Thank you for your recent purchase of this
Morphy Richards 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer.
Please read the instructions thoroughly before
use.
Remember to visit www.morphyrichards.co.uk to
register your product’s two year guarantee.
Before first use, you will need to charge the 3 in 1
Twisting Mixer for about 15 hours. Subsequent
charges as needed should be for 12 hours or
overnight.
To charge, plug the small end of the charger into
the Charging Socket (6) on the bottom of the
3 in 1 Twisting Mixer and plug the other end into a
mains outlet.
Clean all parts. (See Care and Cleaning section.)
Do not immerse the Main Unit (4) in water.
Introduction Before first use

Insert the head of the attachment into the
food or liquid. Do not turn on before inserting
as excessive splashing will occur.

The 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer has 3 mixing
positions. To switch from a straight-handle
mixer to an angled mixer, press the Twisting
Control Button (8) and rotate the Twistable
Head (2). (See page 4 for more information on
the Twistable Head.)

Insert the desired attachment (9),(10),(11), into
the Socket (1). (See page 4 for more
information on the different attachments.)

Ensure the Low/Off/High Switch (3) is set to
the off position. Hold the Main Unit (4) so you
are unable to accidentally switch it on.

•The 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer has two speeds: Low to
blend and stir; and High to whisk, whip, beat and
mix. Both speeds will stay on continuously until
the Low/Off/High Switch (3) is depressed lightly
to return the to the centered off position.
The 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer comes with three
attachments each designed for a specific task.
Whisk (9)
The Whisk Attachment is used to beat air into
mixtures such as egg whites, yolks or cream.
Drink Mixer (10)
The Drink Mixer Attachment is designed to mix
both hot and cold drinks. Recommended for use
in plastic or metal beverage containers only.
Beater (11)
The Beater Attachment design allows for
thorough mixing results for many types of
batters. The beater is dishwasher safe.
•The 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer’s Twistable Head (2) can
be moved into 3 positions for ease of use. Press
and hold the Twisting Control Button (8) and
rotate the Twistable Head. The Twistable Head will
lock into the 3 positions depicted above.
•The 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer’s Heel Rest (7) allows
you to rest it upright on the work surface. The 3 in
1 Twisting Mixer will only balance correctly with a
attachment fitted.
1. Unplug the 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer before cleaning.
2. Wash the Whisk (9), Drink Mixer (10), and Beater
(11), attachments in hot soapy water. Dry
throughly before use.
3. Wipe the entire Main Unit with a damp cloth or
sponge.
NEVER IMMERSE MAIN UNIT IN WATER.

Press the Low/Off/High Switch (3) to either the
High or Low Position. When finished switch to
off before removing from the food.

After use, pull the attachment to remove from
the Socket (1) for cleaning.

•Only use the charger provided with the product.
Replacement chargers are available from the
Morphy Richards Spares department.
•To charge, plug the small end of the charger into
the Charging Socket (6) on the bottom of the
3 in 1 Twisting Mixer and plug the other end into a
mains outlet.
•When fully charged after 12-15 hours, remove the
charger from the 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer.
•The 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer will operate continuously
for up to 20 minutes, depending on the kind of
food being mixed.
•Charging time will take 12-15 hours.
•Charging the 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer after use will
ensure it is fully charged for next use.
IMPORTANT: 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer will not
operate while plugged into the mains.
•This product uses rechargeable, nickel metal
hydride (NiMH) batteries. The batteries are NOT
user replaceable.
•When the product reaches the end of its useful
life it must not be disposed of in the normal
household waste. The product must be disposed
of at an authorised recycling plant.
NOTE: Batteries and products containing
batteries must never be disposed of in fires.
The cordless mixer should only be
disassembled by a competent engineer
and the battery removed and disposed
of at an authorised recycling plant. Your
local authority will have a centre which
accepts such waste for recycling.
To Remove the battery:
1. Remove the Ratings Sticker (5) from the base of
the Main Unit.
2. Unscrew the 2 Battery Screws (12) visible in the
diagram.
3. Pull the battery from the Main Unit (4) and remove
the connecting wires for safe disposal.

