1. Important Information
This manual contains the precautions and the product usage. Please
read and understand all the instructions before using the device. The
damage caused by failure to follow the instructions is not covered by the
warranty. Please keep this manual properly.
2. Safety Warnings and Precautions
★ Be careful of electric shock or fire!
1> This device is not waterproof, please keep it dry; if water is immersed
in this product, please shut down immediately and contact the customer
service center according to the prompt provided by the customer service
center before using it again.
2> Never place this device and accessories near the burning flames or
other heat sources, Including direct sunlight.
3> This device should be turned off and unplugged before lightning
storms.

★ Be careful of short circuit or catching fire!
1> Before connecting this device to an electrical outlet, please make sure
that the power supply voltage matches the voltage value printed on the
back or bottom of the product. Never connect the product to an electrical
outlet when the voltage is different.
★ Be careful of injury or damage this speaker!
1> Never place this device or any objects on a power cord or other
electronic devices.
2> If this product is transported at a temperature below 5℃, please
unpack the product and wait until the temperature reaches room
temperature before connecting it to a power outlet.
3> This product comes with sharp objects, please handle it carefully so as
to avoid injury to the user or scratching the appearance of the product or
damaging the internal parts of the product!
★ Be careful overheat!
1> Never install this device in an enclosed space. Always leave at least 4
inches space around the product for ventilation.

Support USB, dual Bluetooth multi-channel data fusion, can realize three
connection methods to work at the same time, so that it can support
simultaneous access to multiple parties for conferences;
☆ Method 1: Connect the computer/Interactive Intelligent Panel (Windows
or Mac) to the device through a USB cable;
☆ Method 2: Use Bluetooth to connect the device directly. Press and
hold the Bluetooth button for 2s, the Bluetooth indicator flashes, indicating
that the device is in the Bluetooth pairing state. Turn on the Bluetooth
function on the mobile phone or other devices, and select to connect to
the device from the Bluetooth device list (the Interactive Intelligent Panel
needs to be connected to the Speakerphone Through the USB Dongle to
ensure the stability of the Bluetooth connection);
☆ Method 3: Use USB Dongle to connect the device (support Win7/8/10,
MacOS) The operation method is as follows:
① Insert the USB Dongle into the USB port of the computer (if the USB
Dongle is connected to the Interactive Intelligent Panel, please insert it
into the USB port on the front of the Interactive Intelligent Panel to ensure
the best use effect), the USB Dongle will automatically connect to the

device (the USB Dongle is bound to unique equipment);
② If you need to re-bind the new Speakerphone with the USB Dongle,
control the distance between the USB Dongle and the Speakerphone
within 3 meters. When the Speakerphone is in the Bluetooth disconnect-
ed state, long press the Bluetooth button for 9s to enter the binding. In
this mode, the white light of the Bluetooth button flashes; after
unplugging and inserting the USB Dongle, the USB Dongle will be
re-bound successfully within 30s.
Note: After the Speakerphone is connected to the computer/Interactive
Intelligent Panel, you need to set the device as the default playback
device and recording device on the computer/Interactive Intelligent Panel
sound setting interface.

Note: For device cascading operation, see Bluetooth status/settings.
★Support "NFC" to quickly connect this device
① Search for the NFC function in the system settings of the mobile
phone and enable it;
② Align the NFC sensing area of the mobile phone with the NFC tag of
the device and touch it;
③ Touch the time for no less than 2 seconds; if there is no response to
the touch, please try again;
④ It is not recommended to use the NFC function after wireless
cascading;
⑤ This function is only available for some Android phones with NFC
function.

6. Instructions
★ Turn on/off the device
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on or off.
★ Answer/hang up calls (only available via Bluetooth
connection to mobile phone or PC running Microsoft
Teams)
(1) When there is an incoming call, press the“ ”key to answer the call.
(2) When it is in calling state, press the“ ”key to hang up the call.

★ Turn on/off microphone
Short press the microphone mute button to turn the microphone on or off,
red means the microphone is off, and white means the microphone is on.
★ Volume adjustment
Press the volume "+" and volume "-" buttons to increase or decrease the
volume accordingly.
★ Equipment charging
(1) Use the original USB data cable and power adapter for charging;
(2) When charging, the power indicator flashes; when fully charged, the
power indicator is always on.
★ Checking the battery capacity
In the power-on state, short press the power button to view the current
remaining power. When the light ring is fully on, it means that the power is
full; When the battery is low, the power indicator flashes red and a
low-battery tone is played.

★ Bluetooth function
(1) Support dual Bluetooth, Bluetooth 1 open hotspot, used to connect
mobile phone, PC, Pad and other Bluetooth host devices; Bluetooth 2
hidden hotspot, only used for Dongle connection;
(2) When Bluetooth 1 is not connected, long press the Bluetooth button to
turn on/off Bluetooth 1, and it will automatically turn off if it is not
connected for 2 minutes after Bluetooth 1 is turned on;
(3) When Bluetooth 1 is connected, long press the Bluetooth button to
disconnect the current Bluetooth connection.

video product management software for upgrade maintenance and
configuration management.

★ Bluetooth status/Setting
Status Operation
Dongle is not connected. Long press the
Bluetooth button for 9s.
Description
Enter re-pairing mode
Pairing: Bluetooth white light flashes;
Pairing successful: Dongle blue light
is always on.
Bluetooth 1 not connected. Long press the
Bluetooth button for 2s.
Turn off Bluetooth 1,
the Bluetooth white light is always on.
Wireless cascade not paired.
Double-click the
Bluetooth button
(both need to double-click).
Pairing: The blue light flashes quickly
Pairing is successful: Adjusting the
volume and microphone can achieve
two-way linkage of two omnidirectional
Speakerphone.
Wireless Cascade Paired. Double click the
Bluetooth button.
Cancel the wireless
cascade connection.
Bluetooth 1 is connected. Long press the
Bluetooth button for 2s. Disconnect Bluetooth 1.
Bluetooth 1 is connected. Click Bluetooth button. Play/ pause the music.

Fault Possible Cause
Unable to turn on
the device. Low or no electricity.
Solution
Connect the adapter to charge.
Quick start and
automatic shutdown. Insufficient battery capacity. Connect the adapter to charge.
No sound. Is the connection correct?
Is the volume turned on?
Select the correct sound source input;
adjust the device.
Unable to work with USB. Is there any mistake
in using the USB cable?
Please use the original
USB cable to make a call.
Invalid key. The key may be
accidentally Touched.
Long press and hold the power button
for 8seconds to reset the system.
Unable to charge
the device.
The charging device is in fault
or the battery is already full.
Replace it with a charging
device with normal functions.
7.Common faults and troubleshooting
The following table contains common faults and their solutions. Please
read it carefully.
