasdesignedwithoutconsulting
themanufacturer'sauthorizedrepresentative.
• Donotremoveanylabels.Replacedamagedlabels.
• Thisproductmaycontainoneormorechemicalsknown