The use of any electrical appliance requires the following

Primarily there is danger of injury or death and secondly
the danger of damage to the appliance. These are
indicated in the text by the following two conventions:

In addition, we offer the following safety advice.
Location
•This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
farm houses;
by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments;
bed and breakfast type environments.
It is not suitable for use in staff kitchen areas in shops,
offices and other working environments.
•Always locate your appliance away from the edge of the
worktop.
•Do not place the bowl used with the appliance on a
highly polished wooden surface as damage may occur to
the surface.
•Do not place the appliance on or near a hot surface, such
as a hot plate or radiant rings or near a naked flame.
Charging cable
•Do not let the charger cable hang over the edge of the
worktop where a child could reach it.
•Do not let the charger cable run across an open space
e.g. between a low socket and a table.
•Do not let the charger cable run across a cooker or other
hot area which might damage the charger cable.
•The mains charger cable should reach from the socket to
the base unit without straining the connections.
•The charger cable cannot be replaced. Contact Morphy
Richards for advice.
Personal safety
•Avoid touching moving parts. Keep hands, hair and
clothing, and utensils away from the hand mixer
attachment blades during operation, to prevent personal
injury and/or damage to the appliance.
•WARNING:To protect against the risk of electric shock,
NEVER immerse the appliance body in water or in any
other liquid and always ensure the electrical connections
are kept dry.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning the use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children
•Children do not understand the dangers associated with
operating electrical appliances. Never allow children to
use this appliance.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
•Teach children to be aware of dangers in the kitchen,
warn them of the dangers of reaching up to areas where
they cannot see properly or should not be reaching.
Other safety considerations
To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put
3 in 1 Twisting Mixer in water or other liquid. This may
cause personal injury and/or damage to the product.
•Unit will not operate while charging.
•Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair,
clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from
beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to
persons and/or damage to the 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer.
•Do not charge 3 in 1Twisting Mixer with a damaged cord
or AC charger, after the appliance malfunctions, or if it is
dropped or damaged in any manner.
•The use of attachments not recommended or sold by
Morphy Richards may cause fire, electrical shock or
injury.
•Do not use outdoors or for commercial purposes.
•Remove attachment from 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer before
cleaning it.
•Do not place 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer on or near a hot burner
or in a heated oven.
•Do not use 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer for other than intended
use.
•Do not leave 3 in 1Twisting Mixer unattended while it is
operating.
•Turn off 3 in 1 Twisting Mixer before adding or removing
attachments.
Product specific safety
•Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or
plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner.
•The use of attachments or tools not recommended or
sold by Morphy Richards may cause fire, electric shock
or injury.
•Do not use the appliance for anything other than it’s
intended purpose.
Electrical requirements
•Only use the charging adaptor supplied with the unit.
•Do not attempt to remove the battery from the unit.

It is important to retain the retailer’s receipt as proof of
purchase. Staple your receipt to this back cover for future
reference.
Please quote the following information if the product
develops a fault.These numbers can be found on the base
of the product.

All Morphy Richards products are individually tested before
leaving the factory. In the unlikely event of any appliance
proving to be faulty within 28 days of purchase, it should
be returned to the place of purchase for it to be replaced.
If the fault develops after 28 days and within 12 months of
original purchase, you should contact the Helpline number
quoting Model number and Serial number on the product,
or write to Morphy Richards at the address shown.
You may be asked to return a copy of proof of purchase.
Subject to the exclusions set out below (see Exclusions),
the faulty appliance will then be repaired or replaced as
appropriate and dispatched usually within 7 working days
of receipt.
If, for any reason, this item is replaced or repaired during
the 1 year guarantee period, the guarantee on the new
item will be calculated from original purchase date.
Therefore it is vital to retain your original till receipt or
invoice to indicate the date of initial purchase.
To qualify for the 1 year guarantee, the appliance must
have been used according to the instructions supplied.
For example, crumb trays should have been emptied
regularly.
Morphy Richards shall not be liable to replace or repair the
goods under the terms of the guarantee where:
1The fault has been caused or is attributable to accidental
use, misuse, negligent use or used contrary to the
manufacturer’s recommendations or where the fault has
been caused by power surges or damage caused in
transit.
2The appliance has been used on a voltage supply other
than that stamped on the products.
3Repairs have been attempted by persons other than our
service staff (or authorised dealer).
4The appliance has been used for hire purposes or non
domestic use.
5The appliance is second hand.
6Morphy Richards reserves the right not to carry out any
type of servicing under the guarantee at its discretion
7Plastic filters for all Morphy Richards kettles and coffee
makers are not covered by the guarantee.
8Batteries and damage from leakage are not covered by
the guarantee.
•This guarantee does not confer any rights other than those
expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for
consequential loss or damage. This guarantee is offered
as an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer. Morphy Richards products are
intended for household use only. See usage limitations
within the location safety instructions.
Morphy Richards has a policy of continuous improvement
in product quality and design. The company, therefore
reserves the right to change the specification of
it’s models at any time.
For electrical products sold within the
European Community. At the end of the
electrical products useful life, it should not be
disposed of with household waste.
