BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßER
GEBRAUCH
■Das Gerät ist zur Reinigung von
hitze- und feuchtigkeitsbeständigen
Oberflächen geeignet.
■Bei einem Fachmann informieren, ob
die Bodenbeläge zur Reinigung mit
einem Dampfbesen geeignet sind.
Die Reinigung immer erst an einer
unauffälligen Stelle ausprobieren.
• Das Gerät eignet sich nicht
für die Reinigung von un-
versiegelten Holzfußböden,
weichem Kunststoff, Holzmö-
beln oder Leder.
• Synthetische Stoffe, Samt
oder andere empfindliche Ma-
terialien dürfen mit dem Gerät
nicht behandelt werden.
• Bei mit Wachs behandelten
Oberflächen, könnte die
Wachsbeschichtung durch
die Hitze und den Dampf
entfernt werden.
■Das Gerät ist für den privaten Ge-
brauch, nicht für eine gewerbliche
Nutzung bestimmt.
■Das Gerät nur für den angegebenen
Zweck und nur wie in der Gebrauchs-
anleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede
weitere Verwendung gilt als bestim-
mungswidrig.
■Von der Gewährleistung ausge-
schlossen sind alle Mängel, die durch
unsachgemäße Behandlung, Beschä-
digung, Verkalkung oder Reparatur-
versuche entstehen. Dies gilt auch für
den normalen Verschleiß.

■Dieses Gerät kann von Personen mit verringerten physischen,

Erfahrung und/oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beauf-
sichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes

VORSICHT – Heiße Oberfläche!
Das Gerät während des Gebrauchs ausschließlich am
Handgriff, der Griffstange sowie den Ein- / Ausschalter und
den Dampfmengenregler anfassen. Auch kurz nach dem
Gebrauch können Geräteteile sehr heiß sein. Immer erst
vollständig abkühlen lassen, bevor sie berührt werden.
■Die Einfüllöffnung des Wassertanks darf während des Ge-
brauchs nicht geöffnet werden.
■Die Flüssigkeit oder der Dampf darf nicht direkt auf elektrische
Geräte und Einrichtungen, die elektrische Bauteile enthalten,
gerichtet werden.
■Das Gerät darf nicht verwendet werden, wenn es herunterge-
fallen ist, wenn offensichtliche Beschädigungen sichtbar sind
oder wenn es undicht ist.
■Keine Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Wenn das Ge-
rät oder die Anschlussleitung beschädigt sind, müssen diese
durch den Hersteller, den Kundenservice oder eine Fachwerk-
statt ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
■Unbedingt die Hinweise im Kapitel „Wassertank füllen“
beachten!
GEFAHR – Stromschlaggefahr
■Nur in geschlossenen Räumen ver-
wenden und lagern.
■Nicht in Räumen mit hoher Luftfeuch-
tigkeit verwenden.
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüs-
sigkeiten eintauchen. Sicherstellen,
dass das Gerät und die Anschlusslei-
tung nicht ins Wasser fallen oder nass
werden können.
■Sollte das Gerät ins Wasser fallen
während es an das Stromnetz ange-
schlossen ist, sofort den Netzste-
cker aus der Steckdose ziehen. Erst
danach das Gerät aus dem Wasser
herausholen. Niemals versuchen, es
aus dem Wasser zu ziehen, während
es an das Stromnetz angeschlossen
ist! Vor erneuter Inbetriebnahme
durch den Hersteller, Kundenservice
oder autorisierte Fachhändler prüfen
lassen, um eventuelle Gefährdungen
zu vermeiden.
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals mit feuchten Händen berüh-
ren, wenn diese Komponenten an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen sind.
WARNUNG – Verletzungs-
gefahr
■Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern
und Tieren fernhalten. Es besteht
Erstickungsgefahr.
■Sicherstellen, dass die Anschluss-
leitung stets außer Reichweite von
Kindern und Tieren ist. Es besteht
Strangulationsgefahr.

