ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Thank you for purchasing our product. We hope you will enjoy using the features
and benefits it provides. Please read these instructions carefully before use. Keep
this user manual in a safe place for future reference. Ensure that other people
using the product are familiar with these instructions as well.
WARNING
• When the oven is switched on for the first time, it may give out an unpleasant
smell. This is because the glue for insulating panels around the oven. For the
first use, please run up the empty oven with the conventional cooking function,
2500C, for 90 minutes to remove all the factory oils inside the cavity.
• During the first use, it is quite normal that there will be a slight smoke and
odors. If it does occur, you merely have wait for the smell to clear before
putting the food into the oven.
• Ensure that there is free space behind the oven
• The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during use. Please avoid
touching heating elements. Children less than 8 years of age shall be kept
away unless continuously supervised.
• If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of
electric shock.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been instructed on safe use of the
appliance and they understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Children shall not clean or use the
appliance without supervision.
• During use, the appliance becomes very hot. Do not touch heating elements
inside the oven.
• Do not allow children to go near the oven when it is operating, especially when
the grill is on.
• Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the oven lamp to
avoid the possibility of electric shock.
• The means for disconnection must be incorporated in the power supply
network in accordance with the standards of electrical safety.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal sponges to clean the oven door glass.
They can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.
• Only use the temperature probe recommended for this oven.
• Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the oven.
• The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote control system.
• Instructions for ovens with trays and shelves should contain information on
how to properly install trays / shelves.
SAFETY HINTS
• Do not use the oven unless you are wearing something on your feet. Do not
touch the oven with wet or damp hands or feet.
• Oven door should not be opened often during cooking.
• The appliance must be installed and put into use by an qualified technician.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage that might be caused by
improper placement and installation by unqualified and unauthorized personnel.
• When the door or drawer of the oven is open do not leave anything on it, you may
unbalance your appliance or break the door.
• Some parts of the appliance may keep its heat for a long time; it is required to
wait for it to cool down before touching.
• If you will not use the appliance for a long time, it is advised to plug it off.
FITTING THE OVEN INTO THE KITCHEN UNIT
Fit the oven into the place provided in the kitchen unit; it may be fitted underneath
a work top or into an wall cabinet. Fix the oven in position by screwing into place,
using the two fixing holes in the appliance. To locate the fixing holes, open the oven
door and look inside. To allow adequate ventilation, observe the measurements and
distances when fixing the oven.

IMPORTANT
For the oven to work properly, the kitchen housing must be suitable. The
surfaces of the kitchen unit that are next to the oven must be made of a heat
resistant material. Ensure that the glues of units that are made of veneered wood
can withstand temperatures of at least 120OC. Plastic parts and glues that cannot
withstand such temperatures will melt and deform the unit. Once the oven has
been lodged inside the units, electrical parts must be completely insulated. This
is a safety requirement. All guards must be firmly fixed into place so that it is
impossible to remove them without using special tools. Remove the back of the
kitchen unit to ensure an proper ventilation around the oven. The oven must have
a rear gap of at least 45 mm.
DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE
When you have unpacked the oven, make sure that it has not been damaged
in any way. If you have any doubts at all, do not use it: contact a qualified person.
Keep packing materials such as plastic bags, polystyrene, or nails out of the reach
of children because these are dangerous to children.

without opening the door. Oven lamp will light for all cooking functions.

Defrost: The circulation of air at room temperature enables quicker
thawing of frozen food (without heating). It’s a gentle but quick way to
speed up the defrosting time and thawing of ready-made dishes and
processed foods.
Bottom heater: Heat is produced only by the element in the bottom
of the oven. Use this function to cook dishes with crispy crust. This
function is suitable for cooking and reheating food..
Conventional cooking: The top and bottom element work together.
Baking and roasting are only possible on one level.
Conventional cooking with fan: Upper and lower heaters work with
a fan for fast and uniform cooking on all sides.
Grilling: This type of cooking is a conventional grill using the inside
part of the upper heater that directs heat down to the food being
cooked.
Double grilling: The inside and outside heating elements of top
heater are working. This function is suitable for cooking a large
amount of food.
Double grilling with fan: The inside and outside heating elements of
the heater are working with a fan. This function is suitable for cooking
a large amount of meat.
Convection: Warm air heated from behind is evenly distributed by a
fan in the oven. This leads to faster and more economical cooking. You
can cook several dishes on different shelves at the same time.

