wir freuen uns, dass du dich für das MAXXMEE Bewegungstrainer entschieden hast.
Er schwingt sanft vorwärts und rückwärts und fördert so die Durchblutung. Einfach
die Füße im Sitzen auf die Fußplatten stellen und über das Bedienfeld oder die
Fernbedienung die gewünschte Stufe wählen. Gerade wenn du lange sitzt, eignet
sich der Bewegungstrainer ideal, um sozusagen nebenbei und ohne Anstrengung die
Beine zu trainieren. Das kann Krämpfen, Krampfadern und müden Beinen vorbeugen.

GEBRAUCH
■Das Gerät ist zum sanften Bewe-
gung der Fuß- und Beinmuskulatur
bestimmt.
■Das Gerät ist nicht für medizinische
oder therapeutische Zwecke konzi-
piert.
■Personen
○mit körperlichen Erkrankungen,
○mit medizinischen Implantaten,
○mit gesundheitlichen Problem oder
○die sich unsicher sind,
sollten VOR der Benutzung des
Gerätes die Verwendung mit ihrem
zuständigen Arzt absprechen.
■Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für eine
Benutzung im Sitzen geeignet.
■Das Gerät ist für den privaten Ge-
brauch, nicht für eine gewerbliche
Nutzung bestimmt.
■Das Gerät nur für den angegebenen

■Keine Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Wenn das Ge-
rät oder die Anschlussleitung beschädigt sind, müssen diese
durch den Hersteller oder Kundenservice oder eine ähnlich
qualifizierte Person (z.B. Fachwerkstatt) ersetzt bzw. repariert
werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
GEFAHR – Stromschlaggefahr
■Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen Räu-
men verwenden und lagern.
■Das Gerät nicht in Räumen mit hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit verwenden oder
lagern.
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüs-
sigkeiten eintauchen und sicherstel-
len, dass diese Komponenten nicht
ins Wasser fallen oder nass werden
können.
■Sollte das Gerät ins Wasser fallen,
sofort die Stromzufuhr unterbrechen.
Nicht versuchen, das Gerät aus dem
Wasser zu ziehen, während es an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen ist!
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals mit feuchten Händen berüh-
ren, wenn diese Komponenten an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen sind.
WARNUNG – Brandgefahr
■Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von
brennbarem Material betreiben.
■Das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht
abdecken, um einen Gerätebrand zu
vermeiden.
■Nichts in die Lüftungsöffnungen des
Gerätes stecken und darauf achten,
dass diese nicht verstopft sind.
WARNUNG – Verletzungs-
gefahr
■Kinder und Tiere vom Verpackungs-
material fernhalten. Es besteht Ersti-
ckungsgefahr.
Verätzungsgefahr durch Batteriesäure!
○Batterien können bei Verschlucken
lebensgefährlich sein. Batterien und
Fernbedienung für Kinder und Tiere
unerreichbar aufbewahren. Wurde
eine Batterie verschluckt, muss so-
fort medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch
genommen werden.
○Sollte eine Batterie auslaufen,
Körperkontakt mit der Batteriesäu-
re vermeiden. Schutzhandschuhe
tragen. Bei Kontakt mit Batterie-
säure die betroffenen Stellen sofort
mit reichlich klarem Wasser spülen
und sofort medizinische Hilfe in
Anspruch nehmen.
■Darauf achten, dass die Anschlusslei-
tung keine Stolpergefahr darstellt.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden
■Das Gerät ausschalten und das Netz-
teil aus der Steckdose ziehen, wenn
während des Betriebes ein Fehler
auftritt, oder vor einem Gewitter.
■Beim Herausziehen aus der Steck-
dose immer am Netzteil und nie am
Netzkabel ziehen!
■Das Gerät niemals an der Anschluss-
leitung ziehen oder tragen.
■Nicht auf das Gerät stellen, um es
nicht zu beschädigen.
■Nur Original-Zubehörteile verwen-
den, um die Funktionsweise nicht
zu beeinträchtigen und Schäden zu
verhindern.
■Das Gerät vor Hitze, offenem Feuer,
Minustemperaturen, lang anhaltender