■Dieses Gerät arbeitet mit heißem
Dampf. Niemals auf Menschen, Tiere
oder Pflanzen richten! Es besteht Ver-
brühungsgefahr durch heißen Dampf.
■Während des Betriebes kann heißer
Dampf entweichen. Kopf und Hände
daher aus der Gefahrenzone fernhal-
ten. Es besteht Verbrühungsgefahr
durch Hitze, heißen Dampf oder
Kondenswasser.
■Darauf achten, dass die Anschlusslei-
tung keine Stolperfalle darstellt.
WARNUNG – Brandgefahr!
■Das Gerät während des Betriebes
nicht abdecken, um einen Geräte-
brand zu vermeiden. Nichts in die
Öffnungen des Gerätes stecken
und darauf achten, dass diese nicht
verstopft sind.
■Das Gerät nicht zusammen mit ande-
ren Verbrauchern (mit hoher Watt-
leistung) an eine Mehrfachsteckdose
anschließen, um eine Überlastung
und ggf. einen Kurzschluss (Brand) zu
vermeiden.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden
■Wenn während des Betriebes ein
Fehler auftritt, den Netzstecker zie-
hen. Ansonsten das Gerät immer erst
ausschalten, bevor der Netzstecker
gezogen wird.
■Wenn das Gerät vom Stromnetz
getrennt wird, immer am Netzstecker
und nie am Netzkabel ziehen.
■Das Gerät nicht an der Anschlusslei-
tung ziehen oder tragen.
■Das Gerät schützen vor: anderen
Wärmequellen, Feuer, direkter Son-
neneinstrahlung oder Stößen. Die
Haupteinheit mit Ausnahme des Was-
sertanks zudem vor lang anhaltender
Feuchtigkeit schützen.
■Das Gerät an einem trockenen Platz bei
Temperaturen zwischen 0 und 40 °C
aufbewahren.
■Niemals Gegenstände auf das Gerät
oder die Anschlussleitung stellen.
■Nur Original-Zubehörteile des Her-
stellers verwenden, um die Funkti-
onsweise des Gerätes nicht zu beein-
trächtigen und eventuelle Schäden zu
verhindern.
ZUSAMMENBAU
Beachten!
■Vor dem Zusammenbau und Ausei-
nandernehmen bzw. dem Wechsel
von Zubehör muss das Gerät ausge-
schaltet und abgekühlt sowie vom
Stromnetz getrennt sein.
Griffstange anbringen / abnehmen
Zusammenbauen: Das Ende der Griff-
stange (3) in die obere Öffnung des
Gestells (6) stecken. Dabei die Rastnase
der Griffstange drücken, damit sie in
das Gestell passt. Hierzu die Griffstange
ggf. etwas hin und her drehen. Sie muss
einrasten.
Auseinandernehmen: Die Rastnase der
Griffstange drücken und sie gleichzeitig
herausziehen.
Bodentuch anbringen / abnehmen
Das Bodentuch (22) haftet mittels Klett-
verschlüssen am Reinigungsfuß (11).
Anbringen: Das Bodentuch an den Reini-
gungsfuß anlegen und festdrücken.
Abnehmen: Das Bodentuch vom Reini-
gungsfuß abziehen.

Teppichgleiter anbringen /
abnehmen
Anbringen: Den Teppichgleiter (10) an
den Reinigungsfuß (11) mit angebrach-
tem Bodentuch (22) anlegen und festdrü-
cken. Der Teppichgleiter muss hörbar
einrasten.
Abnehmen: Den Teppichgleiter an einer
der Rastnasen nach unten drücken, um
ihn vom Reinigungsfuß zu lösen, und
abnehmen.
Reinigungsfuß anbringen /
abnehmen
Anbringen: Das Gestell (6) über die Auf-
nahme des Reinigungsfußes (11) führen
und nach unten drücken. Dabei das
Gestell ggf. etwas hin- und herdrehen.
Es muss hörbar einrasten.
Abnehmen: Die Rastnase auf der
Rückseite des Gestells drücken und den
Reinigungsfuß gleichzeitig vom Gestell
abziehen.
Haupteinheit in Gestell einsetzen /
entnehmen
Einsetzen: Die Haupteinheit (5) in die
Aufnahme des Reinigungsfußes (11) set-
zen und in das Gestell (6) drücken. Die
Haupteinheit muss hörbar einrasten.
Abnehmen: Die Entriegelungstaste am
Gestell (17) nach oben schieben und
gleichzeitig die Haupteinheit aus dem
Gestell herausziehen.
Wassertank in Haupteinheit
einsetzen / entnehmen (Bild B)
L Wasserrückstände im Wasser-
tank(13) sind darauf zurückzu-
führen, dass dieses Gerät geprüft
wurde.
Einsetzen: Den Wassertank in die Haupt-
einheit (5) einsetzen. Beide Entriege-
lungstasten (7) müssen hörbar einrasten.
Abnehmen: Die beiden Entriegelungs-
tasten am Wassertank drücken und den
Wassertank gleichzeitig aus der Haupt-
einheit herausnehmen.
Aufsätze anbringen/abnehmen
L Die Aufsätze (19, 20) können
nur zusammen mit der Haupt-
einheit(5), ohne Gestell(6) und
Griffstange (3) verwendet werden.
1. Den gewünschten Aufsatz zunächst
am Adapter(18) anbringen:
○Anbringen: Den Aufsatz so auf den
Adapter setzen, dass die Rastnasen
des Adapters in die Aussparungen
am Aufsatz passen. Den Adapter im
Uhrzeigersinn festdrehen.
○Abnehmen: Den Adapter gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn drehen und aus
dem Aufsatz herausziehen.
2. Den Adapter mit Aufsatz an der
Haupteinheit anbringen:
○Anbringen: Den Adapter in die Auf-
nahme in der Haupteinheit stecken.
Der Adapter muss einrasten.
○Abnehmen: Die Rastnase auf der
Rückseite der Haupteinheit drücken
und den Adapter von der Hauptein-
heit abziehen.

