Zweckbestimmung
Manumed tri ist eine Handgelenkorthese zur Ruhigstellung. Das
Produkt ist ausschließlich zur orthetischen Versorgung des Handge-
lenkes bestimmt und nur für den Gebrauch bei intakter Haut oder
sachgemäßer Wundversorgung einzusetzen.
Indikationen
• Arthrose distales Radio-Ulnar Gelenk (DRUG)
• Nach Radiusfraktur zur funktionellen Therapie
• Tendovaginitis
• Loge de Guyon Syndrom
• Nach Handwurzelfrakturen
• Nach Discusnaht

Wie wirkt die Orthese?
Das Handgelenk wird in 6 Bewegungsebenen ruhiggestellt und
schränkt somit die Supination und Pronation (Drehbewegung des
Unterarms) ein.
Wie häufig und wann soll ich die Orthese tragen?
Nur durch konsequentes Tragen der Manumed tri unterstützen Sie den
Erfolg des Therapieverlaufs.
Wie lege ich die Orthese an?
• Die Schiene ist bereits leicht anatomisch vorgeformt. Ihr Orthopädie-
techniker passt sie Ihrer Handform genau an.
• Die seitlichen Führungen am Unterarm, am Handgelenk und am
Handballen werden nun so gebogen, dass sie anliegen.
• Legen Sie Ihren Unterarm in die Orthese. (Bild 1)
• Schließen Sie nun die Gurte. (Bild 2-4)

Manumed tri
Intended purpose
Manumed tri is a wrist brace for immobilisation. The product is
exclusively to be used for the orthotic fitting of the wrist and only on
unbroken skin or if any wounds have been properly covered.
Indications
• Arthrosis of the distal radio-ulnar joint (DRUG)
• For functional therapy in status after radial fracture
• Tendovaginitis
• Loge de Guyon syndrome
• After wrist fracture
• After disk suture
Contraindications
None known at present.
How does the support work?
The wrist is immobilised in six planes of movement, restricting
supination and pronation (rotation of the lower arm).
How often should I wear the support and when should I do this?
The Manumed tri can only support successful treatment if it is
consistently worn.
How do I put the support on?
• The splint is slightly premoulded to give an anatomical shape. Your
orthotist will adapt it to the precise shape of your hand.
• The lateral guides on the lower arm, the wrists and the ball of the
thumb are now bent so that they fit closely.
• Slip your lower arm into the support (Figure 1).
• Fasten the belts (Figures 2-4).
Care instructions
Velcro fasteners should be closed for washing. Soap residues, lotions

Utilisation prévue
La Manumed tri est une orthèse de poignet. Le produit doit être ajusté
parfaitement sur le poignet et seulement sur une peau saine et avec un
recouvrement des plaies en bonne et due forme.
Indications
• Arthrose de l’articulation radio-cubitale inférieure
• État consécutif à une fracture du radius pour le traitement
fonctionnel
• Tendovaginite
• Syndrome de Guyon
• État consécutif à une fracture du carpe
• État consécutif à une suture du disque articulaire
Contre-indications

Comment agit l’orthèse ?
L’articulation est immobilisée sur 6 niveaux de mouvements, limitant
ainsi la supination et la pronation (mouvement de rotation de
l’avant-bras).
Combien de fois et quand dois-je porter l’orthèse ?
C’est uniquement en portant résolument l’orthèse Manumed tri que
vous contribuez au succès du traitement.
Comment mettre l’orthèse en place ?
• L’attelle est déjà légèrement préformée. Votre orthésiste l’adaptera
exactement à la forme de votre main.
• Les guidages latéraux au niveau de l’avant-bras, du poignet et de la
paume sont ensuite incurvés de façon à ce qu’ils soient ajustés.
• Placez à présent votre avant-bras dans l’orthèse (fig. 1).
• Fermez ensuite les sangles (fig. 2-4).
Conseils d´entretien
Les bandes Velcro doivent être fermées pour le lavage. Les résidus de
savon peuvent causer des irritations cutanées et une usure du
matériau.
• Lavez les rembourrages et les housses à la main, de préférence en
utilisant la lessive medi clean.
• Ne pas blanchir.
• Séchage à l'air.