Feuchtigkeit, Nässe, direkter Sonnen-
einstrahlung und Stößen schützen.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden durch Batterien
■Nur den in den technischen Daten
angegebenen Batterietyp verwenden.
■Die Batterien aus der Fernbedienung
herausnehmen, wenn diese verbraucht
sind oder das Gerät nicht benutzt wird.
So werden Schäden, die durch Auslau-
fen entstehen können, vermieden.
■Eine ausgelaufene Batterie sofort aus
der Fernbedienung nehmen.
■Immer alle Batterien ersetzen. Keine
verschiedenen Batterietypen, -mar-
ken oder Batterien mit unterschiedli-
cher Kapazität benutzen.
BATTERIE EINLEGEN /
WECHSELN
Vor dem Einlegen der Batterien prü-
fen, ob die Kontakte in der Fernbedie-
nung(5) und an den Batterien sauber
sind, und diese gegebenenfalls reinigen.
1. Das Batteriefach auf der Rückseite
der Fernbedienung öffnen: Den Bat-
teriefachdeckel leicht drücken und
nach unten schieben.
2. Gegebenenfalls verbrauchte Batterien
entnehmen und
neue Batterie (1,5 V,
AAA) in das Batteriefach einlegen.
Auf die korrekte Polarität achten
.
3. Den Batteriefachdeckel aufsetzen und
nach oben schieben. Er muss spürbar
einrasten.
Bei nachlassender Leistung der Fernbe-
dienung die Batterien ersetzen.
AUFSTELLEN UND
ANSCHLIEßEN
Beachten!
■Das Gerät nur an eine vorschrifts-
mäßig installierte Steckdose, die mit
den technischen Daten des Gerätes
übereinstimmt, anschließen. Die
Steckdose muss auch nach dem An-
schließen gut zugänglich sein, damit
die Netzverbindung schnell getrennt
werden kann.
■Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen,
dass sie nicht gequetscht oder
geknickt wird und nicht mit heißen
Flächen in Berührung kommt.
• Das Gerät auf einen trockenen, ebe-
nen und festen Untergrund stellen.
Wenn das Gerät auf einem Teppich
verwendet wird, sicherstellen, dass
die Lüftungsöffnungen auf der Unter-
seite des Gerätes frei bleiben.
 Empfindliche Bodenbeläge, auf
denen das Gerät steht, ggf. mit
einer Unterlage schützen.
• Das Kabel des Netzteils (3) zuerst an
die Anschlussbuchse (7) des Gerätes
und danach an eine gut zugängliche
Steckdose anschließen. Das Bedien-
feld(6) leuchtet einmal auf. Das Gerät
ist bereit.
BENUTZUNG
Beachten!
■Während das Gerät in Betrieb
ist, die Hände und Füße niemals
zwischen Rahmen und Fußplatten
stecken. Es besteht Quetschgefahr!
■Nicht auf die Fußplatten stellen,
knien, stampfen oder springen, um

