durch und bewahre sie für spätere Fragen und weitere Nutzer auf. Sie ist ein Be-
standteil des Gerätes. Hersteller und Importeur übernehmen keine Haftung, wenn
die Angaben in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung nicht beachtet werden.

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßER
GEBRAUCH
■Dieses Gerät glättet Stoffe durch
Dampf. Darüber hinaus eignet es sich
zum Entfernen von Fusseln und unan-
genehmen Gerüchen aus Kleidung,
Polstern, Kissen, Vorhängen etc.
■Das Gerät eignet sich nicht zum
Entfernen von Flecken oder Verfär-
bungen.
■Das Gerät ist für den privaten Ge-
brauch, nicht für eine gewerbliche
Nutzung bestimmt.
■Das Gerät nur für den angegebenen
Zweck und nur wie in der Gebrauchs-
anleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede
weitere Verwendung gilt als bestim-
mungswidrig.
■Von der Gewährleistung ausge-
schlossen sind alle Mängel, die durch
unsachgemäße Behandlung, Verkal-
kung, Beschädigung oder Reparatur-
versuche entstehen. Dies gilt auch für
den normalen Verschleiß.

■Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie von Perso-

Dampf! Das Gerät mit Vorsicht bedienen.
■Das Gerät darf nicht unbeaufsichtigt gelassen werden, wäh-
rend es an das Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.

■Das Gerät ist bei Nichtbenutzung, vor dem Zusammenbau,
dem Auseinandernehmen oder dem Reinigen stets auszu-
schalten und vom Stromnetz zu trennen.
■Keine Veränderungen an dem Gerät vornehmen. Wenn die
Anschlussleitung des Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss diese
durch den Hersteller, seinen Kundendienst oder eine ähnlich
qualifizierte Person (z.B. Fachwerkstatt) ersetzt werden, um
Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
■Das Gerät darf nicht verwendet werden, wenn es herunterge-
fallen ist, sichtbare Anzeichen von Beschädigungen aufweist
oder undicht ist.
■Unbedingt die Hinweise im Kapitel „Reinigung und Aufbewah-
rung“ beachten.
GEFAHR – Stromschlaggefahr
■Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen Räu-
men verwenden und lagern.
■Das Gerät nicht in Räumen mit hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit verwenden oder
lagern.
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüs-
sigkeiten eintauchen und sicherstel-
len, dass diese nicht ins Wasser fallen
oder nass werden können.
■Sollte das Gerät ins Wasser fallen
während es an das Stromnetz ange-
schlossen ist, sofort den Netzste-
cker aus der Steckdose ziehen. Erst
danach das Gerät aus dem Wasser
herausholen. Niemals versuchen, aus
dem Wasser zu ziehen, während es
an das Stromnetz angeschlossen ist!
Vor erneuter Inbetriebnahme in einer
Fachwerkstatt überprüfen lassen.
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals mit feuchten Händen berüh-
ren, wenn das Gerät an das Strom-
netz angeschlossen ist.
WARNUNG – Verletzungs-
gefahr
■Kinder und Tiere vom Verpackungs-
material fernhalten. Es besteht Ersti-
ckungsgefahr.
Heiße Oberflächen! Die
Dampfsohle des Geräts sowie
der verwendete Aufsatz können
während des Gebrauchs heiß
werden. Das Gerät daher während
des Betriebes ausschließlich am
Griff anfassen. Die Dampfsohle
und den verwendeten Aufsatz
nicht während oder kurz nach dem
Gebrauch berühren.
■Verbrühungsgefahr durch heißen
Wasserdampf!
○Niemals Kleidung bedampfen,
wenn diese von jemandem getra-
gen wird.
○Niemals Dampf direkt auf Men-
schen, Tiere oder Pflanzen richten.
○Das heiße Gerät nicht auf den Kopf
oder auf die Seite stellen. Heißes
Wasser könnte auslaufen.
○Das Gerät abkühlen lassen, bevor
der Wassertank aufgefüllt wird. Es
könnte zum plötzlichen Dampfaus-
stoß kommen.

