You will be askedto return the product (in
secure,adequatepackaging) totheaddress
belowalong witha copy ofproof ofpurchase.
Subjectto theexclusions setout below(see
‘Exclusions’)the faultyappliancewill thenbe
repairedorreplacedand dispatchedusually
within7 working daysof receipt.
Iffor any reasonthis item isreplaced during
the2year guaranteeperiod,the guaranteeon
thenew itemwill becalculatedfrom original
purchasedate. Thereforeit isvital to retainyour
originaltill receiptor invoice toindicate thedate
ofinitial purchase.
Toqualifyfor the2 yearguarantee theappliance

orrepair the goodsunder the termsof the

toaccidental use,misuse, negligentuseor
usedcontrary tothe manufacturers
recommendationsorwhere thefault has
beencausedby powersurges ordamage
causedin transit.
2 Theappliancehas beenusedona voltage
supplyother thanthat stampedon the
products.
3 Repairshavebeen attemptedbypersons
otherthan our servicestaff(or authorised
dealer).
4 Wherethe appliancehas beenused forhire
purposesornon-domestic use.
5 MorphyRichards arenot liableto carry out
any typeof servicingwork, under the
guarantee.
6 Plasticfilters for allMorphy Richards kettles
andcoffeemakers are notcovered bythe
guarantee.
Thisguarantee doesnot conferany rights
otherthanthose expresslyset outabove and
doesnot coveranyclaims forconsequential
lossor damage.This guaranteeis offeredas an
additionalbenefit anddoesnot affectyour
statutoryrights as aconsumer.