Verletzungen und Beschädigung des
Gerätes zu vermeiden.
■Das Gerät nicht länger als 20 Minuten
ohne Unterbrechung nutzen.
 Mit der langsamsten Stufe be-
ginnen und nach und nach die
Intensität steigern.
Das Gerät kann sowohl mit als auch ohne
Fernbedienung gesteuert werden. Für
eine bequemere Handhabung empfeh-
len wir die Fernbedienung zu benutzen.
Diese muss auf den Empfänger (12) des
Gerätes gerichtet werden.
1. Mit der Taste (8 oder 16) auf dem
Bedienfeld (6) oder der Fernbedie-
nung (5) das Gerät einschalten.
2. Vor das Gerät auf einen Stuhl, Sessel
o. Ä. setzen. Die Füße auf die Fuß-
platten (1) stellen.
3. Zum Starten des Gerätes die Taste
(8 oder 16) drücken. Daraufhin startet
das Gerät.
4. Nach Wunsch die Stufe erhöhen/
verringern, indem die Taste +(10
oder 14) bzw. die Taste –(11 oder 15)
mehrfach gedrückt wird.
5. Das Gerät mit der Taste nach der
gewünschten Zeit stoppen.
6. Das Netzteil (3) aus der Steckdose
und den Hohlstecker aus dem Gerät
ziehen.
Beachte:
• Ein Kribbelgefühl / Juckreiz während
oder nach dem Gebrauch ist auf-
grund der durchblutungsfördernden
Wirkung normal.
• Vor dem Schlafengehen sollte das
Gerät nicht benutzt werden. Die Be-
wegungen haben eine stimulierende
Wirkung, was ggf. zu Einschlafproble-
men führen kann.
REINIGUNG UND
AUFBEWAHRUNG
Beachten!
■Zum Reinigen keine scharfen oder
scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder
Reinigungspads verwenden. Diese
können die Oberflächen beschädigen.
• Das Gerät mit einem feuchten,
weichen Tuch und ggf. etwas mildem
Reinigungsmittel abwischen. An-
schließend gründlich nachtrocknen.
• Das Gerät an einem frostfreien, trocke-
nen, vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschützten und für Kinder sowie Tie-
re unzugänglichen Ort aufbewahren.
PROBLEMBEHEBUNG
Sollte das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktionieren, überprüfen, ob ein Prob-
lem selbst behoben werden kann. Lässt
sich mit den nachfolgenden Schritten
das Problem nicht lösen, den Kundenser-
vice kontaktieren.
Nicht versuchen, ein elektrisches
Gerät selbst zu reparieren!
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht.
Das Kabel des Netzteils (3) ist nicht kor-
rekt mit dem Gerät oder der Steckdose
verbunden.
►Den Sitz der beiden Stecker korrigieren.
Die Steckdose ist defekt.
►Eine andere Steckdose
ausprobieren.
Es ist keine Netzspannung vorhanden.
►Die Sicherung des Netzanschlusses
überprüfen.
Das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch
aus.
Das Gerät wurde überlastet.
►Die Belastung verringern und das
Gerät neu starten.

Das Gerät reagiert nicht auf die
Fernbedienung (5).
Die Batterien der Fernbedienung (5) sind
zu schwach.
►Die Batterien der Fernbedienung
ersetzen.
Es befinden sich Hindernisse zwischen
Gerät und Fernbedienung (5) (kein Sicht-
kontakt).
►Mit der Fernbedienung genau auf
das Gerät zielen.
ENTSORGUNG
Das Verpackungsmaterial um-
weltgerecht entsorgen und der
Wertstoffsammlung zuführen.
Die Batterien sind vor der Entsor-
gung der Fernbedienung zu ent-
nehmen und getrennt vom Gerät
an entsprechenden Sammelstel-
len zu entsorgen.
Dieses Gerät unterliegt der euro-
päischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU für
Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
(WEEE). Dieses Gerät nicht als
normalen Hausmüll, sondern um-
weltgerecht über einen behördlich

It oscillates gently forwards and backwards, thus stimulating blood flow. Simply place
your feet on the foot plates while sitting down and use the control panel or the remote
control to select the level you want. The exercise trainer is ideal in particular if you
spend a long time sitting because it allows you to exercise your legs without too much
effort as well. This can prevent cramps, varicose veins and tired legs.

○If a battery leaks, avoid physical
contact with the battery acid. Wear
protective gloves. If you touch bat-
tery acid, rinse the affected areas
with abundant clear water straight
away and seek medical assistance
immediately.
■Make sure that the connecting cable
does not present a trip hazard.