○Der Wassertankverschluss darf wäh-
rend des Gebrauchs nicht geöffnet
werden.
○Das Gerät vollständig abkühlen las-
sen, bevor der Wassertank entleert
und/oder das Gerät gereinigt und
verstaut wird.
■Sicherstellen, dass die Anschluss-
leitung stets außer Reichweite von
Kleinkindern und Tieren ist. Es be-
steht Strangulationsgefahr!
■Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen,
dass sie keine Stolpergefahr darstellt.
WARNUNG – Brandgefahr
■Das Gerät nicht zusammen mit ande-
ren Verbrauchern (mit hoher Watt-
leistung) an eine Mehrfachsteckdose
anschließen, um eine Überlastung
und ggf. einen Kurzschluss (Brand) zu
vermeiden.
■Das Gerät nicht in Verbindung mit
Verlängerungskabeln nutzen.
■Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von
brennbarem Material betreiben.
■Das Gerät auch bei kurzen Unterbre-
chungen immer auf dem Wassertank
abstellen. Bei längeren Unterbre-
chungen den Netzstecker ziehen.
■Unmittelbar nach dem Glätten das
noch heiße Gerät mit einem Min-
destabstand von 15 cm zu Wänden,
Möbeln und anderen Gegenständen
abstellen.
■Die Dampfdüsen niemals abdecken
und keine Gegenstände hinein-
stecken.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden
■Das Gerät nur an eine vorschrifts-
mäßig installierte Steckdose, die mit
den technischen Daten des Gerätes
übereinstimmt, anschließen. Die
Steckdose muss auch nach dem An-
schließen gut zugänglich sein, damit
die Netzverbindung schnell getrennt
werden kann.
■Der Dampf darf nicht direkt auf die
Anschlussleitung oder Teile gerich-
tet werden, die elektrische Bauteile
enthalten (z.B. Innenräume von Öfen,
Kühlschränke, Schalter und Leuchten,
Mikrowellengeräte).
■Niemals über die maximale Füllmen-
ge hinausgehen, um ein Überlaufen
zu verhindern (max-Markierung auf
dem Wassertank beachten!).
■Dampfauslöser nur betätigen, wenn
der Wassertank mit Wasser gefüllt
ist, da andernfalls die Wasserpumpe
beschädigt und die Lebensdauer des
Gerätes beeinträchtigt werden kann.
■Darauf achten, dass die Anschlusslei-
tung nicht gequetscht, geknickt oder
über scharfe Kanten gelegt wird und
nicht mit heißen Flächen (z.B. des
Gerätes) in Berührung kommt.
■Das Gerät immer erst ausschalten,
bevor der Stecker aus der Steckdose
gezogen wird. Beim Herausziehen
aus der Steckdose immer am Netz-
stecker und nie am Netzkabel ziehen.
■Das Gerät ausschalten und den
Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen,
wenn während des Betriebes ein
Fehler auftritt, bei einem Stromausfall
oder vor einem Gewitter.
■Das Gerät niemals an der Anschluss-
leitung ziehen oder tragen. !
■Das Gerät vor anderen Wärmequel-
len, Feuer, lang anhaltender Feuch-
tigkeit, Nässe und Stößen schützen.
■Nur Original-Zubehörteile des Her-
stellers verwenden, um die Funkti-
onsweise des Gerätes nicht zu beein-
trächtigen und eventuelle Schäden zu
verhindern.
■Das Gerät bei Raumtemperatur be-
nutzen und lagern, keinen extremen
Temperaturen, Temperaturschwan-
kungen aussetzen.