WASSERTANK FÜLLEN
Beachten!
■Den Wassertank nicht überfüllen!
■Niemals Reinigungsmittel oder Zusät-
ze in den Wassertank füllen. Dadurch
könnte das Gerät beschädigt werden.
L Wir empfehlen vorzugsweise de-
stilliertes Wasser in den Wasser-
tank (14) zu füllen, um Verkalkun-
gen vorzubeugen, insbesondere
wenn das Leitungswasser einen
hohen Härtegrad hat.
1. Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät
ausgeschaltet und vom Stromnetz
getrennt ist.
2. Den Wassertank aus der Hauptein-
heit (5) herausnehmen (siehe Kapitel
„Zusammenbau“).
3. Den Wassertankverschluss(15) ein
Stück gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
drehen und abnehmen.
4. Kaltes, sauberes Wasser in den Was-
sertank füllen. Er fasst bis zu 300ml.
5. Den Wassertankverschluss in den
Wassertank einsetzen und im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um ihn zu
fixieren.
6. Den Wassertank in die Haupteinheit
einsetzen.
BENUTZUNG
Beachten!
■Das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig
installierte Steckdose anschließen.
Die Steckdose muss auch nach dem
Anschließen gut zugänglich sein, damit
die Netzverbindung schnell getrennt
werden kann. Die Netzspannung muss
mit den technischen Daten des Gerä-
tes übereinstimmen.
■Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen,
dass sie nicht gequetscht, geknickt
oder über scharfe Kanten gelegt
wird und nicht mit heißen Flächen in
Berührung kommt.
■Das Gerät nur dann verwenden,
wenn es funktionsfähig und vollständig
zusammengebaut ist.
■Das Gerät niemals ohne Wasser
betreiben.
■Sehr kalte Glasflächen (Fenster
im Winter) dürfen mit dem Gerät
nicht gereinigt werden. Sie können
zerspringen, wenn sie mit heißem
Dampf in Kontakt kommen.
■Den Dampf nie länger als ca. 10Se-
kunden auf eine Stelle richten. Dies
kann ansonsten zur Beschädigung
der Oberfläche führen.
L Die Anschlussleitung bei der
Handhabung des Gerätes mit
einer Hand immer vom Reini-
gungsfuß(11) bzw. dem Aufsatz
fernhalten.