    

Finalidad
Manumed tri es una muñequera de soporte. El producto solamente
puede ser utilizado exclusivamente para uso ortopédico en la muñeca y
en piel intacta y/o sobre heridas debidamente cubiertas.

• Tratamiento después de una fractura del radio para terapia funcional

Contraindicaciones

¿Cómo actúa la órtesis?
La muñeca se inmoviliza en 6 planos de movimiento limitándose de
esta manera la supinación y la pronación (movimiento giratorio del
antebrazo).
¿Cuándo y cuánto tiempo debo usar la órtesis?
Solo llevando Manumed tri de forma consecuente apoyará su efecto
terapéutico..
¿Cómo coloco la órtesis?
• La férula está anatómicamente preformada. Su técnico ortopedico la
adaptará exactamente a la forma de su mano.
• A continuación, las guías laterales en el antebrazo, la muñeca y el
pulpejo de la mano se doblan de forma que se apoyen en los
contornos de la muñeca.

Como funciona a ortótese?
A articulação da mão é imobilizada em 6 níveis de movimento,
limitando assim o movimento de supinação e de pronação (movimento
de rotação do antebraço).
Com que frequência devo usar a ortótese?
Apenas o uso contínuo da ortótese Manumed tri promove o êxito
terapêutico.
Como devo colocar a ortótese?
• A tala é fornecida com uma ligeira pré-moldagem anatómica. O
técnico ortopedista adapta-a rigorosamente à anatomia da sua mão.
• As guias laterais existentes no antebraço, na articulação da mão e nas
eminências tenar e hipotenar são moldadas de modo a garantir o seu
assentamento perfeito.
• Colocar o antebraço na ortótese. (Imagem 1)

Meccanismo d'azione
Immobilizzazione dell'articolazione in sei piani di movimento con
conseguente limitazione della supinazione e della pronazione
(rotazione dell'avambraccio).
Con che frequenza e quando indossare l'ortesi?
La terapia sarà efficace solo indossando Manumed tri con costanza.
Posizionamento dell'ortesi
• La stecca è già anatomicamente preformata. Il tecnico ortopedico la
modellerà con precisione in base alla forma della mano.
• A questo punto adattare le guide laterali facendole aderire
all'avambraccio, al polso e alle prominenze del palmo della mano.
• Infilare l'avambraccio nell'ortesi. (Figura 1)
• Stringere ora le cinghie. (Figura 2-4)
Indicazioni per la manutenzione
Prima del lavaggio, le chiusure a Velcro devono essere chiuse. Residui di
sapone possono provocare irritazione della pelle e usura del materiale.
• Lavare il prodotto preferibilmente a mano con detersivo medi clean.
• Non candeggiare.
• Asciugare all’aria.
• Non stirare.
• Non lavare a secco.
    

Beoogd doel
De Manumed tri is een pols orthese. Dit product is uitsluitend voor
gebruik op de pols en op een huid die intact is en bij deskundige
wondafdekking.
Indicaties
• Artrose in het distale radio-ulnaire gewricht (DRUG)
• Toestand na radiusfractuur voor de functionele therapie
• Tendovaginitis
• Loge de Guyon syndroom
• Toestand na handwortelfractuur
• Toestand na discusnaad

Hoe functioneert de orthese?
Het handgewricht wordt in 6 bewegingsniveaus geïmmobiliseerd,
zodat de supinatie en pronatie (draaibewegingen van de onderarm)
beperkt worden.
Hoe vaak en wanneer moet ik de orthese dragen?
U kunt een succesvol therapieverloop alleen ondersteunen door het
consequent dragen van de Manumed tri.
Hoe doe ik de orthese om?
• De spalk is anatomisch al iets voorgevormd. Uw orthopedisch
technicus past de spalk exact aan uw handvorm aan.
• De zijdelingse geleidingen aan de onderarm, aan het handgewricht en
aan de bal van de hand worden nu zodanig gebogen dat ze
aansluiten.
• Leg uw onderarm in de orthese (afb. 1).
• Sluit nu de riemen (afbeelding 2 + -4).
Wasinstructies
Klittebandsluitingen moeten voor het wassen worden gesloten.
Zeepresten kunnen leiden tot huidirritatie en slijtage van het
materiaal.
• Was het product met de hand, bij voorkeur met medi clean-
wasmiddel.

