CONNECTION 1: FRFR DEVICES
Connect to FRFR (full range full response) speaker cabinet, for example, studio monitor, audio interface, stage monitor,
PA system and headphone.
Recommend to turn on the AMP and CAB SIM blocks; For using SYNTH, recommend to place it after CAB SIM block in effect chain.

CONNECT 2: POWER AMP
Connect to the RETURN of guitar amp’s FX Loop, or power amplifier.
Recommend to turn on AMP block. Turning on/off tube setting in AMP block depends on your preference.

CONNECTION 3: GUITAR AMPLIFIER+FRFR DEVICE
Connect to both guitar amp and FRFR amp. Here are suggestions:
1. Turn on AMP and CAB SIM blocks.
2. CAB SIM block should be placed to the end of effects chain.
3. Enter system menu, set 1/4’’ output’s CAB SIM OFF; XLR output’s CAB SIM should be set to on.

CONNECTION 4: FOUR CABLE METHOD
Connect GE300 to FX Loop of guitar amp. In this method, users could enjoy the stomp boxes in GE300 with their own amps.
Here is the setting procedure:
1. Turn on FX Loop block in GE300. Turn off AMP and CAB bloacks.
2. Set FX Loop to “Serial”
3. Place stomp boxes like wah, compressor, pre-EQ, octave effects before “SEND”; Place modulation, delay, reverb effects
after RETURN.

CONNECT 5: GUITAR AMPLIFIER
Connect to guitar amp which is without FX Loop. Recommend to turn off AMP and CAB blocks.

CONNECTION 6: TRADITION FX LOOP
Connect to the FX loop of guitar amplifier. Different from four cable method, GE300 plays a role of effects like modulation,
delay or reverb only. Recommend to turn off AMP and CAB SIM blocks.