Benutzung als Bodendampfgerät /
Teppichreiniger
Beachten!
■Für die Benutzung des Gerätes auf
Laminatböden, muss Folgendes
sichergestellt werden:
○Das Laminat muss fachgerecht
verlegt sein und keine Lücken oder
Risse aufweisen, in welche Feuch-
tigkeit eindringen könnte.
○Das Gerät zunächst an einer unauf-
fälligen Stelle testen. Diese dann
auf Wellen oder eingedrungene
Feuchtigkeit prüfen. Ist die Test-
stelle einwandfrei, kann das Gerät
zum Reinigen des kompletten
Laminatbodens verwendet werden.
■Vor jedem Gebrauch das Bodentuch
auf Verschleiß prüfen. Ein verschlisse-
nes oder löcheriges Bodentuch darf
nicht verwendet werden. Der Boden-
belag könnte beschädigt werden.
■Bei der Bodenreinigung mit Dampf
geschlossene Schuhe tragen.
■Wenn das Gerät nach dem Gebrauch
abgestellt wird, kann sich eine nasse
Stelle unter dem Reinigungsfuß
bilden. Daher bei empfindlichen
Fußböden ein Tuch unter den Rei-
nigungsfuß stellen oder ein länger
anhaltendes Abstellen vermeiden.
1. Den Boden vor der Benutzung des
Gerätes fegen und / oder absaugen.
2. Das Gerät zusammenbauen (siehe
Kapitel „Zusammenbau“ und „Funk-
tionen“).
3. Den Wassertank (14) füllen (siehe
Kapitel „Wassertank füllen“).
4. Um die Anschlussleitung abzuwickeln,
den oberen Haken zur Kabelaufwick-
lung(2) ein Stück herausziehen und
nach unten drehen.
5. Das Gerät aufrecht hinstellen und
die Griffstange (3) nach vorne zum
Reinigungsfuß(11) kippen, bis das
Gelenk(12) des Reinigungsfußes
einrastet.
6. Den Dampfmengenregler (13) auf die
kleinste Stufe stellen, indem er bis
zum Anschlag gegen den Uhrzeiger-
sinn gedreht wird.
7. Den Netzstecker in eine gut
zugängliche Steckdose stecken.
8. Den Ein-/Ausschalter(16)
auf die Position Istellen. Die
Kontrollleuchten(8) hinter dem
Wassertank leuchten rot. Warten bis
das Gerät Betriebstemperatur erreicht
hat und die Kontrollleuchten blau
leuchten. Aus dem Reinigungsfuß
beginnt Dampf auszutreten.
9. Durch Drehen des Dampfmen-
genreglers kann die Dampfmenge
eingestellt werden. Beachten: Nach
Drehen des Dampfmengenreglers
dauert es einige Sekunden, bis sich
die Dampfmenge angepasst hat.
10. Die Ein- / Aus-Taste (9) am
Reinigungsfuß drücken, um die
Vibrationsfunktion zu aktivieren.
11. Das Gerät am Handgriff (1) festhalten
und leicht nach hinten neigen, um
die Arretierung im Gelenk des
Reinigungsfußes zu lösen. Dabei ggf.
den Reinigungsfuß mit einem Fuß
fixieren.
12. Den Reinigungsfuß langsam vor und
zurück über den Fußboden führen.
Der Boden wird dabei gereinigt.
L Das Gestell (6) verfügt über ein
zusätzliches Knickgelenk (4), dass
die Reinigung unter Möbelstü-
cken ermöglicht. Hierfür die Taste
PUSH am Knickgelenk drücken,
um die Arretierung zu lösen
(BildC). Um die Griffstange in ihre
Ausgangsposition zurückzubrin-
gen, diese hochziehen, bis das
Knickgelenk einrastet.

13. Zum Deaktivieren der
Vibrationsfunktion die Ein- / Aus-
Taste am Reinigungsfuß erneut
drücken.
14. Nach dem Gebrauch den
Ein- / Ausschalter auf die Position0
stellen. Die Kontrollleuchten
erlöschen.
Benutzung als Handdampfgerät
Beachten!
■Niemals versuchen, Kleidung an
Personen zu glätten! Kleidung auf
einen Bügel mit genügend Freiraum
zu allen Seiten hängen, so dass Hitze
und Feuchtigkeit an Lebewesen
oder Gegenständen keinen Schaden
anrichten können. Es besteht Verbrü-
hungsgefahr.
1. Das Gerät zusammenbauen (siehe
Kapitel „Zusammenbau“ und „Funk-
tionen“).
2. Den Wassertank (14) füllen (siehe
Kapitel „Wassertank füllen“).
3. Den Dampfmengenregler (13) auf die
kleinste Stufe stellen, indem er bis
zum Anschlag gegen den Uhrzeiger-
sinn gedreht wird.
4. Den Netzstecker in eine gut zugängli-
che Steckdose stecken.
5. Den Ein- /Ausschalter(16)
auf die Position Istellen. Die
Kontrollleuchten(8) hinter dem
Wassertank leuchten rot. Warten bis
das Gerät Betriebstemperatur erreicht
hat und die Kontrollleuchten blau
leuchten.
6. Durch Drehen des Dampfmengen-
reglers kann die Dampfmenge
eingestellt werden. Beachten: Nach
Drehen des Dampfmengenreglers
dauert es einige Sekunden, bis sich
die Dampfmenge angepasst hat.
7. Den Aufsatz langsam über die zu
reinigende Oberfläche führen.
8. Nach dem Gebrauch den
Ein- / Ausschalter auf die Position0
stellen. Die Kontrollleuchten
erlöschen.
Nach dem Gebrauch
1. Den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
ziehen.
2. Das Gerät und Zubehör vollständig
abkühlen lassen und reinigen.
3. Den Wassertank (14) aus der
Haupteinheit(5) herausnehmen und
vollständig entleeren.

