WARNING –GENERAL SAFETY
•Not to be used in strong winds and extreme weather conditions.
•If using stepladders or a platform to set up the Air Sun Canopy you will be working
at height & should carefully follow the stepladder / platform manufacturer’s safety
instructions. You should not attempt to set up this Air Sun Canopy from the ladder
but only to use the ladder if required to assist people on the ground.
•DO NOT drive with this Sun Canopy attached to your vehicle.
CARE OF YOUR SUN CANOPY
•Allow material to dry completely before storing in the storage bag provided.
•Remove dirt with a soft sponge and warm water. DO NOT use detergent.
•DO NOT expose to sparks, flames or other sources of ignition.
•NOTE –during certain conditions moisture maybe visible on the inside of the
material. This is the natural build up of condensation and should not be mistaken
for leaking.

BEFORE USE
Choose a clear site that is flat. Remove any sharp objects from the pitching area which
could be dangerous or potentially damage the fabric or puncture the air beams.
NOTE –this Air Sun Canopy is suitable for vehicles with an awning channel height
range of 235cm –250cm.
NOTE –either a 4mm or 6mm awning channel is required to fit this Sun Canopy to
your vehicle.

PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the Sun Canopy from the carry bag and place flat on the ground. Ensure the
dual beading faces the vehicle.
The suncanopy has a 4mm & 6mm dual beading sewn into it. Choose the correct
beading size for your awning channel (4mm or 6mm) and slide it into the awning
channel on your vehicle (FIG 1).

Locate the air valve on the supporting leg of the Sun Canopy and unscrew the top cap
(FIG 2).

Connect the large adaptor (FIG 3) to the hand pump. Insert the adaptor into the top cap
on the valve (FIG 4). Inflate the air beam to approx.6-7 PSI. Remove the adaptor from
the valve and securely tighten the top cap.

The Sun Canopy should now be able to support itself.
Locate the valve on the middle air brace and follow the same procedure as above to
inflate to approx 5 PSI. Attach the middle air brace to the velcro pads in between the
vehicle and the main front air beam (FIG 5).

Buckle together the sizing strap between each leg to achieve the correct spacing (FIG
6). Peg down each leg at the base (FIG 7).

3 storm straps can be found at the front of the Sun Canopy and 2 on each side.
Securely peg each storm strap into the ground (FIG 8).

It is recommended each peg is driven fully into the ground at an angle of 45 Degrees
away from the pegging point.
Sides panels are available and sold separately in packs of 2 (MP9530). Each side panel
can be attached by inserting the zip at the base (FIG 9). Fully zip each side panel
closed (FIG 10). FIG 11 shows the side panels attached.

To deflate - unscrew the bottom screw on the air valve. WARNING –Be aware of
sudden loud noise caused by air escaping when deflating.