Manumed tri er en håndledsbandage. Produktet er udelukkende til
ortosebehandling af håndledet og kun på intakt hud og korrekt
sårforbinding.

Hvordan virker ortosen?
Håndleddet immobiliseres i 6 bevægelsesniveauer og indskrænker på

Hvor ofte og hvornår skal jeg tage ortosen på?
Kun ved konsekvent brug af Manumed tri opnår u den bedste effekt af
behandlingen.
Hvordan tager jeg ortosen på?
• Skinnen er allerede anatomisk forformet. Din bandagist tilpasser den
din håndform.
• De på siden anbragte skinner til underarm, håndled og håndballe
formes nu således, at de slutter tæt.
• Læg underarmen ind i ortosen. (fig. 1)
• Luk nu remmene. (fig. 2-4)

Manumed tri je zápěstní ortéza. Výrobek je určen výhradně k použití po
odborném nasazení na zápěstí a pouze na nepoškozenou kůži a
případná rána musí být odborně zakryta.
Indikace
• Artróza distálního radioulnárního kloubu (DRUG)
• Stav po fraktuře radia v rámci funkční terapie
• Tendovaginitida
• Syndrom Loge de Guyon
• Stav po fakturách zápěstí
• Stav po švu meziobratlové ploténky
Kontraindikace
V současné době nejsou žádné známy.
Funkce
Zklidňuje zápěstí v 6 pohybových úrovních a omezuje tak supinaci a
pronaci (rotační pohyb předloktí).
Upozornění pro nošení
Pouze důsledným nošením ortézy Manumed tri podpoříte úspěšný
průběh terapie.
Návod k použití
• Dlaha je anatomicky lehce tvarována. Ortopedický technik ji může
upravit přesně podle obrysů Vašeho zápěstí.
• Boční opěry na předloktí, zápěstí a dlani ohněte pouze tolik, aby
přiléhaly.
• Vložte předloktí do ortézy (obr. 1).
• Nyní zapněte pásy (obr. 2-4).
Pokyny k praní
Pásky na suchý zip před praním zapněte. Zbytky mýdla mohou
způsobit podráždění kůže a vést k opotřebení materiálu.

Manumed tri je potpora za ručni zglob. Proizvod je namijenjen
isključivo za ortopedsku primjenu na ručnom zglobu i samo na
neoštećenu kožu i za propisno prekrivanje rane.

Princip djelovanja orteze?
Ručni zglob se imobilizira na 6 razina pokreta i ograničava time

Koliko se orteza treba često nositi?
Samo s konzekventnim nošenjem Manumed tri-a podržavate
uspjeh vaše terapije.
Kako postavljam ortezu?
• Šina je već lako anatomski izobličena. Vaš ortopedski tehničar će je
točno prilagoditi obliku vaše ruke.
• Bočna vođenja na podlaktici, na ručnom zglobu i na dlanu su sada
tako izobličena, da naliježu.
• Položite vašu podlakticu u ortezu. (Slika 1)
• Zatvorite sada trake. (slika 2-4)
Upute za održavanje
Čičak-trake zatvorite prije pranja. Ostaci sapuna, krema ili masti mogu
izazvati iritacije kože i trošenje materijala.
• Proizvod perite ručno, po mogućnosti sredstvom za pranje medi
clean.
• Ne izbjeljivati.
• Sušiti na zraku.
• Ne glačati.
• Ne čistiti kemijski.
    

Čuvati na hladnom, suhom mjestu, zaštićeno od svjetlosti.