Beachten!
■Zum Reinigen keine Lösungsmittel,
aggressive Reinigungsmittel oder
Reinigungspads verwenden. Dies
könnte zu Geräteschäden führen.
■Die Aufsätze sind nicht waschmaschi-
nen-, spülmaschinen- oder trockner-
geeignet! Ausschließlich an der Luft
trocknen lassen!
• Die Haupteinheit (5), Griffstange(3)
und Reinigungsfuß(11) mit
Teppichgleiter(10) bei Bedarf mit
einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch
abwischen und mit einem weichen
Tuch nachtrocknen.
• Fussel und Haare sowie Staub vom
Bürstenaufsatz (19) entfernen. Die
Aufsätze und den Adapter (18) bei
Bedarf mit lauwarmem Wasser und
ggf. einem milden Reinigungsmittel
abspülen. An der Luft trocknen lassen.
• Das Mikrofasertuch (21) und das
Bodentuch (22) gemäß der Angaben
auf dem Waschlabel waschen.
Keine Weichspüler oder Bleichmittel
verwenden! Separat oder mit

• Vor dem Verstauen sicherstellen, dass
der Wassertank (14) restlos entleert
wurde.
• Das Gerät an einem kühlen,
trockenen Ort außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern und Tieren
aufbewahren.
PROBLEMBEHEBUNG
Sollte das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktionieren, überprüfen, ob ein Prob-
lem selbst behoben werden kann. Lässt
sich mit den nachfolgenden Schritten
das Problem nicht lösen, den Kundenser-
vice kontaktieren.

the floor coverings are suitable for
cleaning with a steam mop. Always

floors, soft plastic, wooden
furniture or leather.

with wax, the heat and steam

CAUTION – Hot surface!
You should only ever touch the device on the handle, the
handle pole and the On/Off switch and steam quantity
control when you are using it. Parts of the device may
also still be very hot shortly after use. Always allow them
to cool down completely first before touching them.
■The feed opening for the water tank must not be opened
during use.
■The liquid or steam must not be aimed directly at electrical
equipment and devices containing electrical components.
■The device must not be used if it has been dropped, if obvi-
ous signs of damage are visible or if it has leaks.
■Do not make any modifications to the device. If the device or
the connecting cable are damaged, they must be replaced by
the manufacturer, customer service department or a specialist
workshop in order to avoid any hazards.
■It is essential to follow the instructions in the “Filling the Water
Tank” chapter!
DANGER – Danger of Electric
Shock
■Use and store the device only in
closed rooms.
■Do not use the device in rooms with
high humidity.
■Never immerse the device or the
connecting cable in water or other
liquids. Make sure that the device and
the connecting cable cannot fall into
water or become wet.
■If the device falls into water while it is
connected to the mains power, pull
the mains plug out of the plug socket
immediately. Only after this should
you retrieve the device from the
water. Never attempt to pull it out of
the water while it is connected to the
mains power! Before using it again,

■Make sure that the connecting cable
does not present a trip hazard.
WARNING – Danger of Fire!
■Do not cover the device during
operation in order to prevent it from
catching fire. Do not insert anything
into the openings of the device and
make sure that they do not become
clogged.
■Do not connect the device along with
other consumers (with a high wattage)
to a multiple socket in order to pre-
vent overloading and a possible short
circuit (fire).
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to
Material and Property
■If a fault occurs during operation, pull
out the mains plug. Otherwise always
switch off the device first before the
mains plug is pulled out.
■Always pull the mains plug and never
the mains cable when disconnecting
the device from the mains power.
■Do not pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable.
■Protect the device from other heat
sources, flames, direct sunlight or im-
pacts. Also protect the main unit with
the exception of the water tank from
persistent moisture.

