Inspection
Before each use visually inspect to ensure the product is in serviceable condition and
operates correctly. An examination should be carried out at least every 12 months by
a competent person. These inspections should be recorded. Pay particular attention
to areas of potentially high wear.

Cleaning / Maintenance
Products should be washed in clean water and then left to air dry. The product can
not make contact with corrosive chemicals and must not be stored in extreme tem-
peratures. The product should be disposed of it any of these this things occur:
 Does not meet inspection standards
 Has been involved in a significant fall or load
 You do not know the history of the product you are using
If any of these things occur then dispose of
the product to prevent further use.
Storage
After cleaning, store in a cool,
dry, and dark place away from excessive
temperatures or other possible causes of
damage.
If there is any doubt in your mind
concerning the use of this product,
do not use it!
Rapier Work Positioning Lanyard
Has been created using a Low Stretch Kernmantle
rope with a stitched end-termination to make it ex-
ceptional strong.
The snap hook can be positioned on the D-rings on
one side while the rope grab can go to the other D-
ring using a compatible carabiner (MaxGear Canadi-
an D). The rope can go around the structure of
choice to positioning oneself.
Use only as instructed, with compatible items of
equipment. Misuse can cause problems, weakness,
serious injury or death. Neatness is strength.
Always keep an eye out for potential falls
Limitations and proper use All components are
designed and tested to specific load designations. Be
aware of the designed load limitations and proper
user technique. If you are not sure of proper application or user technique, seek proper
training in use in trope rescue application.
Safety
Do not alter this package in any way. Any product within the package subjected to a
minor fall should be examined and discarded if there is any sign of defect or any doubts
about safety. This product should be use between the temperatures of –30oC and
+50oC, no more or less.
