Parts List:
Mounting bracket
Removable plate frame
¼-20 X 1.5” machine screw
¼ 20 Wing nut
2 - ¼-20 X 5/8” machine screws
Tools Needed:
¼” drive nut driver handle
7mm socket
Flat bladed screwdriver
Installation:
Jack up car and place on jack stands in such a manner to gain easy access to the
bottom of the front bumper. Refer to user’s manual for correct jacking procedure.
With the 7mm socket and nut driver handle remove and save the 7mm screws that hold
the lower air dam to the fascia at the three slots on the left (driver’s) side of the car.
Remove the 7mm screws on either side of the driver’s side skid plate at the back of the
fascia and pull the fascia down slightly to gain access to the top of the skid plate.
Using the 7mm screws mount the forward portion of the mounting bracket to the fascia
behind the air dam but do not tighten the screws as you will need to adjust the mount
left or right to get proper alignment.
Push the bracket up against the skid plate and insert the machine screw through the two
slotted holes in the mount. Install the wing nut and hand tighten.
Replace the rear section of the fascia and install screws and tighten.
Insert frame through the lower air dam holes and into the mount bracket until it snaps
in place. Noting where the alignment of the plate frame through the holes is equidistant
from each side of the air dam holes, pull out the plate frame and tighten the front 7mm
screws.
Lower car off jack stands. Insert your license plate into the plate frame and install the
¼” 20 X 5/8” screws into the lower two holes in the plate frame. Installation is now
complete.

Use:
The plate frame is easily removable when appropriate, such as for car shows, photo
shoots, and racing. Simply pull on the frame in a straight and forward motion and
it will pop loose. To replace the plate frame into the mount receiver, push the plate
completely into the mount bracket until both pins are completely engaged. Verify this
either by feel or visually. Verification is important to prevent inadvertent loss of the
plate frame.
Warrantee:
This limited warranty does not apply to IAP’s product if it has been:
1. Altered outside IAP’s factory in any way so as to, in the judgment of IAP, negatively
effect the performance and/or function.
2. Subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, or operating conditions other than those for
which the product was intended. The limited warranty is extended to and enforce-
able by the first retail purchaser only and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed
or implied, including warranties implied by law and warranties of merchantability
and fitness. IAP does not authorize any person to make for it any warranty other
than stated herein.
All warranty claims must be made by the first retail purchaser at the original place of
purchase, or with an authorized distributor with a valid proof of purchase. The product
will be sent to IAP for inspection. For a period of two years, if it is determined that the
product is defective, the purchaser’s remedy is limited to repair or replacement of the
product by either the retail store where the purchase was made or at a repair facility
of IAPs choice. The purchaser’s remedy does not include any labor, material, or trans-
portation charges for the removal, shipping, or replacement performed. The original
receipt must accompany the returned product.
Removal of any tag label or other means of manufacturer’s identification voids this
warranty.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other RIGHTS
THAT VARY from state to state. Some states do no allow limitations on how long AN
IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do
NOT ALLOW the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
