Mountain Buggy double terrain User manual

These instructions are for Left and Right Carrycots which fit on the following model strollers:
Terrain Double - T2204-000 Urban Double - U2204-000
DOUBLE CARRYCOT INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT,KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

The Sunhood and Seat(s) need to be removed from stroller be-
fore fitting Carrycot.To fit one Carrycot, remove one seat.To fit
two Carrycots, remove two seats. Make sure a left carrycot is
fitted to left side,and a right to right side.Left and right are deter-
mined when standing behind stroller,in the pushing position.
Store items removed in a dry safe place.
WARNING
•Do not use this Carrycot until you have read and
understood the instructions!
•Carrycot is suitable for newborn baby to 6 months,
or until baby can sit unaided.
•Before placing baby into position check that the
Carrycot is secure and will not tip or fall.
•Baby must not be in the Carrycot when it is being
fastened or removed from the stroller frame.
•The depth from the top of the mattress to the top
of the side of the Carrycot at, or at any position
within 300mm/11.8in from the harness attachment
points,should not be reduced to less than 140mm/5.5in
when the mattress is in position.Mattress purchased
separately should conform to BS1877 part 10.
•Do not use accessories not designed for your stroller
as they may be unsafe
.
•Do not use the Carrycot to transport children in a
motor vehicle.
•Never leave your child unattended.
Remove support wire 1from
the plastic joint 2on the side
nearest to you.
Thenremovewirefromthe plastic
joint on other side.

fasten sunhood fabric from the stroller frame and seat near handle bar.

Standing beside stroller and
usinga degreeof force,pullsunhood
support wiretowardsyouby about
50mm/2in.
Removing Sunhood
Unfastenseatfromframealong
side tubes and centre bar.
Unfastenstrap underneathseat
at point A(does not apply to
Terrain models).
Push seat forward, then slide
fabric off seat support wire.
Remove seat support wire from
stroller frame at B,C,D & E.

Fastening Carrycot to Stroller Frame
To position support bracket, firstly put side 1in
betweenthe centrebars,sothat isrestsimmediatelyabove
heel rest.Clip side 2onto frame side tube over the second
fastener (130mm/5ins) up from the heel rest.

Buckle safety strap between claws on support bracket.

WARNING
• Before placing baby into position check that the Carrycot is secure and will not tip or fall.
Fasten safety strap Cby looping it around bar behind
heel rest and fastening strap to itself.

Attach Carrycot sunhood to Carrycot by pushing the
sunhoodsupportwireintoplastic jointon bothsides.Place
Carrycot onto support bracket and fasten fabric at end of
the Carrycot to frame side tubes and centre bar. Ensure
fabric passes over and around frame tubes and centre bar
(total of 4 fasteners). Ensure Carrycot sunhood is at the
oppositeend fromstrollerhandle bar.CheckthatCarrycot
rests horizontally,if not check position of support bracket
and fasteners are the same as shown in diagram.

Fasten safety straps to frame at pointsA & B.

Support Brackets
Support brackets are different for Terrain and
Urban models,and different for left and right.Check
label on bracket to identify model and left/right.
•Attach side 1 to centre bars
•Attach side 2 to stroller side tube
• Ensure bracket points up

Fastening Carrycot to Stroller Frame
To position support bracket, firstly put side 1in