1. Time setting
1. Time setting with the timer. Press the control knob and turn it counterclockwise
to set the correct time. After setting, connect the oven to the power supply network.
The clock will start working according to the local time.
2. Setting the cooking time: turn the control knob counterclockwise to set the
cooking time of the oven. When you see the icon « », the appliance will finish the
work. When this icon appears: « »the appliance must be operated manually (the
appliance operates without the timer).
When you see the icon «

», it shows the control of the appliance. The timer
will beep when cooking is over and the icon «
0
» will light up. The user can stop
the beeping by turning the controller counterclockwise to the icon « »
3. Setting the oven start time: press the control knob and turn it counterclockwise.
The red triangle on the front of the clock will show the cooking start time.
For example, as shown in the figure above, the cooking start time is 10 hours.
After 165 minutes, the oven will start working and the timer will beep.
How to turn on the oven
1. Select the desired cooking mode by turning the function switch.
2. Set the desired temperature by turning the temperature switch.
3. When the lighting is activated, the oven is heated to the set temperature.
4. You can perform the following actions while cooking:
-- Change the cooking mode by turning the function switch.
-- Change temperature by turning the temperature switch.
-- Stop cooking by turning the function switch to the position «0».
Never place anything directly on the bottom of the oven! The enamel coating
can be damaged!

ACCESSORIES
Wire shelf: For baking pans, for roasting and grilling.
Shelf support rails: These shelf support rails on the right
and left sides of the oven can be removed to clean the oven
walls (only for specific models).
NOTE: When placing dishes on the oven floor, please DO NOT
use functions with bottom heater to prevent overheating of the bottom.
Universal tray: For cooking large quantities of food such as
moist cakes, pastries, frozen food etc, or for collecting
fat/ meat juices.
Telescopic runner: Some models are equipped with telescopic
runners to facilitate the use of oven. These telescopic
runners can be removed for cleaning by unscrewing
the screws used to fix it (only for specific models).
WIRE SHELF/ TRAY PLACEMENT:
To ensure the oven shelves and trays operate safely, correct placement of
them between the side rails is imperative. It will ensure that during removal of
the shelf or tray, hot food items should not slide out..

BULB REPLACEMENT
For replacement, process as follows:
;Unplug the oven from the mains power supply.
;Unscrew the lamp cover by turning it counterclockwise
(note, it may be stiff) and replace the bulb with a new one
of the same type.
;Install the lamp cover back in place.
NOTE: Only use 25-40W/220V-240V , T300°C halogen lamps
FIXING THE OVEN TO THE CABINET
;Fit oven into the cabinet recess.
;Open the oven door.
;Secure the oven to the kitchen cabinet with two distance
holders «A» which fit the holes in the oven frame and fit the two screws «B».
VENTILATING OPENINGS
If the temperature in the ventilating holes after cooking exceeds 70
degrees, the cooling fan will continue to work. The cooling fan will run until the
temperature drops to 60 degrees.

INSTALLATION
Remark:
1. Only plus deviations are admissible for all dimension.
2. The cabinet is not include the power switch or socket.
NOTE: The number of accessories included depends on the particular
appliance purchased.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
For the sake of a good appearance and reliability, keep the oven clean. The
modern design of the appliance facilitates maintenance to a minimum. The parts
of the appliance which come into contact with food have to be cleaned regularly.
;Before any maintenance and cleaning, disconnect the power. Set all switches
in the OFF position.
;Wait until the inside of the appliance is not hot but only slightly warm. Cleaning
is easier when the oven is warm.
;Clean the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth, soft brush or sponge and
then wipe dry.
;In case of heavy soiling, use hot water with non-abrasive cleaning product.
For cleaning the glass of the oven door, do not use abrasive cleaners or hard
metal sponges, because they can scratch the surface or lead to the glass being
damaged.
;Never leave aggressive substances (lemon juice, vinegar) on stainless steel
parts.

;Do not use a high pressure cleaner for cleaning the appliance. The baking pans
may be washed in mild detergent
