1a. Place the parts on a soft, horizontal surface prior to assembly.
1b. Align the Bottom Front Rail (6), Shelf Support (5), and the Top Front Rail (4) between the Front Frame Left Post (7)
and the Front Frame Right Post (8) as shown in the illustration.
1c. Wooden Dowels (H) should be placed between the top insertions of the front rails and the posts and the bottom
insertions of the shelf support and the posts.
1d. Attach the Bolts (A) in the insertions of the posts fixing them to the rails and the shelf support.
1e. Tighten the bolts using the Allen Key (K) provided.

1b. Alignez le rail avant inférieur (6), le support de tablette (5) et le rail avant supérieur (4) entre le montant gauche du cadre

2a. Align the Left Front Feet (11) and the Right Front Feet (12) to the Base
Stretcher (13) as shown in the illustration. Similarly, align the Left Rear
Feet (11) and the Right Rear Feet (12) to the Base Stretcher.
2b. Position the Wooden Dowels (H) between the feet and the base
stretcher.
2c. Place the Half-Moon Washer (J) in the slots on the insertions provided in
the base stretcher. In order to fix the base stretcher to the feet, attach
the bolts (B) in the half-moon washer.
2d. Tighten the bolts using the Allen Key (K) provided.
2a. Alignez les pieds avant gauche (11) et les pieds avant droit
(12) sur le châssis de base (13) comme indiqué sur
l'illustration. De même, alignez les pieds arrière gauche
(11) et les pieds arrière droit (12) sur le châssis de la base.

con el soporte de la base (13) como se muestra en la
ilustración. Del mismo modo, alinee los pies traseros
izquierdo (11) y derecho (12) con el soporte de la base.
2b. Coloque los tacos de madera (H) entre los pies y la base
camilla.
2c. Coloque la arandela de media luna (J) en las ranuras de
las inserciones previstas en el bastidor. Para fijar el
bastidor a los pies, fije los pernos (B) en la arandela de
media luna.
2d. Apriete los pernos con la llave Allen (K) suministrada.

5a. Align the pre-assembled front rails to the end frames as

6a. Place the half-assembled changing table
on its rear and align the pre-assembled
feet to the bottom of the changing table.
6b. Attach the Bolts (D) in the insertions
provided on the feet fixing them to the
changing table. Tighten the bolts using the
Allen key (K) provided.

7CHANGING TABLE ASSEMBLY - MATTRESS PAD ASSEMBLY
7a. Place the Mattress Pad (14) on its side,
on the top shelf. Position the straps on
the back of the mattress pad over the
insertions provided on the top shelf.
7b. Position the Nuts (G) on the insertions
below the top shelf. Position the Washers
(F) over the insertions on the top shelf.
7c. Attach the Bolts (E) in the insertions
provided on the strap fixing the mattress
pad to the top shelf.
RESTRAINT HARNESS SYSTEM USE:
• Place the infant on the changing table’s
mattress pad.
• Position the restraint harness over the
middle of the infant's torso and insert the
buckled ends into each other until they
lock shut with a click.
• Gently pull the loose ends of the strap to
lightly snug the restraint harness around
the infant.
MAINTENANCE:
• Check fasteners periodically for
tightness.
• Do not over-tighten. This may cause
distortion or breakage.
FALL HAZARD:
• Always keep the child within arm's reach.
• Always use a restraint belt to prevent
falls.
• Always secure the pad to the changing
surface using a bolt & nut and washer.