ASSEMBLY
Please Note!
■The device must be switched off,
cooled down and disconnected from
the mains power before assembling
and taking apart or changing acces-
sories.
Attaching / Detaching the Handle
Pole
Assembling: Plug the end of the handle
pole (3) into the upper opening of the
frame(6). When you do this, press the
locking lug of the handle pole so that it
fits into the frame. To do this, rotate the
handle pole from side to side a little if
necessary. It must engage.
Taking apart: Press the locking lug of the
handle pole and pull it out at the same
time.
Attaching / Detaching the Floor Cloth
The floor cloth (22) attaches to the clean-
ing foot (11) by means of hook and loop
fasteners.
Attaching: Place the floor cloth on the
cleaning foot and press it on firmly.
Detaching: Pull the floor cloth off the
cleaning foot.
Attaching / Detaching the Carpet
Glider
Attaching: Place the carpet glider (10)
on the cleaning foot (11) with the floor
cloth(22) fitted and press it on firmly. You
must hear the carpet glider engage in
place.
Detaching: Press down the carpet glider
on one of the locking lugs to release it
from the cleaning foot and take it off.

Attaching / Detaching the Cleaning
Foot
Attaching: Guide the frame (6) over the
mount for the cleaning foot (11) and press
it down. If necessary, twist the frame from
side to side slightly as you do this. It must
engage audibly.
Detaching: Press the locking lug on the
back of the frame and pull the cleaning
foot off the frame at the same time.
Inserting / Removing the Main Unit
in the Frame
Inserting: Place the main unit (5) into the
mount for the cleaning foot (11) and press
it into the frame (6). The main unit must
engage audibly.
Detaching: Slide the release button on
the frame (17) upwards and pull the main
unit out of the frame at the same time.
Inserting / Removing the Water Tank
in the Main Unit (Picture B)
L Water residues in the water
tank(13) are attributable to the
fact that this device has been
tested.
Inserting: Insert the water tank into the
main unit (5). Both release buttons (7)
must engage audibly.
Detaching: Press the two release buttons
on the water tank and pull the water tank
out of the main unit at the same time.
Attaching / Detaching Attachments
L The attachments (19, 20) can only
be used together with the main
unit (5), without the frame(6) and
handle pole (3).
1. First fit the attachment you want on
the adapter(18):
○Attaching: Place the attachment on
the adapter so that the locking lugs
of the adapter fit in the recesses on
the attachment. Twist the adapter
clockwise to secure it.
○Detaching: Twist the adapter
anticlockwise and pull it out of the
attachment.
2. Fit the adapter with the attachment
on the main unit:
○Attaching: Plug the adapter into the
mount in the main unit. The adapter
must engage.
○Detaching: Press the locking lug on
the back of the main unit and pull
the adapter off the main unit.

FILLING THE WATER TANK
Please Note!
■Do not overfill the water tank!
■Never pour any cleaning agent or ad-
ditives into the water tank. This might
damage the device.
L We recommend that you pour
preferably distilled water into the
water tank (13) in order to prevent
calcification, particularly if your
tap water is very hard.
1. Ensure that the device has been
switched off and disconnected from
the mains power.
2. Remove the water tank from the main
unit (5) (see the “Assembly” chapter).
3. Twist the water tank cap(14) a little
anticlockwise and take it off.
4. Pour cold, clean water into the water
tank. It holds up to 300ml.
5. Insert the water tank cap into the
water tank and twist it clockwise to fix
it in place.
6. Insert the water tank into the main unit.
USE
Please Note!
■Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed. The
plug socket must also be readily
accessible after connection so that the
connection to the mains can quickly
be isolated. The mains voltage must
match the technical data of the device.
■Lay the connecting cable so that it is
not squashed, bent or laid over sharp
edges and does not come into con-
tact with hot surfaces.
■The device should only be used if it
is in working order and has been fully
assembled.
■Never operate the device without
water.
■Very cold glass surfaces (windows in
winter) must not be cleaned with the
device. They may shatter if they come
into contact with hot steam.
■Never direct the steam on one spot
for longer than around 10 seconds.
Otherwise this may damage the
surface.
L When handling the device, always
hold the connecting cable with
one hand away from the cleaning
foot(11) or attachment.
Use as Floor Steam Cleaner /
Carpet Cleaner
Please Note!
■To use the device on laminate floor-
ing, the following must be ensured:
○The laminate must be properly laid
and have no gaps or cracks into
which moisture could penetrate.
○Test the device first on an incon-
spicuous spot. Then check it for any
waves or ingress of moisture. If the
test spot is unblemished, the device
can be used to clean the entire
laminate floor.
■Before using the device, always check
the floor cloth for signs of wear.
Afloor cloth that is worn or has holes
in it must not be used. The flooring
could be damaged.
■Wear closed shoes when cleaning
floors.
■If the device is parked after use,
a wet spot may form beneath the
cleaning foot. With sensitive floors,

