Included in the 30000213 kit are the following:
• 1 ea. 30050782 Stainless steel panel
• 2 ea. 65000149 shock mounts
• 2 ea. PD2160 pressure snubber
• 1 ea. EGPK-95083N installation sheet
NOTE: Customer supplies a suitable pressure hose assembly
and fitting for connection into the gear pressure port. Murphy
can supply the hose and fitting upon request. Specify thread size
for gear pressure port and length of hose.
NOTE: The pressure hose must be capable of withstanding the
high pressure surges associated with operation of the gear. Use
of reinforced hose with crimped-on fittings is recommended.
NOTE: The pressure hose must NOT have a droop (low spot) in
its mounting. Water and sludge will collect in the droop and
prevent the pressure sender from operating.
NOTE: Use of Teflon tape or non hardening thread sealant is
recommended.
Refer to diagram below.
1. Install the two (2) shock mounts onto the panel 30050782 and
secure with the 1/4-20 nuts provided. Mount panel off
equipment, if possible, and in a convenient location.
2. Install one PD2160 pressure snubber directly into the gear
pressure port and one onto the 1/8-27 NPT female end of the
customer supplied fitting. Fittings of various sizes are
available from Murphy.
3. Install the customer supplied pressure hose onto the 1/8-27
NPT ends of the PD2160 pulsation snubbers.
4. Complete wiring according to instructions provided with the
pressure sender.

BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION OF THIS MURPHY PRODUCT
✔Disconnect all electrical power to the machine.
✔Make sure the machine cannot operate during installation.
✔Follow all safety warnings of the machine manufacturer.
✔Read and follow all installation instructions.
CAUTION: This sender may be damaged by high
frequency vibration and/or high pressure spikes.
Mounting should be off equipment and isolated
through the shock mounts or other suitable methods.
CAUTION: Do not foul the pressure orifices with tape
or sealant.
