TECHNICAL NOTES
Help Files: The help files for products such as the AE-1, BTD-2, PR-1, TDS-1 and UED-1 series, as well as a few
others, will not display on computers running Windows 7. Help Files written in .hlp format need to be converted to
.chm, .html or .xml formats so they will be supported under newer windows versions. Microsoft revoked
redistribution authority for distributing the WinHelp32.exe app that was used to display the current help files. A
version of the WinHelp32 can still be downloaded from Microsoft and installed on the machine for the operating
systems that they are not currently being distributed on. This can be viewed at the following Knowledgebase