ZUBEHÖR
• Der Bürstaufsatz(4) ist für das Auffri-
schen von Heimtextilien wie Polster,
Vorhänge etc. geeignet (Bild D).
• Mit dem Bügelfaltenaufsatz lassen
sich Falten, z.B. in Hosen und Röcken
machen. Zudem ist er zum Glät-
ten von Kleidung (z.B. aus Leinen,
Baumwolle, Polyester etc.) geeignet
(Bild E).
AUFSÄTZE MONTIEREN/
ABNEHMEN
Beachten!
■Der verwendete Aufsatz kann kurz
nach dem Gebrauch noch sehr heiß
sein. Vor dem Abnehmen warten, bis
das Gerät und der verwendete Auf-
satz vollständig abgekühlt sind.
• Anbringen: Den Aufsatz mit der
Rastnase oben oder unten an der
Dampfsohle aufsetzen und nach unten
bzw. oben festdrücken. Der Aufsatz
muss hörbar einrasten (Bild B).
• Abnehmen: Die Lasche unten oder
oben am Aufsatz nach vorne ziehen
und den Aufsatz abnehmen.
WASSERTANK FÜLLEN
Beachten!
■Das Gerät kann nach dem Gebrauch
noch heiß sein. Vor dem Befül-
len/Entleeren des Wassertanks war-
ten, bis es vollständig abgekühlt ist.
■Maximal 250ml (max-Markierung
beachten) Wasser in den Wassertank
füllen.
 Das Gerät kann sowohl mit
Leitungswasser als auch mit
destilliertem Wasser betrieben
werden. Durch den Gebrauch
von Leitungswasser ist jedoch ein
regelmäßiges Entkalken notwen-
dig (siehe Kapitel „Reinigung
und Aufbewahrung“ – „Entkal-
ken“). Bei der Verwendung von
destilliertem Wasser, entfällt das
Entkalken des Gerätes.
1. Den Wassertank (6) gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn (der Pfeil zeigt auf das
offene Schloss) drehen und nach
unten abnehmen.
2. Den Messbecher mit Wasser füllen.
3. Den Wassertankverschluss(5) aus
dem Wassertank ziehen. Beachten,
dass er nicht ganz entfernt werden
kann.
4. Das Wasser aus dem Messbecher in
den Wassertank gießen. Nur bis zur
max-Markierung füllen, ggf. wieder-
holen.
5. Den Wassertankverschluss wieder
einsetzen. Vergewissern, dass der
Wassertank gut verschlossen ist.
6. Den Wassertank wieder auf die
Haupteinheit aufsetzen, indem er im
Uhrzeigersinn (der Pfeil zeigt auf das
geschlossene Schloss) gedreht wird.
Er muss spürbar einrasten.

BENUTZUNG
Beachten!
■Vor der Benutzung des Gerätes die
Pflegehinweise des zu glättenden
Stoffes lesen. Manche Stoffe, wie z. B.
Leder und Wildleder sowie Stoffe mit
Volants, Pailletten und Applikationen
dürfen nicht bedampft werden!
■Mit der Dampfsohle nicht über Reiß-
verschlüsse, Nieten, Schnallen usw.
fahren, um sie nicht zu zerkratzen.
■Niemals vor Oberflächen aus Glas
oder Kunststoff verwenden.
■Es muss genügend Freiraum um das
zu glättende Kleidungsstück vorhan-
den sein.
■Verbrühungsgefahr! Das Gerät erst
verwenden, wenn die Kontrollleuchte
grün ist. Dann ist die Betriebstempe-
ratur erreicht. Bei einer vorherigen
Benutzung des Gerätes kann heißes
Wasser austreten.
1. Den gewünschten Aufsatz montieren
(siehe Kapitel „Aufsätze montie-
ren/abnehmen“).
2. Wasser in den Wassertank (6) füllen
(siehe Kapitel „Wassertank füllen“).
3. Den Netzstecker in eine Steckdo-
se stecken. Die Kontrollleuchte(1)
leuchtet rot und das Gerät beginnt
zu heizen. Wenn die Kontrollleuchte
grün leuchtet, ist das Gerät einsatz-
bereit.
4. Wird kein Dampf mehr erzeugt, ist
der Wassertank leer. Das Gerät eini-
ge Minuten abkühlen lassen und den
Wassertankwieder auffüllen (siehe
Kapitel „Wassertank füllen“).
 Wenn die Kontrollleuchte
während der Benutzung rot
wird, heizt das Gerät nach. Den
Dampfauslöser loslassen, um den
Heizvorgang nicht zu verlängern
und eine Verbrühungsgefahr
durch austretendes heißes Was-
ser zu vermeiden. Warten, bis die
Kontrollleuchte wieder grün ist.
Verwendung ohne Aufsatz
(Bild C)
Mit der Dampfbürste in Streichbewegun-
gen über den Stoff fahren und dabei in
regelmäßigen Abständen den Dampf-
auslöser(7) drücken. Es ist wichtig, dass
die Dampfsohle(8) den Stoff berührt,
damit dieser aufgefrischt wird.
Verwendung mit Bürstaufsatz
(Bild D)
Mit dem Bürstaufsatz (4) in Streichbewe-
gungen über den Stoff fahren und dabei
in regelmäßigen Abständen den Dampf-
auslöser drücken. Es ist wichtig, dass der
Bürstaufsatz den Stoff berührt, damit
dieser aufgefrischt wird.
Verwendung mit Bügelfaltenaufsatz
(Bild E)
Den Clip des Bügelfaltenaufsatzes öff-
nen, indem der Hebel leicht zum Gerät
gedrückt wird. Den Stoff des zu glätten-
den Kleidungsstückes im Bügelfaltenauf-
satz einklemmen und den Hebel wieder
loslassen. Langsam am Kleidungsstück
herunterziehen und dabei in regelmäßi-
gen Abständen den Dampfauslöser(7)
drücken.
 Um einen dauerhaften Dampfstoß
zu generieren, kann die Feststell-
taste im Dampfauslöser nach un-
ten geschoben werden. So bleibt
der Dampfauslöser dauerhaft
gedrückt.
Darauf achten, dass feine Stoffe
nicht mit Dauerdampf bedampft
werden dürfen.
Die Feststelltaste immer lösen,
bevor das Gerät ausgeschaltet
wird!

