1 Veiligheid
1.1 Algemene veiligheidsvoorschriften
• De krik werd ontworpen om ladingen op te heffen en ondersteunen door het gebruik van een aanvullende
hoge sterkte bout.
• Voer een zichtcontrole van de krik uit, en controleer of deze goed werkt voor ieder gebruik; gebruik de
krik niet indien deze beschadigd is.
• Waarschuwing: indien een deel van de krik defect is, stop ermee te werken en laat deze repareren.
• Waarschuwing: probeer de krik niet te repareren wanneer deze onder een lading is.
• Waarschuwing:gebruik de krik op een effen en harde grond van minimum 400 x 300 mm, met een
voldoende draagkracht, zodat de lading niet beweegt of afglijdt tijdens het opheffen.
• Niemand mag onder de opgeheven lading staan. Werk nooit onder een opgeheven lading, tenzij met
behulp van extra ondersteuning. Steek ook een hoge sterkte bout van 1/2’’ (niet meegeleverd) in het gat
direct onder het ophefmechanisme. Deze bout dient als veiligheidspin.
• Waarschuwing: overschrijd nooit de nominale capaciteit van de krik.
• De krik moet een lading van tenminste 75 kg dragen, om het stap voor stap daalmechanisme te activeren,
anders zal de krik plotseling dalen.
• Gebruik enkel de kracht van de hand om de hendel te bedienen, gebruik niets anders om een grotere
kracht uit te oefenen.
• Gebruik de krik niet voor een ander gebruik dan deze waarvoor hij ontworpen werd.
• De voor- en achterkant van de rail moeten roestvrij blijven. Gebruik de krik niet indien roestvlekken
verschijnen.
• De bediener moet de krik en de lading voor de duur van de werkzaamheden bewaken.
1.2 Veiligheidsvoorschriften tijdens het gebruik
• Zorg ervoor, dat de krik op een stevige grond geïnstalleerd wordt (zoals in 1.1 beschreven).
• Verzeker u ervan, dat de handrem van het voertuig getrokken is, dat de motor stilstaat, en dat een
versnelling ingeschakeld is (of in positie “parking” bij automatische versnellingsbak).
• Laat tenminste 0,5 m afstand tussen het voertuig en statische voorwerpen zoals muren, deuren, enz.
• Verzeker u ervan, dat het hefpunt stabiel is en goed op de krik geplaatst wordt.
• Zorg ervoor, dat het voertuit niet beweegt tijdens het op de krik is, en gebruik de krik niet om het voertuig
te verplaatsen.

Use the handle (C) to pull the direction latch (D) up
until it clicks into place;
Hold the beam (F) steady and pull the operating
lever (E) downward, (or forward if used horizontally);
Continue to pump the lever;
When the load is lifted to the required height, set
the lever in the upright position and engaged the
clip (G) onto the beam;
Place a ½” high stress bolt (not supplied) through
the hole immediately below the lifting mechanism to
act as a safety pin, or use a jack stand;
To lower a load, push the direction latch down (still
use the handle C), pump the lever (the load must
be a min. 75 kg).
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The jack does not require special maintenance, but it must be kept well lubricated;
Inspect the jack before use for damage and cracks, and do not use it if it is not in proper
condition;
Front and back of the rail must be kept rust free, do not use it when rusting happened.

3 Gebruik
• Gebruik de handgreep (C) om de grendel (D) omhoog te
trekken, totdat deze vastklikt.
• Houd de rail (F) stevig vast en trek de bedienhendel (E) omlaag
(of naar voren indien u horizontaal werkt).
• Ga verder met de hendel te pompen.
• Wanneer de lading op de gewenste hoogte opgeheven is, zet
de hendel in verticale positie en laat de klem (G) in de rail
ingrijpen.
• Steek een 1/2’’ hoge sterkte bout (niet meegeleverd) door
het gat direct onder het hefmechanisme, als veiligheidspin, of
gebruik garagestands.
• Om de lading omlaag te brengen, duw op de grendel (D)
omlaag, steeds door handgreep (C) te gebruiken, en pomp met
de hendel. De lading moet tenminste 75 kg bedragen.
4 Reiniging en onderhoud
• De krik vereist geen speciaal onderhoud, maar moet steeds ingesmeerd zijn.
• Controleer de krik voor ieder gebruik, op scheuren of andere defecten. Gebruik de krik niet in geval van
beschadiging.
• De voor- en achterkant van de rail moeten roestvrij blijven. Gebruik de krik niet indien roestvlekken
verschijnen.

