2 General information
2.1 Carephone, one of the world’s easiest mobile phones
You Carephone functions like a normal mobile phone, only substantially easier! You can receive any
call and direct-dial three predetermined telephone numbers. The "one-touch speed-dialling" function
facilitates the handling for any user very much. With only 5 keys in total you will master your
Carephone quickly and safely.
2.2 Mobile phone and emergency call system at the same time
Carephone is also suitable as emergency call system. With the 3 keys (red, yellow, green) you can
directly call the Carephone, or e.g. your family doctor or your daughter by pressing just one key.

4 Getting started
4.1
PIN - code / save the three phone numbers
Since Carephone only has three keypad and a power ON / OFF button must be
made in the commissioning certain settings on a second "normal" mobile phone.
These settings are only carried out once!
Changing the PIN code: The operation of Carephone you need, as for any
other mobile phone also, called a SIM card. It does not matter whether you use a prepaid
card or have completed a subscription with your operator. Insert the new SIM card, which
you want to use later with Carephone, first in a "normal" mobile phone. Each SIM card has a
PIN code. Since Carephone has its own PIN processing, thus enabling to protect the device
against unauthorized access even via SMS, the PIN code of the SIM card must be changed.
This is a standard mobile phone can be used.
Set for the Care Phone-to-use SIM card that is a first in any mobile phone. Call the menu
item "PIN code request" on (see instruction manual of the phone) and change from the PIN
code on the following numbers:
27903514
If you have any difficulties, please read the instructions of your wireless service provider
(operator) or your mobile phone manufacturer. Once the PIN code of your SIM card have
changed, you can now program the number three, with which the Care Phone Users will be
in contact. The first number on the key number one, the second number on the key number
2, the third number on the key number 3.
Now you can insert the SIM card back into the Carephone. If you program the three phone
numbers the SIM card, you have the advantage, if you switch the phone to stay the three
most important numbers on the SIM card stored.

14
Or alternative:
You can program the three phone numbers via SMS, then you must write the following
command.
Write one or three text message (SMS) on your phone and send it to Care Phone!
1. >VPBUTTON;1;+4946538196431(space)27903514
Greater-than sign VPBUTTON semicolon 1 semicolon 4946538196431 space 27903514
2. >VPBUTTON;1;+4946538196431 27903514
Explanation:
3. Greater-than sign VPBUTTON Semicolon 1 Semicolon +4946538196431 space