a cloth should therefore be placed
beneath the cleaning foot or parking
for a prolonged period of time
should be avoided.
1. Give the floor a sweep and / or vacuum
before using the device.
2. Assemble the device (see the “As-
sembly” and “Functions” chapters).
3. Fill the water tank (14) (see the “Filling
the Water Tank” chapter).
4. To unwind the connecting cable, pull
out the upper hook for winding up the
cable(2) a little and turn it down.
5. Place the device upright and tilt the
handle pole (3) forwards towards the
cleaning foot(11) until the joint(12) of
the cleaning foot engages.
6. Adjust the steam quantity control (13)
to the lowest setting by turning it as
far as it will go anticlockwise.
7. Plug the mains plug into an easily
accessible plug socket.
8. Move the On/Off switch(16) to the I
position. The control lamps(8) behind
the water tank light up red. Wait until
the device has reached operating
temperature and the control lamps
light up blue. Steam begins to
emerge from the cleaning foot.
9. The quantity of steam can be adjusted
by turning the steam quantity control.
Please Note: When the steam quantity
control is turned, it takes a few seconds
for the quantity of steam to adjust.
10. Press the On/Off button (9) on the
cleaning foot to activate the vibrating
function.
11. Hold the device securely by the
handle (1) and tilt it backwards slightly
to release the locking mechanism
in the joint of the cleaning foot. If
necessary, hold the cleaning foot with
your own foot as you do this.
12. Guide the cleaning foot slowly back
and forth over the floor. The floor is
cleaned as you do this.
L The frame (6) has an additional
articulated joint (4) which allows
cleaning under items of furniture.
To do this, press the PUSH button
on the articulated joint to release
the locking mechanism (PictureC).
To return the handle pole to its
initial position, pull it up until the
articulated joint engages.
13. To deactivate the vibrating function,
press the On/Off button on the
cleaning foot again.
14. After use, move the On/Off switch to
the 0position. The control lamps go
out.
Use as Handheld Steam Cleaner
Please Note!
■Never attempt to smooth clothing on
people! Hang clothing on a hanger
with sufficient clearance on all sides so
that heat and moisture cannot cause
any damage to any living creatures or
objects. There is a danger of scalding.
1. Assemble the device (see the “As-
sembly” and “Functions” chapters).
2. Fill the water tank (14) (see the “Filling
the Water Tank” chapter).
3. Adjust the steam quantity control (13)
to the lowest setting by turning it as
far as it will go anticlockwise.

7. Guide the attachment slowly over the
surface to be cleaned.
8. After use, move the On/Off switch to
the 0position. The control lamps go
out.
After Use
1. Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket.
2. Allow the device and accessories to
cool down completely and then clean
them.
3. Remove the water tank (14) from the
main unit(5) and completely empty it.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Cleaning the Device
Please Note!
■Do not use any solvents, aggressive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads for
cleaning. They could damage the
device.
■The attachments are not machine-
washable, dishwasher-safe or suitable
for tumble drying! Only ever allow
them to dry in the air!
• Wipe down the main unit (5), handle
pole(3) and cleaning foot(11) with
carpet glider(10) with a soft, slightly
damp cloth if necessary and then dry
with a soft cloth.
• Remove any fluff, hair or dust from
the brush attachment (19). Rinse the
attachments and the adapter (18) with
lukewarm water and a mild cleaning
agent if necessary. Allow them to dry
in the air.
• Wash the microfibre cloth(21) and the
floor cloth(22) in accordance with the
instructions on the washing label. Do
not use any fabric softener or bleach!
Wash separately or with the same
colours!
Storing the Device
• Turn up the upper hook for winding
up the cable(2) and wind the con-
necting cable around the upper hook
and lower hook.
• Before you store away the device,
make sure that the water tank (14) has
been completely emptied.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place
which is out of the reach of children
and animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work. / The con-
trol lamps (8) do not light up.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
►Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.
►Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►Check the fuse of the electrical
distributor (fuse box).
The device is not switched on.