REINIGUNG UND
AUFBEWAHRUNG
Beachten!
■Zum Reinigen keine scharfen oder
scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder
Reinigungspads verwenden. Diese
können die Oberflächen beschädigen.
• Das Gehäuse regelmäßig mit einem
feuchten Tuch und ggf. etwas Reini-
gungsmittel abwischen. Gründlich
nachtrocknen.
• Bei Bedarf Fusseln und sonstige
Verschmutzungen von den Aufsät-
zen abbürsten. Die Aufsätze können
auch mit Wasser abgespült werden.
Danach gründlich abtrocknen.
• Den Wassertank (6) ausleeren:
1. Den Wassertank abnehmen (siehe
Kapitel „Wassertank füllen“).
2. Den Wassertankverschluss (5) aus
dem Wassertank ziehen, über ein
Waschbecken o.Ä. halten und auf
den Kopf drehen. Das gesamte
Wasser aus dem Wassertank
laufen lassen.
3. Den Wassertank wieder einset-
zen.
4. Das Gerät nochmals kurz in Be-
trieb nehmen und den Dampfaus-
löser (7) drücken, um Restmengen
von Wasser zu verdampfen.
• Vor dem Verstauen alle Teile vollstän-
dig trocknen lassen.
• Das Gerät am besten auseinanderge-
baut an einem sauberen, trockenen,
vor Sonne geschützten sowie für
Kinder und Tiere unzugänglichen Ort
aufbewahren.
ENTKALKEN
Kalkablagerungen führen zu Energiever-
lusten und verkürzen die Lebensdauer
des Gerätes. Je dicker eine Kalkschicht
ist, umso schwerer lässt sie sich wieder
entfernen.
Wir empfehlen deshalb Kalkablagerun-
gen entsprechend der Wasserqualität
in der Gegend und der Häufigkeit der
Verwendung regelmäßig (ca. alle 4 – 6
Wochen) mit einem Entkalkungsmittel zu
entfernen.
Zum Entkalken einen handelsüblichen
Entkalker verwenden. Darauf achten,
dass er für Dampfgeräte geeignet ist.
Zum Mischungsverhältnis von Wasser
und Entkalkungsmittel und zur Dauer der
Anwendung die Gebrauchsanweisung
des Entkalkungsmittels beachten.
PROBLEMBEHEBUNG
Sollte das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktionieren, überprüfen, ob ein Prob-
lem selbst behoben werden kann. Lässt
sich mit den nachfolgenden Schritten
das Problem nicht lösen, den Kundenser-
vice kontaktieren.
Nicht versuchen, ein elektrisches
Gerät selbst zu reparieren!
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht, die
Kontrollleuchte (1) leuchtet nicht.
Der Netzstecker steckt nicht richtig in
der Steckdose.
►Den Sitz korrigieren.
Die Steckdose ist defekt.
►Eine andere Steckdose ausprobieren.

