Enhanced contact management
Increase the internal address book storage capacity from 300
locations to up to 2,000 locations, each containing both a fax
number and e-mail address.
Enhanced security
Utilize personal address books to keep contact information private.
Documents scanned into an OfficeBridge workflow process can
only be accessed by registered OfficeBridge users.
Enhanced workflow
Scan documents from the MFP directly into personal inboxes, a
public bulletin board or to a specific user(s) along with an action
request. Documents can be routed from OfficeBridge to a fax
terminal, e-mail address, network folder or another OfficeBridge user.
Easy to use
The large, back-lit touchscreen delivers instant recall of registered
contacts as well as instant access to custom scan settings and
network controls. Scanning documents into an OfficeBridge
workflow process is a snap by utilizing the convenient QWERTY
keypad to add a custom file name or document action instructions.

Enhanced contact storage
>Expand the internal address book storage capacity:
•1,000 individual contacts / 100 group contacts (128 MB compact flash)
•1,500 individual contacts / 150 group contacts (256 MB compact flash)
•2,000 individual contacts / 200 group contacts (512 MB compact
flash)
•Each individual contact location can house a fax number and e-mail
address.
•Group contacts can include both fax numbers and e-mail addresses.
Enhanced document security
>Each registered OfficeBridge client can register a personal address
book. Users must log-in prior to viewing personal contact information
on the touchscreen.
>Documents scanned into an OfficeBridge process can only be viewed
by authorized OfficeBridge users.
>Expand the inbound fax reception routing rules from 5 to 100.
This allows you to completely automate the inbound routing of fax
receptions and securely deliver inbound documents to the
appropriate party.

upload them to the MFP or use them during the desktop fax process.