■Switch off the device and pull the
mains adapter out of the plug socket
if an error occurs during operation or
before a thunderstorm.
■When you pull the mains adapter out

INSERTING / CHANGING
THE BATTERY
Before inserting the batteries, check
whether the contacts in the remote con-
trol(5) and on the batteries are clean, and
clean them if necessary.
1. Open the battery compartment on
the back of the remote control: Push
the battery compartment cover slight-
ly and slide it downwards.
2. Remove used batteries if necessary
and insert a new battery (1.5 V, AAA)
into the battery compartment. Pay
attention to the correct polarity .
3. Place on the battery compartment
cover and slide it upwards. You must
feel it engage.
Replace the batteries if the power of the
remote control starts to wane.
SET-UP AND CONNECTiON
Please Note!
■Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed and
matches the technical data of the
device. The plug socket must also be
readily accessible after connection so
that the connection to the mains can
quickly be isolated.
■Lay the connecting cable in such
a way that it does not become
squashed or bent and does not come
into contact with hot surfaces.
• Place the device on a dry, flat and sol-
id surface. If the device is used on a
carpet, make sure that the ventilation
openings on the bottom of the device
remain clear.
 Protect sensitive floor coverings
on which the device is placed
with a mat if necessary.
• Connect the cable of the mains
adapter (3) first to the connecting
socket (7) of the device and then
connect it to an easily accessible plug
socket. The control panel(6) lights up
once. The device is ready.
USE
Please Note!
■Never place your hands and feet
between the frame and foot plates
while the device is in operation.
There is a danger of crushing!
■Do not stand, kneel, stamp or jump
on the foot plates to prevent injuries
and damage to the device.
■Do not use the device for longer than
20 minutes without a break.
 Start with the slowest level and
gradually increase the level of
intensity.
The device can be controlled both with
and without the remote control. To make
it easier to operate, we recommend using
the remote control. It must be directed
towards the receiver (12) of the device.
1. Switch on the device using the
button (8 or 16) on the control panel
(6) or the remote control (5).
2. Sit down on a chair, armchair or simi-
lar place in front of the device. Place
your feet on the foot plates (1).
3. To start the device, press the but-
ton (8 or 16). The device then starts.
4. If you wish, increase/reduce the level
by pressing the button +(10 or 14) or
the button –(11 or 15) several times.
5. Use the button to stop the device
after the time you want.
6. Pull the mains adapter (3) out of the
plug socket and the barrel connector
out of the device.

• A tingling sensation / itching during
or after use is normal due to the circu-
lation-boosting effect.

going to sleep. The exercises have a
stimulating effect, which may lead to
problems getting to sleep.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Wipe down the device with a damp,
soft cloth and a little mild cleaning
agent if required. Then dry it thor-
oughly.
• Store the device in a dry, frost-free
place that is protected from direct
sunlight and cannot be accessed by
children or animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The cable of the mains adapter (3) is not
connected to the device or the plug socket
correctly.
►Correct the fit of the two plugs.
The plug socket is defective.
►Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►Check the fuse of the mains connec-
tion.
The device switches itself off auto-
matically.
The device has been overloaded.
►Reduce the load and restart the
device.
The device does not react to the
remote control (5).
The batteries of the remote control (5) are
too weak.
►Replace the batteries of the remote
control.
There are obstructions between the
device and remote control (5) (no visual
contact).
►Point the remote control directly at
the device.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging material
in an environmentally friendly man-
ner so that it can be recycled.
The batteries should be removed
before disposing of the remote
control and disposed of separately
from the device at suitable collec-
tion points.

dispose of this device as normal
domestic waste, but rather in an

■Utiliser l'appareil uniquement avec le bloc d’alimentation
fourni. Ne pas utiliser le bloc d’alimentation avec un autre
appareil.
■Ne procéder à aucune modification sur l’appareil. Si l'appareil
ou son cordon de raccordement sont endommagés, c'est au
fabricant, au service après-vente ou à toute personne aux qua-
lifications similaires (par ex. un atelier spécialisé) qu'il revient
de les remplacer ou de les réparer afin d'éviter tout danger.
DANGER – Risque d'électro-
cution
■Utiliser et ranger l'appareil unique-
ment à l’intérieur.
■Ne pas utiliser ni stocker l’appareil
dans des pièces à fort taux d’humi-
dité.
■Ne jamais plonger l'appareil et le
cordon de raccordement dans l'eau
ou tout autre liquide et s’assurer que
ces composants ne risquent pas de
tomber dans l'eau ou d'être mouillés.