Wasser tritt aus der Dampfsohle (8)
aus.
Die Betriebstemperatur wurde unter-
schritten.
►Warten, bis die Kontrollleuchte grün
leuchtet, bevor der Dampfauslö-
ser(7) betätigt wird.
Das Gerät verfügt über eine Sicherheits-
abschaltautomatik. Bei Überhitzung
schaltet es sich automatisch ab.
►Gerät abkühlen lassen und erneut
einschalten.
Es wird kein Dampf produziert.
Der Wassertank (6) ist leer.
►Den Wassertank füllen.
Das Gerät hat noch nicht Betriebstempe-
ratur erreicht.
►Warten, bis die Kontrollleuchte (1)
grün leuchtet.
ENTSORGUNG
Das Verpackungsmaterial um-
weltgerecht entsorgen und der
Wertstoffsammlung zuführen.
Dieses Gerät unterliegt der euro-
päischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU für
Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
(WEEE). Dieses Gerät nicht als
normalen Hausmüll, sondern um-
weltgerecht über einen behördlich
zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb

Before using the device for the first time, please read through these operating in-
structions carefully and keep them for future reference and other users. They form an
integral part of the device. The manufacturer and importer do not accept any liability if
the information in these operating instructions is not complied with.

INTENDED USE
■This device smooths fabrics using
steam. In addition, it is suitable for
removing fluff and unpleasant odours
from clothing, upholstery, cushions,
curtains, etc.
■The device is not suitable for remov-
ing marks or stains.
■The device is for personal use only
and is not intended for commercial
applications.
■Use the device only for the specified
purpose and as described in the
operating instructions. Any other use
is deemed to be improper.
■The warranty does not cover faults
caused by incorrect handling, calcifi-
cation, damage or attempted repairs.
The same applies to normal wear and
tear.
SAFETY NOTICES
WARNING: Note all safety notices, instructions, illustra-
tions and technical data provided with this device. Failure
to follow the safety notices and instructions may result in
electric shock, fire and / or injuries.
■This device may be used by children aged 8 and over and by
people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or a
lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised or
have received instruction on how to use the device safely and
have understood the dangers resulting from failure to comply
with the relevant safety precautions.
■Children must not play with the device.
■Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by
children without supervision.
■Keep children younger than 8 years of age and animals away
from the device and the connecting cable.
CAUTION: hot steam! The device operates with hot
steam! Operate the device with caution.
■The device must not be left unattended while it is connected
to the mains power.
■The device must always be switched off and disconnected
from the mains power when it is not in use, before it is assem-
bled, disassembled or cleaned.
■Do not make any modifications to the device. If the connect-
ing cable of the device is damaged, it must be replaced by

ly qualified person (e.g. specialist workshop) in order to avoid
any hazards.
■The device must not be used if it has been dropped, shows
visible signs of damage or leaks.
■It is essential to follow the instructions in the “Cleaning and
Storage” chapter.
DANGER – Danger of Electric
Shock
■Use and store the device only in
closed rooms.
■Do not use or store the device in
rooms with high humidity.
■Never immerse the device and the
connecting cable in water or other
liquids and ensure that they cannot
fall into water or become wet.
■If the device falls into water while
it is connected to the mains power,
pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket immediately. Only after this
should you retrieve the device from
the water. Never attempt to pull it out
of the water while it is connected to
the mains power! Have it checked in
a specialist workshop before using it
again.
■Never touch the device and the con-
necting cable with wet hands when
the device is connected to the mains
power.
WARNING – Danger of Injury
■Keep children and animals away from
the packaging material. There is a
danger of suffocation.
Hot surfaces! The steam bottom
of the device and the attachment
used may become hot during use.
You should therefore only hold the
device by the handle when you
are operating it. Do not touch the
steam bottom or the attachment
used during or shortly after use.
■Danger of scalding from hot steam!
○Never attempt to steam clothes
while somebody is wearing them.
○Never aim steam directly at people,
animals or plants.
○Do not turn the hot device upside
down or place it on its side. Hot
water could run out.
○Allow the device to cool down
before the water tank is topped up.
Otherwise there could be a sudden
emission of steam.
○The water tank cap must not be
opened during use.
○Allow the device to cool down
completely before the water tank
is emptied and / or the device is
cleaned and stored away.
■Make sure that the connecting cable
is always kept out of the reach of
small children and animals. There is a
danger of strangulation!
■Lay the connecting cable in such a
way that it does not present a trip
hazard.
WARNING – Danger of Fire
■Do not connect the device along with
other consumers (with a high wattage)
to a multiple socket in order to pre-
vent overloading and a possible short
circuit (fire).
■Do not use the device in conjunction
with extension cables.

