The Steam Nozzle emits the flow of hot, penetrating steam produced by the
Water Tank.
The Nozzle Cradle and Clothes Hanger provides a safe and convenient
place to hang the steam nozzle when not in use and is designed to support
garments hung from a clean rust-free hanger for easy, accessible steaming.
The Handle is designed to stay cool while providing maximum grip and
comfort.
The Hose directs steam flow from the main unit to the Steam Nozzle.
The Telescopic Pole connects to the main unit at the Pole Base. The
Telescopic Pole is divided into four sections, three of which can be extended
and lowered to a variety of heights for optimal user comfort and convenient
storage.
The Steam Knob powers the unit on and off.
The Water Tank is the container that holds water to be transferred into the
Water Reservoir. The Water Tank is removeable for convenient filling, up to a
maximum capacity of 54 oz (1597ml). The Water Tank Cap (7A) is designed
to safely contain steam inside the Water Tank, while providing easy access to
the Water Tank’s fill hole.
The Water Tank Handle allows for convenient removal and grip when filling
the tank. This handle is not meant to be used to move the Canister Garment
Steamer.
The Water Level Window permits a clear view of the water level inside the
Water Tank, and is marked to indicate the maximum water level for easy
filling.
The Drain Plug is opened to easily empty the Water Reservoir of any
remaining water. Use caution and allow the unit to cool before removing the
plug.

10 English
1. Remove Water Tank from main unit.
2. Hold Water Tank upside-down.
3. Remove Water Tank Cap by rotating it in a counter- clockwise direction.
NOTE: In order to minimize potential mineral build-up and prolong the life of your
steamer, distilled or de-mineralized water is recommended.
4. Replace Water Tank Cap by rotating it in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: Place Drain Knob in locked position before replacing Water Tank and
operating unit.
5. Place Water Tank back onto main unit. The sound of water flowing from Water
Tank into Water Reservoir should be audible for a short period of time
NOTE: Water Tank can be removed and refilled at any time during operation –
there is no need to turn unit off or allow any cooling period.
IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to operate unit with an empty Water Tank.
FILLING WATER TANK
CAUTION: Only water should be used in unit – other chemicals or cleaning
agents may cause internal damage. Do not attempt to substitute any other
water tank for the one designed for use with this unit.
CAUTION: IF UNIT TIPS OVER WHILE TURNED ON AND PRODUCING STEAM, IT
WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE STEAM. USE CAUTION WHEN PICKING UNIT UP.

11
English
CAUTION: When steaming any material for the first time, it is recommended that
you test on a small inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not use on synthetic
fabrics such as 100% nylon or polyester, or other steam-sensitive materials.
NOTE: Be sure the Reservoir has already been filled before following these steps.
1. Plug power cord into a standard electrical outlet. Turn Steam Knob to “ON”
position.
2. After approximately 1 minute, steam will begin emitting from Steam Nozzle.
3. Direct Steam Nozzle towards fabric material you wish to steam. See below for
additional tips and procedures.
STEAMING GARMENTS
- Hang garment from a clean, rust-free hanger.
- Direct Steam Nozzle towards bottom of garment. Steam will rise along inside
and outside of material, removing wrinkles. Slowly slide Steam Nozzle upward
from bottom to top of garment.
- Direct Steam Nozzle away from garment and smooth material with your free
hand.
- Repeat as necessary until garment is fresh and wrinkle-free.
GENERAL STEAMING TIPS
- For most effective results, hold Steam Nozzle within 1/2” of fabrics, or press it
directly against surfaces.
- Curtains and draperies can be steamed while still hanging.
- To remove wrinkles from towels, handkerchiefs and napkins, drape them over a
rod or towel rack and gently steam them.
- Heavier fabrics may require repeated steaming to achieve desired results.
- To remove exceptionally stubborn wrinkles, steam both sides of fabric.
- Be especially careful when steaming any delicate fabrics that may be
damaged by heat or water spotting.
- To sanitize a fabric, hold Steam Nozzle within 1/2 inch of a single area for at least
5 seconds. Use caution when doing this on more delicate fabrics.
When you are finished using your unit, immediately unplug power cord from
electrical outlet. Refer to Storage & Care guidelines on Page 8 of this manual for
proper storage and maintenance procedures.
FABRIC STEAMING
CAUTION: Always be sure that Steam Nozzle is pointed in a safe direction (away
from yourself, other people, pets and plants) when steaming.
CAUTION: Please do not put chemicals or other objects on the base of the unit
while the unit is being used.

PROPER STORAGE
Preparing your unit for storage is quick and simple. When you have finished your
steaming tasks, follow the steps listed below.
1. Set Steam Knob to “OFF” position and unplug power cord from electrical outlet.
2. Allow unit to cool (15 minutes for complete cooling).
3. Remove Water Tank from unit. Open Drain Plug and drain any water remaining
into a sink or tub. Securely replace Drain Plug and place empty Water Tank
back onto main unit.
4. For storage convenience, you may wish to collapse Telescopic Pole to its most
compact height.
5. Bundle power cord loosely and store in a cool, dry location.
MINERAL BUILDUP
A common maintenance need for steam appliances is the removal of build-up
caused by high mineral content in many municipal water supplies. This mineral
build-up may cause the unit to spew water, limit the effectiveness and reduce the
life of your unit.
The best way to minimize mineral build-up is to use distilled or de-mineralized water
when using your unit. In addition, it is recommended that the Reservoir be cleaned
at least once a month in order to remove any deposits that form. This will help to
extend the life of your unit and keep it functioning at its maximum potential.
TO REMOVE MINERAL BUILDUP
1. Set Steam Knob to “OFF” position and unplug power cord from electrical outlet.
2. Allow unit to cool (15 minutes for complete cooling).
3. Remove Water Tank from unit. Open Drain Plug and drain any water remaining
into a sink or tub.
4. Using a measuring cup, measure 4 oz. (118 ml.) of vinegar.
5. Slowly pour vinegar into Water Tank, then replace Drain Plug and place Water
Tank back onto main unit.
6. Allow vinegar to soak in Water Tank / Reservoir for 30-40 minutes.
7. Plug power cord into an electrical outlet and set Steam Knob to “ON”. Allow unit
to steam until no vinegar remains.
8. Drain vinegar from Reservoir into a sink or tub. Refill Reservoir with fresh water,
drain and repeat until vinegar odor dissipates.
9. Remove and refill Water Tank to maximum capacity (54 oz / 1597 ml) with fresh
water and place it back onto main unit. Allow all fresh water to flow into Water
Tank and be steamed out. Refill and repeat as necessary until vinegar odor has
completely dissipated.
10. When finished, set Steam Knob to “OFF” position and unplug power cord
from electrical outlet. Follow normal storage procedure as outlined in PROPER
STORAGE section.