1 Sécurité
1.1 Consignes générales de sécurité
• Ce cric est uniquement destiné à lever des charges, et à les supporter à condition d’ajouter un boulon de
force.
• Effectuez un contrôle visuel du cric et vériez son état de fonctionnement avant chaque utilisation; n’utilisez
pas le cric s’il est endommagé.
• Avertissement: si une pièce du cric est défectueuse, arrêtez de l’utiliser et faites-le réparer.
• Avertissement:n’essayez jamais de réparer le cric lorsqu’il est sous une charge.
• Avertissement:utilisez le cric sur une surface plane et dure d’au moins 400 x 300 mm, et avec une
capacité de charge sufsante. Ceci évitera que la charge ne bouge ou ne glisse pendant les opérations de
levage.
• Aucune personne ne peut se trouver sous la charge en suspension. Ne travaillez jamais sous une charge
en suspension, à moins d’utiliser des supports additionnels. Insérez également un boulon de force d’1/2’’
(non fourni) dans le trou situé juste sous le mécanisme de levage. Ce boulon servira de goupille de
sécurité.
• Avertissement: ne dépassez jamais la capacité nominale du cric.
• Il faut que le cric supporte une charge d’au moins 75 kg pour activer le mécanisme de descente pas à
pas, sinon, le cric va s’abaisser brusquement.
• N’utilisez que la force manuelle pour actionner la poignée, n’utilisez rien d’autre pour exercer une force
plus grande.
• N’utilisez pas le cric pour un autre usage que celui pour lequel il a été conçu.
• L’avant et l’arrière du rail doivent rester exempts de rouille. N’utilisez pas le cric si des traces de rouille
apparaissent.
• L’opérateur doit surveiller le cric et la charge pendant toute la durée des opérations.
1.2 Consignes de sécurité pendant l’utilisation
• Assurez-vous que le cric est installé sur une base solide (comme expliqué en 1.1).
• Assurez-vous que le frein à main du véhicule est tiré, le moteur arrêté et une vitesse enclenchée (ou en
position «parking» dans le cas d’une boîte automatique).
• Laissez une distance minimale de 0,5 m entre le véhicule et les objets statiques comme les murs, les
portes, etc.
• Assurez-vous que le point de levage est stable et correctement positionné sur le cric.
• Veillez à ce que le véhicule ne bouge pas pendant qu’il est sur le cric, et n’utilisez pas le cric pour
déplacer le véhicule.

3 Utilisation
• Utilisez la poignée (C) pour tirer le loquet (D) vers le haut,
jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche.
• Maintenez le rail (F) solidement et tirez le levier de commande
(E) vers le bas (ou vers l’avant si vous travaillez horizontalement).
• Continuez à actionner le levier.
• Lorsque la charge est levée à la hauteur requise, placez le levier
en position verticale et engagez le clip (G) dans le rail.
• Insérez un boulon de force de 1/2’’ (non fourni) à travers le trou
situé juste sous le mécanisme de levage, en guise de goupille de
sécurité, ou utilisez une chandelle.
• Pour abaisser la charge, poussez le loquet (D)vers le bas,
toujours en utilisant la poignée (C), et actionnez le levier. La
charge doit être de 75 kg minimum.

4 Nettoyage et entretien
• Le cric ne nécessite pas d’entretien particulier, mais doit être toujours bien lubrié.
• Inspectez le cric avant chaque utilisation, pour voir s’il n’y a pas de ssure ou d’autre problème. Ne
l’utilisez pas si vous constatez le moindre défaut.
• L’avant et l’arrière du rail doivent rester exempts de rouille. N’utilisez pas le cric si des traces de rouille
apparaissent.

1 Safety
1.1 General safety rules
• The jack is only designed for lifting the load and supporting the load when an additional high strength
bolt is used.
• Visually and operationally inspect jack before each use; do not use the jack if damaged.
• Warning: if any part of jack fails to work properly, discontinue and have repaired.
• Warning: Never attempt to repair jack while jack is under load.
• Warning: Ensure jack to connect and support on suitable base (at least a 400 x 300 dimension with
enough strength) so it will not slip or shift during operations and load is properly supported at lift point to
prevent shifting.
• All persons shall be clear of load being raised or lowered. Never work under a raised load unless using
additional supports and insert ½” bolt (not included) through hole in steel beam immediately below lifting
mechanism (to act as a safety pin).
• Warning: never exceed the rated load.
• Jack must have a 75 kg load or more to activate the lowering step by step, otherwise lifting beak will drop
suddenly.
• Use hand power only, do not use additional devices on handle to provide extra manpower.
• Do not use the jack for purpose other than for which it is designed.
• Front and back of the rail must be kept rust free, do not use it when rusting happened.
• It is necessary that the operator can watch the lifting device and the load during all movements.
1.2 Safety rules during the use of the jack
• Ensure jack to connect and support on suitable base (specied in 1.1).
• Ensure the vehicle hand brake is engaged, engine is switched off and transmission is in gear (or “PARK” if
automatic).
• Ensure minimum distance of 0.5 m between vehicle and static objects such as doors, walls, etc.
• Check the lifting point is stable and correctly positioned on the lifting beak.
• Do not allow the vehicle to move while supported by the jack, or use the jack to move the vehicle.