■Do not operate the device in the
vicinity of combustible material.
■Always place the device upright on
the water tank even during short
pauses. Pull out the mains plug during
longer pauses.
■Immediately after smoothing, place
the still hot device down a minimum
distance of 15 cm away from walls,
furniture and other objects.
■Never cover up the steam nozzles and
do not insert any objects into them.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to
Material and Property
■Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed and
matches the technical data of the
device. The plug socket must also be
readily accessible after connection so
that the connection to the mains can
quickly be isolated.
■Never direct the steam directly at the
connecting cable or parts containing
electrical components (such as inside
ovens, fridges, at switches and lights,
microwave ovens).
■Never exceed the maximum fill level
to prevent overflowing (note the max
marking on the water tank!).
■Only activate the steam release but-
ton when the water tank is filled with
water as otherwise the water pump
may be damaged and the useful
service life of the device may be
shortened.
■Make sure that the connecting cable
is not squashed, bent or laid over
sharp edges and does not come into
contact with hot surfaces (e.g. of the
device).
■Always switch off the device first be-
fore the plug is pulled out of the plug
socket. When you pull it out of the
plug socket, always pull on the mains
plug and never the mains cable.
■Switch off the device and pull the
mains plug out of the plug socket
if an error occurs during operation,
when there is a power cut or before a
thunderstorm.
■Never pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable. !
■Protect the device from other heat
sources, fire, persistent moisture, wet
conditions and impacts.
■Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee
that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and
to avoid possible damage.
■Use and store the device at room
temperature, do not expose it to
extreme temperatures or temperature
fluctuations.
ACCESSORIES
• The brush attachment(4) is suitable
for freshening up home textiles such
as upholstery, curtains etc. (Picture D).
• The iron crease attachment can be
used to make creases, e.g. in trousers
and skirts. In addition, it is suitable for
smoothing clothing (e.g. made from
linen, cotton, polyester etc.) (Picture E).
MOUNTING/REMOVING
ATTACHMENTS
Please Note!
■Shortly after use, the attachment
used may still be very hot. Wait until
the device and the attachment used
have cooled down completely before
removing them.
• Attaching: Place the attachment with
the locking lug at the top or bottom
on the steam bottom and press it
firmly downwards or upwards. The

attachment must engage audibly
(Picture B).
• Removing: Pull the tab on the bottom
or top of the attachment forwards and
remove the attachment.
FILLING THE WATER TANK
Please Note!
■After use, the device may still be hot.
Wait until the water tank has cooled
down completely before filling/emp-
tying it.
■Pour no more than 250ml (note the
max marking) of water into the water
tank.
 The device can be operated with
both tap water and distilled water.
However, if you use tap water,
regular descaling will be required
(see the "Cleaning and Storage"
chapter – "Descaling"). If you use
distilled water, there is no need to
descale the device.
1. Twist the water tank (6) anticlockwise
(the arrow points towards the open
lock) and pull it downwards.
2. Fill the measuring cup with water.
3. Pull the water tank cap (5) out of the
water tank. Please note that it cannot
be completely detached.
4. Pour the water from the measuring
cup into the water tank. Only fill it up
to the max marking, repeat if neces-
sary.
5. Reinsert the water tank cap. Make
sure that the water tank is firmly
sealed shut.
6. Place the water tank back on the main
unit by twisting it clockwise (the arrow
points towards the closed lock). You
must feel it engage.
USE
Please Note!
■Before using the device, read the care
instructions for the fabric which is to
be smoothed. Some fabrics such as
leather and suede as well as fabrics
with flounces, sequins and appliqués
must not be steamed!
■Do not guide the steam bottom over
zips, studs, clips etc. to prevent any
scratching.
■Never use in front of surfaces made
from glass or plastic.
■There must be sufficient clear space
around the item of clothing which is
to be smoothed.
■Danger of scalding! Only use the de-
vice when the control lamp is green.
The operating temperature has then
been reached. If the device is used
before this, hot water may escape.
1. Mount the attachment you want (see
the “Mounting/Removing Attach-
ments” chapter).
2. Pour water into the water tank (6) (see
the “Filling the Water Tank” chapter).
3. Plug the mains plug into a plug
socket. The control lamp (1) lights up
red and the device starts to heat up.
When the control lamp is lit green, the
device is ready to operate.
4. If steam stops being produced, the
water tank is empty. Allow the device
to cool down for a few minutes and
refill the water tank (see the “Filling
the Water Tank” chapter).
 If the control lamp turns red dur-
ing use, the device is reheating.
Let go of the steam release but-
ton if you do not want to continue
the heating process and want to
prevent a danger of scalding from
hot water which may escape. Wait

