*Check the water tank inside, if any broken, please stop use and contact the seller
for a replacement.
Water leakage of
the main body
In case of failure, please confirm the following before looking for maintenance
No current, or
just a momentary
current input
■Is there water in the tank? Is water enough?
→
Please add water in the tank.
In shortage of water, press MIST and it beeps for three times before the machine stops.
■Is the connection of the AC adapter OK?
→
Please confirm the connection between the machine and the socket.
To be safer, please unplug the DC plug from the main body, replug it and ensure the input of current.
No mist;
hard to produce mist;
too much mist;
quick power-off
■Is the water enough in the tank?
→
Please add water to the tank.
■Is the water too much in the tank?
→
The mist production may go wrong when the water exceeds 500ml.
■Is the ultrasonic vibrating plate dirty?
→
→
Please clean the inside of the tank.
Power it off, and remove the bubbles around the ultrasonic vibrating plate with cotton bud.
■It is hard to produce mist if the ultrasonic vibrating plate is stuck with bubbles.
■Are the upper case and lower case of the main body properly closed?
→
Make sure that the upper case is closed.
The mist production may go wrong in case that the case of the main body is unfitting with
the bottom base.
■Is the air supply intake dirty?
→
The air supply decreases when there is dust on the air supply intake, and it will become
harder to produce mist.
■High-temperature and lower temperature?
→
<In case of high temperature and humidity>
The amount of mist increases even though the water added exceeds the max. waterline:
500ml. In the 360'mode, the machine may be cut off due to the lack of water, which is
not considered as a failure.

<In case of low temperature and humidity>
The amount of mist decreases sometimes, which is not considered as a failure.

LED
●LED can be used for a very long time, and
doesn't need to be changed. Please understand
that LED cannot be replaced when it cannot light
up due to losses of other parts of the machine.
