Thank you for purchasing the MCWT-9200 warming
tray. Please read this manual carefully before using your
new appliance to familiarize yourself with all its features.
In the following pages, you will learn how to properly
care for and safely operate your appliance, helping it
to perform at peak efficiency for years to come. Please
read these instructions before use and save them for
future reference.
This manual provides important information on the
initial setup, safe operation, intended use, care and
cleaning of the appliance. It also includes a helpful
troubleshooting section to address common questions
that may arise during operation.
This appliance is intended for use in enclosed spaces for
keeping food warm. The bowls and plates go directly
on the warming tray.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using the warming tray, basic safety precautions should always be
followed:
1. Read all instructions before operation.
2. Check that the voltage of your outlet matches to the cord of the
warming tray.
3. Do not leave the appliance unattended while connected to the
power supply.
4. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
5. It is important to unplug the power cord after the appliance has
been used, before it is cleaned and while being repaired.
6. Close supervision is required when using this appliance near
children.
7. Never leave the appliance within reach of children..
8. This appliance is intended for household use only and should not
be used for commercial purposes.
9. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged plug or cord,
after a malfunction, or after being dropped or damaged in any
way.
10. Do not use the appliance for anything other that its intended use.
11. Do not touch hot surfaces, use handle or knobs when working
with the unit.
12. Never place your hand over the surface when the appliance is in
operation.
13. Ensure the appliance is on a flat, heat resistant surface.
14. The warmer is meant to keep the food warm only. Make sure the
food on plates are throughly cooked.
15. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
16. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer.
17. This appliance is intended to be used in a household setting and
is not intended for commercial use.

Note: There will be a faint smell when using the warming tray
for the first time but this is quite normal and will fade with use.
WARNING: This appliance will get hot during use, please use
extreme caution.
• Place the warming try on a flat surface, making sure the
warming tray does not wobble and sits firmly on the flat
surface.
• Plug the warming tray in the power supply and switch ON
by turning the knob. The red light will turn on indicating the
warming tray is operational.
• The warming tray will stay on and the light will turn off once the
desired heat temperature is reached.
• Place the prepared food on the plate or bowl onto the
warming tray and adjust the temperature to the desired heat
The indicator light will turn ON and OFF while maintaining the
correct temperature.
• Please make sure the Warming Tray is not left on for more than
6-8 hours at any one time.
• Preheat the warming tray for 10 minutes prior to usage.
• Food warmed on the warming tray must be precooked or
already hot as this appliance is not designed for cooking,
heating from which are cold or frozen. Rather it is meant to
keep foods which are already hot or warm.
• When you have finished using the warming tray, unplug
from the power supply and allow the tray to cool down for
approximately 90 minutes before storing.
• MAKE SURE PLATES OR DISHES ON THE WARMING TRAY ARE
OVEN SAFE.
• DO NOT USE PLASTIC OR MELAMINE ON THE WARMING PLATE.

• To clean the warming tray make sure not to use any surface
cleaning detergent or abrasive pads.
• The best way to clean the warming tray is with some soap water
and a soft moist cloth.
• Make sure not to allow water to spill or seep into the frame
• To polish use a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Any food residue on
the warming tray can be wiped away with a soft sponge. Rinse
and wipe dry.
• Do not submerge the warming tray base or let the heat elements
come in contact with water.
• CAUTION: Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the
power supply and has throughly been cooled before cleaning or
storing.
• Warming tray should be stored in a cool, dry place.
• When storing the warming tray, make sure not to have any heavy
items on the warming tray.
