mikrolift LiftCell User Manual
1. General Information
 The ring starts to bell during emergency if the button inside car is pushed for
2 seconds. If any handset connected to the system is not picked up within 30
seconds, calls are made to the registered numbers via GSM.
 After any handset connected to the system is picked up, the bell is ringed 5
times and calls are made to the registered numbers via GSM.
 The call can be started through the test button on the panel module (LiftCell-
P).
 The call could be started through test button on board card.
 The calls are able to be made from outside to LiftCell. When a call is received
by the SIM card that is connected to the board card, the device will take the
call automatically and the conversation will begin inside the cabin after ringing
3 times.
 All characters of numeric data, commands and addresses should be in English,
Turkish characters are not supposed to be used!
 While numbers could be min. 4 max. 10 characters, address could be min. 3
max. 250 characters.
 For dialling 5 numbers max., for SMS 1 address (and 1 number to be sent)
could be registered.
 During emergency, it always calls the last number that was saved. If this
number cannot be reached, device will try all the numbers saved before. The
maximum number of call attempts are twice of the total number. In other
words, if 5 numbers are registered and none of them are accessible, after two
rounds of trial (10 calls in total), the device will cancel the call.
 Country code and/or + can be added to the number. However, the numbers
added without 0(zero) on the beginning are incorrect, in case of the register,
the call fails.
 When attempting to delete a number, even a number saved with its area code
and wanted to be deleted, the device still finds the number and delete it by
simplifying the area codes.
 If desire, when registering a number, it can be saved with or without its area
code separately. In this case, the device will consider these as different
numbers.

 When device is on process, if the SIM card is removed and put back again,
device will detect it and remake the SIM card settings. Regarding the problems
of the SIM card, maximum number of attempts are 3. After 3 attempts
(approximately 1 min.), the device is reset if the SIM card is not reactivated.
2. INx Inputs Connections
 Considering the presence of IN6 input, it changes whether IN1, IN2, IN3 and IN4
inputs block or allow dialing.
 In case of the presence of IN6 input, IN1, IN2, IN3 and IN4 inputs should be made as
follows:
 The device will not make dialing if any of the IN1, IN2, IN3, IN4 inputs are set while
the IN6 input is passive.
 When IN7 input is set, it will send address info as SMS. SMS can be sent at
least in every 30 minutes and IN7 input is not considered as set without reset.
3. Meanings Of Led On The Panel Module
 If red led is on, it means card has power.
 If the yellow led is fully on, it means the device is ready to use and has
registered numbers.
 If the yellow led fully off, it means the device is processing its opening settings,
which takes approximately 20 seconds, please wait.
 If the yellow led blinking slowly (1 sec. On, 1 sec. off), means there is a
problem with SIM card. If it asks for a PIN code, put the SIM card on a phone
and remove the code. If no PIN code is asked, SIM card may be broken or not
be installed.

 If the yellow led waiting for a long time and then blinking twice (2 sec. Off
then blinking twice respectively), there is a connection error. SIM card may
be off or has a very low connection. Try to make a call by putting SIM card on
a phone or connect LiftCell to a computer through RS232 port and check its
connection power.
 If the yellow led blinking fast, (250msec. on, 250msec, off), means there is no
number that registered on the device.
4. SMS Configurations
Using the commands below, it can be arranged which number will be called (ATA) or which
number will receive the address where the elevator is located (BUL). SMS can be sent whether
the device is working or not. Only one command should be sent in one message.