until the control lamp is green
again.
Use Without Attachment
(Picture C)
Move the steam brush in strokes over the
fabric and press the steam release but-
ton(7) at regular intervals as you do so. It
is important for the steam bottom (8) to
touch the fabric so that it is freshened up.
Use With Brush Attachment
(Picture D)
Move the brush attachment (4) in strokes
over the fabric and press the steam
release button at regular intervals as
you do so. It is important for the brush
attachment to touch the fabric so that it is
freshened up.
Use With Iron Crease Attachment
(Picture E)
Open the clip of the iron crease at-
tachment by pressing the lever slightly
towards the device. Clamp the fabric of
the item of clothing to be smoothed in
the iron crease attachment and let go of
the lever again. Slowly pull down the item
of clothing and press the steam release
button(7) at regular intervals as you do
so.
 To generate a constant blast of
steam, the locking button on
the steam release button can be
pushed down. This keeps the
steam release button constantly
pressed down.
Bear in mind that delicate fabrics
must not be steamed with con-
stant steam.
Always release the locking button
before the device is switched off!
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Regularly wipe down the housing with
a damp cloth and a little cleaning
agent if necessary. Then thoroughly
dry it.
• If necessary, brush fluff and other con-
tamination off the attachments. The
attachments can also be rinsed with
water. Then dry them thoroughly.
• Empty the water tank (6):
1. Remove the water tank (see the
“Filling the Water Tank” chapter).
2. Pull the water tank cap (5) out of
the water tank, hold it over a sink
or similar outlet and turn it upside
down. Allow all the water to run
out of the water tank.
3. Reinsert the water tank.
4. Operate the device again for a
short time and press the steam
release button (7) to allow any
remaining amounts of water to
evaporate.
• Allow all parts to dry completely be-
fore storing them away.
• Store the device ideally disassembled
in a clean, dry place so that it is pro-
tected from sunlight and is out of the
reach of children and animals.

DESCALING
Limescale deposits cause power losses
and shorten the lifespan of the device.
The thicker a limescale layer is, the more
difficult it is to remove.
We therefore recommend regularly
removing limescale deposits with a des-
caling agent in accordance with the water
quality in your area and how often the de-
vice is used (approx. every 4 – 6 weeks).
Use a standard descaling agent for
descaling. Make sure that it is suitable
for steam devices. Note the instructions
for use of the descaling agent for details
about the mixing ratio of water and des-
caling agent and about the length of use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work, the con-
trol lamp (1) does not light up.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
►Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.
►Try another plug socket.
Water emerges from the steam
bottom (8).
The temperature has fallen below the
operating temperature.
►Wait until the control lamp is lit green
before pressing the steam release
button(7).
The device has an automatic safety
switch-off function. It switches off auto-
matically if it overheats.
►Allow the device to cool down and
switch it on again.
No steam is produced.
The water tank (6) is empty.
►Fill the water tank.
The device has not yet reached operating
temperature.
►Wait until the control lamp (1) is lit
green.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging material
in an environmentally friendly man-
ner so that it can be recycled.

dispose of this device as normal
domestic waste, but rather in an
