●取付工事完了後、試運転を行い異常がないことを確認すると共に、取付説明書にそってお客様に「安全のために必ず守ること」
や使用方法・お手入れなどについて説明してください。
●取付説明書は取扱説明書・保証書と共に、お客様で保管いただくよう依頼してください。お使いになる方が変わる場合は、
新しくお使いになる方にお渡しいただくよう依頼してください。
据付けは､製品質量に十分耐える所に確実に行う。
●強度が不足している場合は､製品の落下･転倒等によるケガの
原因になります。
台風などの強風・地震等に備え、所定の据付工事を行う。
●据付工事に不備があると、製品の落下･転倒等によるケガの
原因になります。
ユニットの下や室内ユニット吹出口の前に濡れて困るものを置かない。
●運転保障範囲を超える高湿度条件やドレン出口が詰まった状態で
運転した場合は、室内ユニットから露が落ちる場合があります。
ユニットは水平に据付ける。
●傾いていると、水漏れや故障の原因になります。必ず水準器等で
水平を確認してください。
運転停止後、すぐに電源を切らない。
●必ず5分以上経過後に電源を切ってください。すぐに電源を切
ると、故障の原因になります。
運転を開始する12時間以上前に電源を入れる。
●通電時間が短い場合故障の原因になります。シーズン中は電源
を切らないでください。
濡れた手でスイッチを操作しない。
● 感電の原因になります。
エアフィルターを外したまま運転しない。
● ユニット内部にゴミが詰まり、故障の原因になります。
各配線は、張力がかからないように配線工事をする。
● 張力がかかると、発熱・火災・断線等の原因になります。
据付台が痛んだ状態で放置しない。
● 製品の落下につながり、ケガの原因になります。

フィルターの脱着
中高性能フィルターボックスの取付
注意
1)フィルターカバーを右図の様に開けてください｡
2)中高性能フィルターを下側に、フィルターを
上側に挿入してください｡

＊フィルターは月に2,3度清掃してください｡
 又、中高性能フィルターは１年を目安に
 交換してください｡
1)ユニットの上面に中高性能フィルターボックスを、ネジ穴に合わせ設置してください｡
2)付属のネジで所定の位置に固定してください｡
フィルターボックスのカバーを開けて作業する際に、フィルターカバーに負荷がかか
らないようにしてください｡
カバーが変形して閉まらなくなる可能性があります｡

Have your dealer or specialist install the unit.
• Improper installation performed by unqualified personnel may
cause fire, electric shock, or water leaks.
Exercise caution when transferring the unit.
• A product weighing more than 20 kg must not be moved by one person
alone, for it may cause damage to the product or to one’s health.
Do not operate the unit without panels or safety guards in
place.
• Do not touch rotating parts or high-temperature/high-voltage por-
tions of the unit.
Properly install the unit according to the instructions in this manual.
• Improper installation may cause fire, electric shock, or water leaks.
Do not alter or modify the unit.
• An alteration or a modification made to the unit may cause fire,

Install the unit on a surface that can withstand the weight of
the unit.
• Unit installed on an unstable surface may topple over and cause injury.
Perform proper installation work to protect the unit against

Do not install the unit on a surface that must not get wet.
• The indoor unit may drip water if the unit is run in an environment
with the humidity higher than the specified humidity level, or if it
is run with a clogged drain outlet.
Install the unit on a level surface.
• Take a level before installing the unit; a tilted unit may malfunc-
tion or leak water.
Do not turn off the power immediately after operation stop.
• Leave the power on for at least 5 minutes.
Turning off the power too soon may cause problems.
Turn on the power at least 12 hours before starting an operation.
• If the power is fed for shorter a period of time, it may cause prob-
lems. Do not turn off the power during the operating season.
Do not operate the switches with wet hands.
• Doing so presents a risk of electric shock.
Do not operate the unit without the air filter.
• The unit running without a filter will suck in dust ant other parti-
cles, which will clog the unit.
Keep an external force from being applied to the wiring.
• An external force applied to wires may cause heat generation,
fire, or broken wires.
Do not leave the unit on the damaged installation base.
• It may cause the unit to fall over, causing personal injury.

Along with this installation manual, the following parts are enclosed in the package.
Do not put an external force on the filter box cover when opening it. If the
cover is deformed by the external force, the cover may not fit back into place.
1) Place the medium-/high-efficiency filter box on the top of the air conditioner, and align it with the
screw holes.
2) Fix the box on to the air conditioner with the tapping screws and washers provided.

Open the filter cover as shown in the
right figure. The Pre-filter and medium-
/high-efficiency filter are removable.
2) Be sure to place the Pre-filter at the top
and the medium-/high-efficiency filter at
the bottom.
✻Pre-filter is washable and should be kept clean.
Medium-/High-efficiency filter is not washable,
and is recommended to be replaced once a year.