○L’ingestion de piles peut être mor-
telle. Conserver la télécommande et
les piles hors de portée des enfants
et des animaux. En cas d’ingestion
d’une pile, faire immédiatement
appel aux secours médicaux.
○Si une pile a coulé, éviter tout
contact du corps avec l’électrolyte.
Porter des gants de protection. En
cas de contact avec l’électrolyte,
rincer immédiatement et abon-
damment à l’eau claire les zones
touchées, puis faire appel sans
attendre aux secours médicaux.
■Veiller à ce que le cordon de raccorde-
ment ne se trouve pas sur le passage
de personnes, celles-ci risquant sinon
de trébucher.
AVIS – pour éviter tout risque de
dégâts matériels
■Arrêter l'appareil et retirer le bloc
d’alimentation de la prise de courant
si un dysfonctionnement survient en
cours d'utilisation ou en cas d'orage.
■Pour débrancher l'appareil, toujours
tirer sur le bloc d'alimentation, jamais
sur le cordon d'alimentation!

■Ne jamais tirer ni porter l'appareil par
son cordon de raccordement.
■Ne jamais s’allonger ni marcher sur
l'appareil afin de ne pas l'endomma-
ger.
■Utiliser uniquement des accessoires
d’origine afin de ne pas entraver le
bon fonctionnement de l’appareil et
d’éviter tout éventuel dommage.
■Veiller à ce que l’appareil ne soit pas
soumis à des chocs; le protéger de
la chaleur, du rayonnement direct du
soleil et des flammes, ne pas l’expo-
ser à des températures négatives ni
trop longtemps à l’humidité et ne pas
le mouiller.
AVIS – pour éviter tout risque de
dégâts matériels causés par les piles
■Utiliser uniquement le type de pile
indiqué dans les caractéristiques
techniques.
■Retirer les piles de la télécommande
lorsqu'elles sont usagées ou que l'ap-
pareil n’est plus utilisé. Ceci évite ainsi
les dommages dus à d'éventuelles
fuites.
■Immédiatement retirer de la télécom-
mande toute pile qui fuit.
■Remplacer toujours toutes les piles
en même temps. Ne pas utiliser de
piles de différents types, marques ou
capacités.
MISE EN PLACE/
REMPLACEMENT DES
PILES
Avant de mettre les piles en place,
vérifier si les contacts dans la télécom-
mande(5) et au niveau des piles sont
propres; les nettoyer le cas échéant.
1. Ouvrir le compartiment à piles au dos
de la télécommande: presser légère-
ment le couvercle du compartiment à
piles pour le faire coulisser vers le bas.
2. Le cas échéant, ôter les piles usagées
et insérer des
piles neuves (1,5 V,
AAA) dans le compartiment à piles.
Respecter la polarité .
3. Positionner le couvercle du comparti-
ment à piles pour le faire coulisser vers
le haut. L'enclenchement doit produire
un déclic clairement audible.
En cas de perte de puissance de la télé-
commande, remplacer les piles.
MISE EN PLACE ET
BRANCHEMENT
À observer!
■Brancher l'appareil uniquement sur
une prise de courant correctement
installée et mise à la terre, et dont les
caractéristiques techniques corres-
pondent à celles de l’appareil. La
prise doit rester facilement accessible
même après le branchement de sorte
à pouvoir couper rapidement l’ali-
mentation de l’appareil.
■Faire cheminer le cordon de raccorde-
ment de sorte qu’il ne soit ni pincé, ni
coincé et qu’il n’entre pas en contact
avec des surfaces chaudes.
• Placer l’appareil sur une surface
sèche, plane et solide. Si l’appareil
est utilisé sur un tapis, s’assurer que
les orifices d’aération en dessous de
l’appareil restent dégagés.
 Protéger au moyen d'un support
les revêtements de sol fragiles sur
lesquels l'appareil est posé.
• Brancher le cordon du bloc d’alimen-
tation(3) dans un premier temps à
la douille de raccordement(7) de
l'appareil puis sur une prise aisé-
ment accessible. Le panneau de
commande(6) s'allume brièvement.
L'appareil est prêt.
