around yourgrilland wearprotectivemitts.Only
maneuvertheRotisserie byitsHandle.
Toprotectagainstelectricalshock,do notim-

Donotoperatethe Rotisserieifthe cordorplug

anddonotletchildren playnearby.
Unplug theRotisseriemotorfromelectricaloutlet
when not inuseand beforecleaning.Allow tocool

notoperatetheBackBurnerduringwindyweather
conditions.
Open theGrillLid.
Setall ControlKnobstoOFF and open theLPgas
TankValveslowly until 1/4 to 1/2 open. ForNatural
Gasopen Shutt OffValveatsourcecompletely.
Pushand turnthe BackBurnerControlKnob toON
positionandimmediatelypushthe ControlKnob for
3-4secondstolight the BackBurner.
If theBurnerdoesnotlight,turntheControl Knobto
OFF,wait5minutesforgastoclear,then retry.
Oncelit, the Back Burnerwill reachcooking
temperaturequickly.The orange/red glow will even
outinabout5minutes.
Forbestresults,alwaysRotisseriecookwiththe
GrillLid downandtheBackBurnerControlKnobset
onHIGH. DonotusethemainBurnerswhenthe
Back Burner isin operation.
